One-storey modern house, flat roof, very bright and quiet (50m from the street), 300 m from the beach and many activities. You can walk to the beach (10 mn), tennis courts, horse riding. Golf, casino and children activities (sailing) at 3 km (at Sables d'Or les Pins).
The house, built end of 2012, has a very bright and warm living-room, open kitchen, bathroom, two bedrooms (first: double bed, second: double-bed plus bunk beds) plus a sofa bed in an alcove in the living-room.

Maison très individuelle et personnelle avec beaucoup d'espace et un super jardin. Plage à 10 minutes, également idéale pour le stand-up comme bien sûr la pêche à pied. Fortement recommandé!

Maison très bien equipée et au calme

Nous avons bcp apprécié notre séjour. La maison est joliment décorée et parfaitement équipée, il ne manque rien (ustensiles de cuisine, jeux et livres, hamac, chaises longues, wifi, etc). Elle est située au calme, proche de la plus belle plage de la region! On recommende!

Nice Bungalow near to the Sea

End of June / beginning of July, we spent two very nice weeks at this beautiful bungalow. A simple floor plan with a refined, thoughtful layout and a very tasteful, individual equipment, made the stay a pure pleasure. The house is very well equipped and a nice place for a couple as well as for a family. Madame Le Goff welcomed us with raspberries and potatoes from the garden and immediately made sure that the house and garden with a wheelchair could be used barrier-free. The bungalow is very well placed near to the beach of Pléhérel Plage, which is a very nice place at the sea for swimming and sun bathing. Also the surrounding offers a lot of places to experience, the sea-shore is impressive. So we had 14 days rest and relaxation with the best summer weather

Immer wieder gerne!

Wir verbrachten zwei wunderschöne in Wochen in Frehel. Das Haus ist genauso wie es beschrieben ist. Es ist sehr gut eingerichtet, sauber, neu, mit einem hübschen Garten. Insgesamt passte es perfekt zu uns (Familie, 2 Kinder). Es ist fußläufig zu einem wunderschönen Strand. Die Komunikation zur Vermieterin war unkompliziert und sehr gut. Wir können es absolut empfehlen.

Une location idéale pour des familles avec enfants

Nous avons passé des vacances excellentes - et c´était aussi grâce à cette location super qui nous a plu beaucoup. La description de la location et sa situation étaient très précises. La maison est très bien équipée, elle est très comfortable, propre, bien entretenue et spacieuse. Nos enfants (4, 6 et 8 ans) ont aimé leur chambre (avec des livres et des jeux) et le jardin. Comme le jardin est loin de la rue on ne doit pas avoir peur des voitures. La cuisine est très bien équipée, la terrasse et "la salle de séjour" invitent à s´ y installer pour se détendre. La maison a des jalousies (éléctriques) partout ce qui nous a offert des nuits très calmes. La plage n´est pas loin. En plus, les sites comme St- Malo, le Mont St-Michel, Cap Fréhel, le Fort la Latte, Dinard, Dinan, Erquy se trouvent à une distance acceptable (minimum 10 minutes, maximum une heure). Et on a fait beaucoup de promenades au long de la côte sans utiliser la voiture. Le supermarché se trouve à 10-15 minutes (Erquy) de la maison. La propriétaire nous a accueillie d´une facon chaloureuse et elle nous a donné beaucoup de conseils utiles. La communication entre nous se faisait très facile comme la propriétaire était toujours prête à répondre à nos questions (portables, mails). On va recommander cette location à nos amis.

Das perfekte Ferienhaus!

Wir hatten in diesem tollen, modernen Ferienhaus einen der schönsten Urlaube der letzten Jahre - es ist sehr gemütlich und mit vielen praktischen Details ausgestattet. Die Lage ist ruhig, nur 5 min enfernt vom schönsten Sandstrand weit und breit und praktisch gelegen um sämtliche Sehenswürdigkeiten der Umgebung zu erkunden: Fazit: Traumhäuschen in Traumumgebung - jederzeit wieder.

Little paradise

The house is a delight. We have spend a two week holiday here and everything you need is there. The house is comfortable and the garden perfect for relaxing and playing. We and our two young kids had everything we needed. Having fresh vegetables and herbs from the garden is of course a wonderful extra. Cap Frehel is beautiful and there are a lot of sandy beaches in the vicinity. Actually we found the one which is closest (5 minutes walk) to be the nicest (guarded and mostly local people) of them all. The owner is very correct and friendly. All contact went smooth and we are happy to have gotten to know her. Definitely to be recommended! When we go back to this beautiful part of Brittany we will come back to this house, no doubt about it.

Au bord de mer et au calme

Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable dans cette maison. La mer est toute proche (il faut compter 10 minutes à pieds en descente - donc un peu plus pour le retour) et en plus le voisinage est très calme malgré le fait que la maison est assez entourée. L'équipement est super complet d'autant plus que c'est une maison secondaire qui est occupée par la propriétaire hors saison. L'aménagement y est donc "comme à la maison", des meubles agréables, confortables et jolis. Le petit plus est sans conteste que les lits sont faits à notre arrivée, que le linge de toilette et la plupart des produits de premières nécessité sont fournis, sans compter que la propriétaire nous permet de prendre quelques petits légumes dans son potager. Non vraiment rien à redire, nous avons passé une excellente semaine et recommandons vivement cette location où nous comptons retourner.

"Je recommande cette location sans aucune réserve. L''accueil de la propriétaire a été charmant. La maison, idéalement située (proche de saint-malo...), est très joliment décorée, confortable et très bien équipée. On n''y manque de rien et on s''y sent d''emblée comme chez soi. La télé ne nous a par ailleurs pas manqué."

Excellent sejour

Super séjour, aucune mauvaise surprise. Cadres super calme, dans la maison on a manqué de rien. Donc pour dire les choses en rapport qualité prix c'est top
