Charming cottage, rural and natural environment "ideal for families"

Newly built house of 150 m2, located on a 16,000 m2 estate. northeast of the island, 4 km. from the town of Santa Eulalia del Rio and 2 km. from the town of San Carlos, where Las Dalias hippie market is located and 10 minutes from beautiful coves, Cala Leña, Cala boix, Aguas blanca .... Located on a hill with great views of the valley and in the distance the sea and the island of Formentera.
It is an ideal place to enjoy the tranquility of the countryside with family and / or friends, in a rural and natural environment.
It has two bedrooms, two bathrooms (one located in the suite), laundry room, a large living room and kitchen / dining room; with access to the large outdoor terraces where the private pool (salt water) is located. All very spacious, well equipped and with WI-FI so you can spend a fantastic holiday.
Decorated with style, the use of wood in the house gives it a warm and rustic charm.
It is a very open house and fully integrated with the outside.

Super high quality villa

The description and photos really don’t do this villa justice. The villa is of the very highest standard, spotlessly clean and sits in its own 4 acre plot with distant sea views for total tranquillity. All the beaches and towns/villages in the North are reachable in 10-25 mins by car. We have been staying in villas for 30 years and this is the best we have stayed in so far! Parquita is a wonderful host. Highly recommended.

Unsere Erwartungen wurden übertroffen

Das Haus ist toll, es fehlt an nichts. Das Grundstück ist sehr groß, es gibt keine Lärmquellen in der Umgebung, mit Ausnahme der natürlichen Tierlaute, wie sie auf dem Lande vorkommen. Diese stören aber nicht, denn sie sind nicht sehr laut. Die Eigentümer pflegen das Haus liebevoll, sie haben uns sehr freundlich empfangen. Bei unserer Ankunft war alles sehr sauber, auch das Küchengeschirr, das wir in anderen Häusern auch schon in unhygienischem Zustand vorgefunden haben und zuerst alles abwaschen mussten. In Santa Eularia gibt es Supermärkte mit guter Auswahl. Dort gibt es auch zahlreiche Restaurants. Auch San Carlos (Sant Carles) ist sehr nah und bietet ebenfalls gute Restaurants.

Sehr schönes Landhaus

Sehr gepflegtes, durchgestyltes Ferienhaus auf einen sehr großen Grundstück. Wir haben uns sehr wohl auf den großzügigen Terrassen mit Pool gefühlt. Alles war sehr durchdacht eingerichtet.

Paquita en Antonio zijn zeer gastvrij en vriendelijk. Het huisje ligt op een geweldige plek, alles is aanwezig we hebben genoten en komen zeker nog eens terug!

Heerlijk huis met prachtig uitzicht en veel buitenruimte

Deze woning is recent gebouwd in locale stijl. Er is een gezellige woonkamer en keuken en er is zijn verschillende buitenruimtes voor elk moment van de dag: van ochtendzon op de veranda, middagzon op het lekkere zwembad tot namiddag aan de zijkant. Het is er super rustig met de buren ver weg en prachtig uitzicht over de vallei, de zee en op Formentera.

Beautiful villa

The property is amazing and the hosts are lovely. One thing to be aware of though is the biting midgies that were relentless - you need powerful insect repellent! Lovely pool

Perfect villa, perfect hosts

The villa is beautiful, spotlessly clean and well equipped, with a great saltwater pool and huge outdoor area with a perimeter fence, making it totally safe for our children (2 and 6) to run around in. Paquita and Antonio were there to greet us and had stocked the fridge and provided fresh fruit, which was a lovely welcome. The villa is set in a very quiet, peaceful location but just a short drive from Santa Eularia and lots of great beaches. We had such a great week and are looking forward to staying there again. Highly recommended!

Super location, clean and well maintained property

We really enjoyed our stay! Paquita and here husband were very friendly and gave us a warm welcome which made us feel at home from the start. All small details were prepared including a nice nespresso machine and welcome food package. Overall a well maintained property and garden, nice pool with easy acces and spacious terras with sufficient shade. Although there is no airconditioning, the property has sufficiënt ventilation possibilities which allowed it to cool down in the evening. Overall a very relaxing experience for our family (2 kids age 2 and 4)

Beautiful villa, great location, lovely home owners

We had such a wonderful holiday in this beautiful villa. It is not often that you find a villa that is so well equipped and maintained with such care and eye for detail as this one. Fantastic stay and peaceful location.

We really loved the house and pool and had a very relaxing stay. Paquita and Antonio were extremely helpful- meeting us before hand to make sure we found the house and we knew where everything was. The location of the house is very peaceful but you do need a car and then everything you need- restaurants, supermarkets etc, are all in easy reach. All in all a fabulous find - thankyou!!

Wunderbar!

Für unsere Bedürfnisse (zentral gelegen, etwas ausserhalb, schönes Pool) absolut perfekt. Die Hausbesitzer sind hervorragende Gastgeber und wurden in der Zwischenzeit zu Freunden. Wir werden immer wieder gerne an unser zweites Zuhause zurückkehren. Herzlichen Dank für die wunderbare Zeit auf unserer Lieblingsinsel!

Tolles Haus, nette Vermieter zu fairem Preis!

Tout simplement géniale! Simply Amazing!

Nous venons de passer un séjour de 2 semaines à 4 adultes dans cette maison. Cette maison est le paradis! Tout a été parfait! La maison est idéalement située sur l'île, en position centrale. Elle se trouve sur un grand terrain arboré, dans la campagne, ce qui assure un calme absolu mais aussi de ne pas déranger les voisins. La grandeur du terrain et des pièces de la maison permet aux colocataires de ne pas être les uns sur les autres. La terrasse et la piscine sont très bien exposées. A noter une piscine au sel, non agressive pour la peau. Il existe plusieurs espaces extérieurs avec sièges ou fauteuils permettant de s'isoler. Nous avons rarement vu une maison aussi propre et aussi bien équipée. Mention spéciale pour la cuisine, qui permet de concocter plein de plats. Et aussi la plancha disponible sur la terrasse. Ne prévoyez pas trop d'affaires: tout est prévu pour nettoyer son linge et il y a même un sèche-cheveux... La maison est également sécurisée avec une alarme ce qui permet de se balader sans crainte. Paquita et Antonio sont adorables et constamment disponibles, et entretiennent cette propriété d'une façon admirable. En résumé, l'endroit idéal pour des vacances relaxantes et joyeuses! Nous y retournons l'an prochain! We have just spent 2 weeks in this house (we were 4 adults). This house is heaven! Everything was perfect! The house is ideally located in the island, in a central position. It is within a big field in the country, which ensure absolute peace and quiet but also the fact that you don’t annoy your neighbors. The huge space of the field as well as all rooms of the house avoid promiscuity with roommates. The terrace and the swimming-pool have perfect sun exposure. To be noted that the swimming-pool is salt-treated, which is non-aggressive for skin. There are several outside areas with chairs and armchairs allowing people to isolate themselves. We have rarely seen such a clean and well-equipped house. Special mention for the kitchen which allows master cooking class! There is also a “plancha” material outside. Don’t bring too many things with you: everything is planned in order for you to clean your clothes and there is also an hairdryer… The house is fully secured with an alarm system, you can go out without any fear. Paquita and Antonio are adorable and constantly available for you, they maintain this property marvelously. In summary, the perfect place for relaxing and happy holiday! We will come back next year!

Extra Ordinary Home away from Home,

We have met Paquita in her Store in St.Eulalia, it was a very warm welcome, she and her Husband Antonio, are such nice People, they came with us to the House and showed us everything we need to know for a Perfect stay. It Is located very easy to find , everything in and around the House is in Perfect condition, exactly like the pictures! They realy take care of the property. You have a Fully equipped House,TV with German channels, Radio, Wifi, Swimming Pool without Chlorine! Just Added salt! Electric BBQ...Perfect to Use, the House Is very Secure, quite Location, lots of space, good Parking on property with power gated access. We Loved it so we definetely will be back, and can truly recommend it. Adios Paquita, Muchas Gracias por todo, hasta luego!

une maison merveilleuse

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans cette belle maison qui se situe dans un environnement calme, en pleine nature. Parfaitement équipée, la maison est très agréable et la décoration soignée. En plus des prestations impeccables, nous avons apprécié la vue mer où l'on peut distinguer l'ile de Formentera. Paquita et Tito sont des propriétaires adorables, soucieux du bien être de leurs hôtes, et nous les remercions pour toutes leurs gentilles attentions. Cette location est parfaite pour une famille ou des amis qui recherchent le calme à quelques kilomètres des plages et du marché de Las Dalias.
