BEAUTIFUL North Fork Just renovated cottage in Founders Landing Beach Community in Historic Southold Village. ideal for a mature couple - - short walk from wonderful Bay beach with lifeguard, short walk from jitney and LIRR Southold stop. Delightful setting with exquisite mature gardens, walk to nearby restaurants; North Fork Table, Grateful Deli, Michaelangelos, North Fork Roasters, Juice Bar and Yoga studio, farm stands, Marina, oyster farm, IGA grocery store, Wednesday's Table, Historic Southold Village Museum.
Very short drive or bike ride to many vineyards and Long Island Sound beaches, Shelter Island Ferry and a quick 3 mile drive or bike ride to the Maritime Village of Greenport with seaport, many restaurants, and shops. Official Southold rental permit in hand.

This lovely 2 bedroom cottage is furnished with antiques and new comfortable Pottery Barn beds. Air-conditioners, ceiling fans and central heat. New renovated kitchen and bathroom, enclosed porch, and outdoor dining table and chairs, BBQ Grill. Home has Adirondack chars and fire pit. Hot tub, Kayak, beach chairs and beach cart, kayak, fishing rods and bicycles. Complete with everything needed for a wonderful vacation and romantic beach getaway. Ideal for a couple or young family that loves outdoors: Wonderful bay beach w/ lifeguard just a few blocks down the street.
Available June 1 thru the Fall - two week minimum. Usually rentals are Saturday to Saturday but there's some flexibility on check-in/out day of the week. We prefer to rent for for full Season.

It is out home...please enjoy it as your home and treat it as your home. All furniture is new, home has been recently renovated. Hardwwod floors have been refinished so PLEASE keep the sane outside by using the wonderful outdoor shower. It's great -- enjoy the stay !

Wondeful cottage in Southold ,Long, island
It is with great pleasure we are the first reviewer of this lovely traditional cottage. The facilities are tremendous , wifi , BBQ, plenty of space , pretty garden and marvelous location. As serial holiday renters over the years , we hit gold with this cottage. Steve allowed us use of the bikes, kayak and hot tub. Cottage is c 500 m from a quiet safe Bach which had plenty of space despite peak timings. The village centre is a short walk away with all the facilities you need. comfortable, relaxing and easy living - well done Steve we wish you every success Mark and Anne UK .

Why they chose this property

VERY Easy walk to lovely Founders Landing Beach and historic Village of Southold with local restaurants, bakery, Yoga and jitney and train stop. Fishing, boating, kayak all from the beautiful Peconic Bay Beach just a few blocks down the street, vineyards nearby.
Car is helpful, but not essential. Very short ride to seaport Village of Greenport.
