About this property

Gulf Front on the Beach - Sun, sand, and water will be your view from every room

This is a single family home with a 2-car garage on the ground level, open concept Kitchen/Dining room with 1/2 bath on the second level, and 3 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms on the 3rd level. The Master has a King Bed with attached bath; 2nd bedroom has 1 Queen and 1 Twin Bed, and 3rd Bedroom has 1 Queen bed. The two guest bedrooms share a separate bath on the same level with both a tub and shower. All three bedrooms have views of the Gulf. The exterior decks on all 3 levels provide outdoor living at it's best. Enjoy morning coffee on the deck just outside the master suite, soak up the sun on the cushioned lounge chairs on the private beach just off the bottom level deck and enjoy a BBQ & social gatherings during sunset on the second level deck. The powder white sand and blue green waters of the Gulf just outside the back door are what dreams are made of. At night the wood burning fire pit on the beach is perfect for a gathering of family and friends while the moon dances on the water just steps from the back door.
It is located in a gated community which provides privacy and tranquility yet is close to many wonderful restaurants and activities.

Wonderful Seaside Vacation

My family had another enjoyable vacation at Sea La Vie. The house is spacious and meticulously clean. The location, right on the beach, can’t be beat. And the decks looking out over the ocean are spectacular. We hope to return next year.

Wonderful Retreat

Sea La Vie

This was the second year in a row at Sea La Vie for our family of 7. Everything from the location to every single accommodation of this house is outstanding. Spacious, clean and comfortable. Sunsets continue to be highlight of our days. We love spending family time here during our summers. Looking forward to future visits.

Can’t get any better than this!

Absolutely perfect spot on the beach. It took my son 37 seconds to run from the backyard area to the water. We had the luxury of sitting under the porch, the top balcony or at the dining table in the AC to watch dolphins. The beds are super soft, in fact I’m buying the same bedding for my home. The house is stocked with anything you need and minutes from great food. The sunsets are beyond beautiful and even rainy days are worth watching. We are already checking the calendar to book again!

Wonderful and fully stocked

Absolutely loved our stay at Laurel’s beach home. This house was stocked with everything we could need to enjoy our stay and have a great time! Laurel has done a great job at putting much thought into the place! Really enjoyed having a closed in garage as well along with having a fridge in there for our easy grab and go beach drinks. The view was excellent as well. We enjoyed using the fire pit one evening for making s’mores along with utilizing the baggo board for a fun family evening. Will definitely book this home again!

Another Great Vacation

Amazing stay

Family beach week

By far the best property my family has stayed at over the past couple years. The house was extremely clean, kitchen had all the necessities needed, close to restaurants and shopping. Laurel was very responsive when we wanted to add an additional guest and she checked in to make sure we settled in and didn’t have any questions after we arrived. Would highly recommend!

Another wonderful beach stay!

This is the third time we have stayed at Sea la Vie and there are so many reasons we keep returning! The house is just perfect, we love the covered porch as well as the outdoor areas and lounges. It’s great to have the fully stocked kitchen and the gas grill for easy meals. Everything we can think of is there to make our stay beyond compare. I loved the charming wooden mermaid puzzle! We hope to return again!

Beach Vacation

This house was amazing! We will definitely be back! We have stayed in quite a few homes in Indian Shores and this one is by far our favorite. Laurel thought of everything! We were wishing we had stayed longer!

Sea La Vie = Gulf Sunset Paradise

Our family of 7 (4 adults and 3 children - ages 7-8) stayed for a week. The house is as described, with plenty of room, clean and comfortable for our family. The house was stocked with many essentials to get started. We spent most of our time by the water's edge, but we also enjoyed the views from the different decks. We had 2 vehicles parked in garages with plenty of room as well. Great restaurants and shops nearby. The beach access cannot be beat. We love being able to walk right up to the sand. Overall the house was excellent. Our family made new memories. We try not to miss any sunsets, every single one is different...

Overall a great experience. Fantastic location directly on the beach. Overall very clean- a few bugs here and there but what is kinda expected for coastal location. She has everything you could possibly need. Overall communication was solid with owner. Would definitely consider staying there again.

Perfect and Peaceful

I just returned from a family trip at Sea la Vie. We go to the beach every year, and this was the best yet!The location was right on the ocean and such an easy walk that my 87 year old Mother -in -Law was able to walk out to the water without assistance! Lauren was very prompt and helpful. If you’re considering this one, don’t hesitate. You won’t be disappointed! Thank you, Lauren!

We purchased this property in October 2014. Two months were spent renovating and furnishing it with a goal of providing ourselves, and our guests, with a little bit of luxury and relaxation in a beautifully decorated space. We all deserve the best while on vacation. Sea La Vie --- our little piece of paradise we are happy to share with you.

Why they chose this property

We fell in love with this peaceful and serene strip of sand on the gulf coast which also has several fun spots nearby to be social and meet new people. The sand is pristine, the water warm, blue, and beautiful. The privacy of the beach makes this the perfect spot for relaxation.

What makes this property unique

The thing we enjoy the most are the Views! The home has unobstructed ocean views from almost every room including the main living area, master bedroom, and guest bedrooms. Guests will enjoy high quality bedding, remodeled bathrooms, new washer and dryer, top of the line outdoor furniture, and fire pit for outdoor living at it's finest! Each of the 3 balconies provides special moments. Morning coffee on the rocking chairs outside the master suite is delightful. BBQ's, social gatherings, and sunsets on the second level deck are spectacular. Our favorite spot however is our own private beach on the ground level. We have cushioned lounge chairs to soak up the sun during the day and Adirondack chairs circling a wood burning fire pit on the beach during the evenings. We hope our guests enjoy it like we do...
