Our Unit is completely RENOVATED.
The complex is located on Gulf Island with 24/7 Security at the Main Entrance. We provide a Garage Parking Space out of the weather inside the Building. Once Guests have cleared Security, they continue directly to the assigned Garage Parking and will find Elevators on the same level to take them to the Condo.
The NON-SMOKING 2BR/2B Condo is a Gulf Front Unit located in Building #3, on the 6th Floor. It sleeps 6 and offers the comforts of home at every level within the 950 AC/Heated sq. ft. Unit. The Unit is provided with HD Cable TV, WIFI/Internet through out and Ceiling Fans in all rooms. It is professionally cleaned and sanitized to promote Health Safety for our Guests. Please, NO PETS!
The Living Room has a Queen size Leather Sleeper Sofa, a Leather Love Seat and a 48” Flat Screen TV with DVD Player. It has what appears to be Hardwood Floors, but is actually ceramic tile. It features an AMAZING view of the Gulf of Mexico and access to the balcony where you will find 4 high top chairs along with a high top table. The Wildlife/Marine Life (Birds, Pelicans, Ducks, Manatee & Dolphin) can be seen from the balcony if you keep a sharp lookout.
The Master Bedroom has wall to wall ceramic tile, a King size bed (with pillow top mattress), 32” Flat Screen TV, closet, ample drawer space and access to the balcony. The Private Master Bath has walk in shower and separate Vanity Area with wood cabinet and polished marble top/sink.
The Second Bedroom has wall to wall ceramic tile, two Twin Beds, 32” Flat Screen TV, closet and ample drawer space. The Private 2nd Bath has a Tub/Shower and separate Vanity Area with wood cabinet and polished marble top/sink. This area also features a Washer/Dryer (only a few Units offer this amenity), Iron/Ironing Board.
The Kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, glasses, utensils, pots, pans and all the cooking extras a chef could possibly need. It also has a Coffee Maker, Toaster, Blender, Slow Cooker and Cutting Board. It has all Frigidaire Appliances; Refrigerator with Ice Maker, Self-Cleaning Range, Dishwasher, Microwave and Garbage Disposal. It features a Granite Counter, ceramic back splash through out and wood cabinets.
The Dining Area has a dinette with glass top that seats four. In addition, the Kitchen Counter has seating for two.
The complex offers an extra large Swimming Pool (over looking the Gulf of Mexico), Charcoal Grill & Picnic Area, Tennis Courts, lots of shore line for fishing and a walking trail along the waters edge of approx 1 mile in length. The Club House has a Large Screen TV, Game Room (including a Pool Table & Ping Pong Table), Library (with an assortment of reading material), Fitness Room (with workout equipment & weights) and Locker Room. There are also coin operated Washer/Dryers on each of the even (2, 4, 6, & 8) number floors.
There are several outstanding local Restaurants within a few minutes drive of the Condo: Get Hooked (14333 Crab Trap St.), Gianni’s Pizza Pub (7107 Clark St.), Sam’s Beach Bar (6325 Clark St.), Inn On The Gulf (6330 Clark St.), Overtime Sports Bar (7736 SR 52), and the best Ice Cream at Hudson Beach Ice Cream Parlor (6930 Clark St.).
There are approx 16 Public Golf Courses within a 30 minute drive, and approx 50 Public Golf Courses within an hour drive of the Condo (priced $25-$80 for 18 holes/cart). Nearby are Water Sport Rentals (Boat, Jet Ski, Kayak), Charter Fishing and Deep Sea Fishing. Within a two hour drive, the Area offers several Attractions/Amusement Parks: Clearwater Beach (34 miles), St. Petersburg Beach (44 miles), Disney World and Universal Studios (Orlando, FL 100 miles), Busch Gardens (Tampa, FL 38 miles), Weeki Wachee Springs (Spring Hill, FL 15 miles), and SunCruz Casino Boats (Port Richey, FL 7 miles).
