Ideally located in the heart of Port-Vendres with a large 40 sqm terrace overlooking the harbor, this apartment has a beautiful view of the fishing harbor and the church.
On the 3rd and last floor floor, with elevator, in a small building of 3 apartments, it is located close to many shops in a picturesque pedestrian street that runs along the port. It is located 2 km from Collioure, 5 km from Banyuls, 25 km from Perpignan and 30 km from Spain. Free WIFI.
We consider the comments of tenants, the electric awning has been changed as well as the lounge chairs and over the kitchen is now equipped with a hood.

Best location in Port Vendres
The terrace and the view are stunning - just like in the pictures. The apartment is nice and spacious but the furnishment and the bed linen would benefit from an update.

L'appartement est idéalement placé. On fait tout à pied. Ligne de bus à côté. Fantastique terrasse et super plancha. Nous y avons fait tout nos repas. Vue au top ! Charming apartment with fantastic terrace view
Immaculately clean and very comfortable apartment in a great location in the centre Porte-Vendres. Beautiful views from the terrace, lots of shops and restaurants close by and a couple of beaches in easy walking distance, with other Côte Vermeille beaches easily reached by car or bus.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans une région chère à notre coeur. L'appartement edt parfaitement situé et équipé. Sa grande taille permet d'accueillir une famille complète. Fantastic Appartement
We had a super nice vacation and enjoyed the wonderful terrace every morning and evening. Delicious croissants from the bakery next door for breakfast and fresh fish directly from the harbor in the evening on the grill. In addition, the magnificent view. The apartment is lovingly furnished, it lacks nothing. So you can relax wonderfully and let your soul dangle. Warm welcome and nice contact.

Hope We Get There Again
We are 2 older men (78-80) that wanted a restful vacation. We have been to France many times before and always loved our travels there. This trip we wanted someplace to sit and just watch the world go by. I couldn't have picked a better place. We usually take the car on a small trip to see a site everyday but here the car stayed parked for a week. The apartment was clean and Betty very helpful. I speak only a few words of French and she doesn't speak English but we managed famously. The apartment had everything and more that we needed. We found a little grocery just up the block and there was a butcher shop below us so we stalked up on bread, cheese, sausages and pate. We usually did lunch around the corner at one of the many restaurants but dinner was always on the terrace watching the lights come on across the water. We were both thrilled to just watch the coming and going of the boats in the inlet. I was a bit hesitant about it being on the 3rd floor but the elevator worked without any problem. If we make it to France again this will definitely be OUR place to stay.

Betty nous a très bien accueilli et l’appartement était parfait , très bien équipé avec une magnifique terrasse, quelle vue! Nous avons eu la chance d’assister aux 200 ans de port vendres donc c’était très animé. Belle location pour un séjour dans cette jolie région !

Nous avons pris 14 nuits. Une seule paire de draps. Idem pour les serviettes de toilette. Le ménage est fait sommairement. De la poussière et des minons sous les lits Les tiroirs de la cuisine sales, la vaisselle colle presque aux doigts. Envahis par les foumis. Pas de pression à la salle de bain. Il est évident que l'on oublie cet endroit.

Ferienwohnung mit überwältigen maritimen Blick.
Großzügige Ferienwohnung mit sehr großer Terrasse und einem sehr schönen Ausblick auf die Bucht und den Hafen von Port -Vendres. Voll eingerichtete Wohnung und sauber. Freundlicher Vermieter und perfekte Betreuung durch eine sehr nette Dame vor Ort. Wir waren schon ein zweites mal hier und werden sicherlich noch öfter in diese schöne Wohnung zurückkehren.

Schöne Wohnung. Älteres Haus in perfekter Lage. Von der Terrasse einen tollen Blick zum Hafen. Parkplätze genügend vorhanden. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fußläufig. Frischer Fisch direkt am Hafen zu kaufen. Ausstattung der Wohnung ist prima. Wer gerne nicht findet alles im Überfluss vor. Selbst eine Paellapfanne! Gasoutdoorgrill. Fahrstuhl im Haus. Wiederkommen ist ein Muss.

Belle terrasse
Appartement très bien situé avec une belle vue depuis sa grande terrasse. Le reste de l'appartement est également agréable et confortable. Stationnement facile en septembre, tous commerces accessibles à pied et trajet en bus à 1 euro pour aller dans les communes proches. Bref, nous y avons passé de bonnes vacances même si la météo a parfois été capricieuse et le vent un peu trop présent.
