Entertain in our bright and sunny townhouse. All furnishings are brand NEW! If you want to see incredible views and sunsets, look out the L/R window or go to our roof top deck! Relax and have fun on the ground floor deck as well with a grassy area to play catch or throw a frisbee.

Enjoy HDTV,full WiFi access and family board games. Take in a concert at the Cape Cod Melody Tent! Put your toes in the soft sand and walk along the beach and let your vacation begin!

Great location

This unit has a great location. Walking distance to kalmis Beach and your own private beach is included. It’s about a mile and a half to town and grate for biking.

Perfect Location

The condo is in the perfect location and felt like a mini resort. You can walk to the beach and pool. It's right down the street from the ferry and Main St. All of the neighbors were very friendly. The condo is a great size and worked really well for our family. The view from the top deck is spectacular. Gene was incredibly responsive as a host. We can't wait to stay again!

Gene's condo rocks

Have stayed at these condos over 30 years. We have been in a few different units. This unit is the nicest. Private beach in the harbor and a well kept pool.

Great Getaway

Nice condo has beautiful private beach located next to Hyannis Yacht Club and beautiful harbor also Yachtsman has a a lovely pool to enjoy and is close to town great area for walking. Shuttle available

Great property for entertaining with beautiful ocean and harbor views!

We enjoyed our extended fall stay at Gene and Carol’s lovely condo. There was plenty of room for family to come visit and the proximity to the beach was ideal for enjoying early morning walks. We were also able to enjoy private sunsets from the rooftop deck!

Great condo in Hyannis

This is a great 3 level, 3 BR condo near the water in Hyannis, just down the street from the ferry. Nice layout, well-appointed, with excellent sunset views over a marsh. Short walk to the beach and longer walk into a nice downtown area of Hyannis. Gene was very attentive before, during, and after our stay.

Beautiful townhouse

We had a wonderful one week stay in this beautiful townhouse only steps from the beach. It was very clean and the set up was perfect for our family of 5 plus two extra tweens/teens. Loved having 3 bathrooms, so helpful. Would love to come back.

Very Pleasant Stay

Our family had a very pleasant 2-week stay on the Cape. We loved the quieter location of the condo, at the end of the building, with beautiful views of the ocean from the top deck. The large living room was very cozy for our large family of 7. The beach right by the condo complex was perfect for our small children, with quiet waters and lots of shells. Gene was the best host we have ever had, checking in with us before and during our stay, to make sure we were all set.

Overall very pleased

The initial photo and description of ocean view is a bit misleading. That aside everything was fabulous. Lovely condo, clean and well stocked. We really loved the location - walked to beach, walked to restaurants. Very happy with everything. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again. Gene was very attentive and clear about rules, procedures, parking etc. Thank you Gene and Carol!!

Perfect Week at the beach

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The proximity to the calm, quiet beach and beautiful pool (baby floats are not allowed) was perfect, especially for our 18 month old granddaughter. The condo was lovely and having a bathroom in each bedroom was certainly ideal. Although we ate in more often than we ate out, Tugboats never disappoints and was our favorite meal. We took a lighthouse tour out of Hyannis Harbor right down the street. The only challenge was parking, as we only had one permanent spot near the condo for the week and an extra spot for the weekend. This is not a reflection on Gene and his wife as they have no control over this. We will definitely consider staying there again next year.

Great place to spend a week on the Cape

We really enjoyed our vacation at your condo in Hyannis. First of all, we loved the location. We were able to walk to the ferries and restaurants downtown. We took long walks and runs from the condo and along the coast of Hyannis Port. It was great to have access to several beaches within walking distance. We enjoyed the view from the rooftop deck. And being an end unit, we had a nice cross breeze with the windows open and didn't need to run the AC. The unit was clean and comfortable. Having a bathroom for each bedroom was very convenient. The living room was a great place to gather in the evenings. We'd love to spend another vacation week there in the future. Thank you!

Relaxing week on the Cape

What a relaxing week we had. The space was perfect given we had me, my husband, my 12 year old daughter, my 20 year old niece and my 70 year old mother. We each basically had our own floor to sleep on and our own bathrooms. The condo is clean and well stocked. It is an end unit by the street and while I didn't hear much street noise at night during the months of July and August there is a dumpster that is emptied between 1am-4am which is close to the unit. Once we knew what the sound was it was fine. The parking was confusing for the guest space and a calendar of dates would be helpful. Trash is picked up daily. The pool was great with lifeguards. The private beach is Lewis Bay which has a lot of boat activity. You can swim if you would like though. 2 minute walk to Kalmus beach which was very nice and thankfully the owners provide a beach parking pass so you can visit any of the Barnstable beaches for free parking (THANK YOU)! There are technically 5 levels to the condo so a lot of stairs but we put my niece and daughter in the bedroom all the way upstairs which was nice because we couldn't hear them if they stayed up later. The couch is super comfortable and the views are wonderful. Again - such a relaxing week - great location in Hyannis and close to everything - shopping, beaches, restaurants and was awesome having the pool and beach access! Enjoy!

Cape trip

Overall this is a very good location right on a private beach with warm water and no waves so great for the kids. Short walk to the ferry to take a trip to Nantucket which was great. Also can walk to Main Street for dining/shopping. House was not as clean as expected which was communicated to host. Also several condo association rules so make sure you read those in detail. We overall had a really nice trip.

Cape Cod Getaway

Our family had an awesome time staying at this property. The unit was in great shape and was both well-stocked and also well-designed, giving a great Cape Cod beach feel. We loved the private beach nearby, which was quiet and great for kids. The condo is both quiet/private feeling but also a convenient 10-15 minute walk from the ferries and Main St Hyannis. We had a blast and would love to stay here again.

Hyannis Getaway

The unit was very clean and well stocked. There was a lot of space on the 3 levels. The beach was peaceful and clean, but several steps walking from the unit. It was also a bit noisy, located next to the street. Very convenient to Main Street shops and the island ferries. The owner was very pleasant and helpful.

Excellent Stay

We had a great stay in Hyannis. The short walk to the beach was perfect for young kids. The beach is shallow and calm, good for floats, paddle boards etc. The pool was great, staff was super friendly, the grounds are very well kept. The unit was clean and spacious. The only drawback for a family with young children is all of the stairs. Plenty of sleeping space for everyone and the multiple bathrooms and central air a definite plus! Gene was very responsive, easy booking, check in, check out process.

Everything we needed

I spent the week here with my family. The home was very clean, and was equipped with everything my family needed to enjoy our week together! Gene was available to answer questions for me throughout our booking process. I would highly recommend this rental! Two beaches within a 5 minute walk and close to restaurants, ice cream, shops, parks etc. highly recommend!

Overall a good place that was convenient to the beach and any activities one wants to do. Price value was ok, but with some minor upgrades and cleanliness the cost for the week would have been fair.

This was our first experience visiting Cape Cod and we all had a great time. The directions were very clear, the unit was well stocked, and the owner was very responsive and helpful. The location was very convenient for a young family - close to beach, pool and downtown.

My wife and I love the Ocean! We love to walk on soft sand,to enjoy the Cape Cod breezes and to see the sights and sounds of nature. We come to the Cape every year but wanted to be in walking distance to the beach. We finally found our paradise!

We looked everywhere for a beach front property that met our tough requirements. I t had to be bright,comfortable,spacious,a really short walk to the beach and close to everything Cape Cod is known for. This means close to downtown Hyannis for great food and shopping while being surrounded by unspoiled natural settings.When you come to visit the Cape you can choose to partake in an abundance of activities(fishing,shopping,biking,golf,boating,antique shops,walking,eating in the wide variety of restaurants.... or you can just chill and visit the beach. Make your dreams become memories!
