In the heart of Provence, discover the old tax house of the village which has become family property since 1945.
Completely renovated in 2013, you will benefit from all modern comfort in a place full of history and authenticity.
A terrace with its majestic olive tree, a fenced garden with its private swimming pool, all located 200 meters from local shops.
Cavillargues has managed to remain a small village worthy of Pagnol's novels. We play pétanque under the plane trees, we can sip an anisette on the shaded terrace of the village cafe while playing belote. Nothing is missing in this small village of 900 souls: cafe, grocery store, butcher, bakery, doctor, pharmacy, physiotherapist, cooperative cellar, restaurant, its two hairdressing salons and its beauty and massage salon where you can relax.
Nature lovers can discover the many hiking trails that swarm all around the village, go for bike rides or swim in the rivers: La Roque sur Cèze, the Sautadet waterfalls, the Ardèche Gorges, the Gardon, Bagnols plage ...
Cavillargues is located on the wine route of the Côtes du Rhône where you can explore the vineyards that make the region famous.

Wundervolles Haus für einen herrlichen Urlaub

Wir haben 2 wundervolle Urlauswochen in diesem bezaubernden Haus verbringen dürfen und kommen bestimmt wieder zurück! Hier hat einfach alles gepasst: das Haus ist bezaubernd, die Ausstattung ist hervorragend und der Pool und Garten laden zum Entspannen ein. Der Gastgeber Philippe ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit - das kann man sich nicht besser wünschen. Von Cavillargues aus hat man vielfältigste Möglichkeiten für Tagesausflüge - da fällt eher die Entscheidung schwer. Zusammengefasst: top empfehlenswert!

Wunderbar

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in diesem tollen Haus. Es ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und es ist wirklich alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Der Garten ist wunderschön gestaltet und der Pool traumhaft. Alles ist gut gepflegt und die Lage sehr ruhig. Dennoch ist das Dorf mit Bäckerei, dem freundlichen Metzger, Lebensmittelladen und Café direkt ums Eck. Im September ist es sehr ruhig ich m Dorf und es sind fast nur Einheimische unterwegs. Wir sind nach zwei Wochen sehr entspannt nach Hause gekommen.

Entspannter Hundetraum

Insbesondere das großzügige Grundstück mit Garten, Terrasse vor dem Haus und sehr großen, geschützten Poolbereich hat uns begeistert. Cavillargues ist ein lebendiges und liebenswertes Dorf, in dem wir uns schnell zu Hause gefühlt haben. Die Umgebung ist mit Wanderzeichen sorgfältig ausgerüstet und so lassen sich neben den klassischen Wanderungen in die Schluchten der Ardèche oder der Cèze auch viele schöne Wege vom Haus aus erkunden. Auch im August war es für beide Hunde ( 10 Jahre und 5 Monate) und uns nicht zu heiß. Wir können das Haus für einen aktiven Familienurlaub nur wärmstens empfehlen!

Séjour très agréable dans une charmante maison et un petit village authentique

Le propriétaire de la maison est extrêmement gentil et réactif, très bon accueil à l'arrivée avec bouteille de vin. La maison est agréable. Les chambres à l'étage sont très jolies, spacieuses et confortables. Le salon au rez-de-chaussée est un peu plus dans son jus, on sent que c'est par ailleurs une maison habitée à l'année et qui donc a une âme. Petit espace devant la maison pour prendre le repas à l'extérieur. Magnifique jardin et piscine sur le côté de la maison, il faut d'abord traverser la cour pour y accéder mais ce n'est pas un souci. Pain, boucher, café, food-truck (en été) et épicerie dans le village. Il y a même une très gentille esthéticienne! Bref, nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances!

Maison ancienne au très beau jardin

Belle maison ancienne de village, très bien entretenue et très bien équipée. Le jardin et sa piscine sont particulièrement bien aménagés et en font le point majeur d’intérêt. Nous avons passés une très belle semaine.

Séjour très agréable, adapté pour les familles

La maison a beaucoup de charme, elle est très bien équipée. La piscine et le jardin d'agrément sont des atouts et incitent au repos et à la convivialité. Le propriétaire est très sympathique et nous a très bien accueillis. Notre séjour a été réussi.

Maison de famille magnifique

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans la maison de Philippe. La piscine est magnifique et très bien sécurisée pour les enfants en bas âge. Les extérieurs sont agréables et très bien entretenues. On pourrait s'y installer !

Vacances de rêve au coeur d'un village Gardois

Maison de caractère, très confortable et parfaitement équipée. Le jardin et la piscine ont été aménagés avec beaucoup de goût. Cette belle propriété permet de trouver à chaque instant de la journée un espace protégé de la chaleur. La proximité immédiate de quelques commerces au sein du village contribue à la tranquillité du séjour.

Wunderschönes Haus mit tollem Garten und Pool

Das 'Haus meines Vaters' ist ein wunderschönes altes Haus mitten in Cavillargues. Es ist bestens ausgestattet und liebevoll eingerichtet. Es gibt zahlreiche Badetücher, Grill, 2 Fernseher, Gefrierschrank, Mikrowelle und noch vieles mehr. Besonders die Küche ließ keine Wünsche offen. Die Kommunikation mit Phillippe war super, der Empfang und die Schlüssel Übergabe problemlos. Das Haus eignet sich bestens für einen Familienurlaub aber es ist auch ideal für drei Paare. Im Ort gibt es einen Bäcker, einen kleinen Lebensmittel Laden, ein Bistro und nicht zu vergessen die Weingenossenschaft. Die Weine sind superlecker, besonders der Rosé hat uns sehr geschmeckt.

Es war wirklich alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit und wir würden gerne wiederkommen. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hat immer sehr zeitnah auf Anfragen reagiert. Alle Leute, mit denen wir dort Kontakt hatten, waren sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend sowie auch sehr verständnisvoll bei leichten sprachlichen Kommunikationsschwierigkeiten unsererseits. S + K

Stylish home in classic French village

Beautifully styled house, fully equipped, plenty of living space, off street parking in the middle of the village. Safe, secure pool area with child proof gate reached by footpath through garden. Pool is spotless and well equipped with loungers. Large lawn and outside dining areas secure from pool area. Local area full of vineyards, hiking trails, close to Ceze and Gardon rivers and pretty town of Uzes. Friendly, helpful owners with quick and clear communication. We loved it and hope to return.

verblijf in een typisch Zuid-Frans dorp

Het verblijf en huis waren uitstekend. > Pluspunten: Een charmant ogend, groot, ruim huis. Grote slaapkamers, met bergruimtes. Badkamer boven en beneden. Goed geoutilleerde keuken. Koele living. Prachtige, verzorgde tuin met uitgebreid tuinmeubilair. Een uitstekend onderhouden zwembad, goed afgescheiden van de tuin (in geval er kleintjes zijn). Het huis ligt op een worp van het centrale plein van het zeer charmante, middeleeuwse dorpje. Daar kan je elke ochtend vers brood bij de bakker en de krant vinden, een café, een kleine épicerie en vooral een uitstekende (!!!), artisanale beenhouwer. Vanuit het dorp zijn talloze wandelingen te maken. De straat van het huis mondt uit in de velden en wijngaarden. Er is een Cave Cooperative in het dorp, met uitstekende locale wijn. Vriendelijke verhuurders. > Goed om te weten: Voor wie op zoek is naar totale rust: het huis ligt in het dorp, dus geen totale stilte. Je hoort tractors en wat wagens passeren, wat buren die muziek maken en elke vrijdag in juli is er blijkbaar in het café één of andere animatie met muziek (maar niet later dan middernacht..). Alles blijft heel redelijk... De tuin ligt niet achter of voor het huis, maar ernaast (via een binnenkoer te bereiken), er is dus geen rechtstreeks zicht op de tuin vanuit keuken of living. Er is wel een heel gezellig voortuintje met terras en olijfboom. Er is altijd wel een plek met schaduw te vinden maar toch hadden we, gezien de hitte, graag wat meer beschutting buiten. De tuin mist een grote boom...

Très belle maison, piscine magnifique, au calme

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour en août 2014 dans cette grande maison. Presque toutes les pièces ont été refaites et décorées avec goût. Tout le confort et la modernité avec le cachet de cette ancienne bâtisse. Une piscine magnifique, sans vis à vis. Village très calme. Les propriétaires ont été parfaits : charmants et arrangeants, que ce soit avant le séjour ou pendant, nous avons sentis qu'ils voulaient que l'on soient bien et cela a été le cas! Très propre. Je recommande sans problème la location.
