Due to local laws we have a rental contract of 30 days.

This beautiful, spacious Kailua home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The house can sleep up to 6. Two bedrooms have a King bed and one bedroom has two twin beds. There is also an attached 1-bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment that rents separately from the main house. This apartment shares nothing except the driveway with the main house, so the apartment and main house are private from each other.

The house has quiet split AC, flat screen TVs in the bedrooms and living room, and a large living/dining area with a full, well equipped kitchen. All the bathrooms have walk-in showers. There's cool white tile throughout the house, a washer and dryer in the garage, and parking for at least 2 cars with the main house, and additional parking for the apt.

Looking for a heated pool big enough for the family? We've got one, and it has a deep and shallow end, 2 waterfall features, gorgeous night lighting, and tables and chairs and loungers around it for outdoor relaxing. There's also an additional covered lanai with a table and chairs overlooking the huge, grassy yard for more outdoor relaxing. (Please note, if you want the pool heated there an additional charge of $20/day.)

With beautiful Kailua Beach around 700 yards away, you can easily walk there in approximately 5-7 minutes. We provide boogie boards, beach chairs, beach towels, an umbrella and a cooler for fun at the beach, and we have an outdoor shower to rinse off extra salt and sand when you get home.

If you want to explore the island, this is a very convenient, central location to do it from. Waikiki, Ala Moana shopping center, Pearl Harbor, the swap meet, and Honolulu are all about 25 minutes away to the South. The North Shore is about 45 minutes away, and Ko'Olina and the West side are also about 45 minutes away. Or, if you want to check out the beaches closer to home on the East side, they're all just a short drive. Lanikai Beach is less than 10 minutes away, Waimanalo Beach is about 15-20 minutes away, and of course, Kailua Beach is just a few minutes walk.

Situated down a long drive on a quiet side street, the house is private and peaceful. Landscaped with lush tropical plants and flowers, and a huge grassy lawn, this is a place you can truly relax and unwind, and really experience the laid back local lifestyle.

Eco-friendly, we use non toxic, environmentally friendly, fragrance free laundry soap and cleaning products, and 100% cotton bed linens and quilts.

Please note, this property is not suitable for groups looking to party at the house. It is located in a quiet, residential neighborhood and the neighbors are not on vacation. We do not accept arrivals after 9pm. We are also unable to accommodate infants (aged 3 years and under) and can host a maximum of 3 children.

Wonderful stay!

Hawaiian oasis.

Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, this home has everything you could need. Super clean, a fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, WiFi, swimming pool, and all the beach toys you could ask for. A short walk takes you to a wonderful walking and swimming beach. We would definitely stay here again!

Excellent Home base when staying on Oahu

This well appointed home in Kailua is an excellent home base when staying on Oahu. Our extended family visited and had plenty of space to come together for family time and to retreat to our own spaces as needed. The beds were all very comfortable, the bathrooms had ample counter space and the walk in showers were lovely. There were also multiple options for work/learn from home spaces. The house comes outfitted with all the necessary kitchen amenities as well as beach chairs, a beach wagon, umbrellas, a cooler etc. The pool, patio and backyard are lovely and provide options for outdoor dining/work/relaxation. If we visit Oahu again I will be sure to check if this property is available again!

Worth every penny!!!

We just completed a months stay. From beginning to end Richard and Amanda were awesome and accommodating! The property is beautiful. The decor fit the island vibe with an all white motif, lots of windows to let the sunshine in and easy access to the pool from the master suite or the living room. The location was fabulous, walking distance to the beach, a mile or two to downtown shopping, restaurants and entertainment. Honolulu, Waikiki and other tourists attractions less than 30 minutes away. Overall pool, beach, beauty, privacy, and easy access to the rest of the island while avoiding the congestion of the city and enjoying the quiet of a local neighborhood. I just can’t say enough good about this property. Definitely recommend without reservation.you won’t be disappointed.

First trip to Hawaii - AMAZING STAY!

We stayed for 10 days in this home. I was so impressed and Amanda was a fantastic owner. The rental was immaculate, modern and incredibly comfortable. The house looks exactly like the pictures, maybe even better. Amanda greeted us on the day of our arrival, showed us around the home and pointed different things out to us. The kitchen was fully stocked and I think, other than food, the only the we missed were BBQ utensils. The pool was beautiful and felt very secluded, the neighbors were friendly, the yard was luscious, and the beach was just a short walk. The garage held nice beach chairs and umbrellas and the bathrooms had tons of beach towels. Amanda was super helpful when I had a few questions about places to eat and was very responsive. The absolute ONLY thing that I can think of that I would have liked that wasn't there would be a lock at the top of the sliding door to the backyard. I have a little one that could easily unlock the back door so I was a bit paranoid. I will definitely be back.

Nice location, but ants and roach problem.

I really wanted to give this place a higher star rating because we had a good experience with the host, Amanda, but we had ants and roach problems during our stay. Amanda was responsive and the location was great; a walking distance to a nice beach. The big down side for me was when we checked in, the place already had lots of ants in it. I had to spend the first few days after checking in trying to get rid of the ants and roaches, which was definitely not ideal since it’s more expensive than a hotel. There were lots of baits around the kitchen and rooms (I found about 10 or so overall), so the ants were coming in for the baits. After placing the baits outside, it was better, but they were still lingering a bit. I also found about 3 geckos and a few roaches. I don’t mind the geckos since it’s Hawaii and all, but I have kids, so the roaches and ants bothered me and the the kids.

Kailua Stay

We recently spent a month in lovely Kailua at this house. Kailua is a pretty beach town with no resorts or high-rises, and has a very casual vibe, while having all the conveniences of home. The beach is gorgeous and maybe two miles long, so it’s ideal for walking. Kailua is on the windward side of Oahu, so the weather is more changeable than some other areas, although it doesn’t seem to generally rain for more that three minutes. This is a great location for Oahu exploring, with easy access to all areas and most places not more than 40 minutes drive. This house is in a nice neighbourhood and the neighbours all seem quite friendly, and it is just about a five minute walk to the beautiful beach. The house is spacious, and is quite perfect for two couples or a family of six, as we were. The pool is lovely, and we were looking forward to a month of pool lounging, however it isn’t quite warm enough for that and the heater wasn’t working while we were there. It’s very refreshing for a quick swim, but not warm enough to hang around in there, so that was a big disappointment for our family. We also found we could have used more dishes and flatware, but we managed and bought a few extras. Overall this was quite a good rental, and it wouldn’t take too much to make it really great. We enjoyed it and would return.

Great location, great pool

The property was just as described and in a quiet, convenient location within walking distance to a very nice, uncrowded beach. My family enjoyed the private pool the best and somehow it always remained very clean. The house basically had everything that we needed for our stay including beach towels, chairs, and umbrellas. All of the TVs didn't work which the owner tried to come over and fix but it wasn't a big deal since we weren't there to watch TV. The only other complaint is that the dishwasher is very small but everything else in the kitchen worked great. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect home in Hawaii

House and pool are just as beautiful as the pictures. There were beach chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards to use and a handy wagon to pull it all to the beach. The beach is a very short easy walk and the views there are stunning. We are sad to be leaving our lovely Kailua beach house!

Most memorable experience!

This property is not only visually pleasing, but has a very practical floor plan that met all of our needs and exceeded our expectations. The property is within walking distance from the beach, but also has a beautiful sparkling pool to relax in. We found the property spacious and well-appointed with everything we needed for a very memorable family vacation. Our host was exceptionally gracious and accommodating. The entire family was highly impressed, but sad when it was time to vacate. We’d love to come back to this property on a future visit.

Kailua 3-Bedroom House w/ Pool

Recently stayed and enjoyed the property. Our kids loved the pool and walking distance to the beach. Kailua was a great town to stay in as it felt more local vs touristy Waikiki. The location was ideal for trips into Kailua town but also for access to Hiking, golf and beaches. Recommend the property and Amanda was quick to respond to anything we needed. Plus checkout was super easy.

Perfect home in Kailua

This pristine home had everything we needed for our 9 day stay on Oahu. Family of four (older teenagers) stayed comfortably and enjoyed the pool and short walk to Kailua Beach. Kailua is where we always stay when visiting Oahu and we will definitely book this property on a future trip. Amanda was a wonderful host - easy to communicate with and provides all you need for a fantastic stay.

Wonderful, clean house with a great pool and yard!

We had a wonderful stay at this property! It was the perfect location in a nice neighborhood being so close to the beach. There are 2 backyards for my family to spread out in- one with a beautiful pool and the other with a large grassy area. Both had plenty of seating and shade for everyone to relax. When we went to the beach, there was a cart which made it easy to transport the umbrellas and chairs. The owner even brought us a second umbrella when we requested additional shade. We waited 2 years for this trip and it was well worth it!

Family Vacation

This house is a lovely place to spend time enjoying the whole island of Oahu. It is a short walk to one of the most beautiful and uncrowded beaches that was great for kids with good body surfing waves.The pool was also a big draw for the kids. it is a short drive into Kailua and only 25 minutes from Honolulu. The kitchen is adequately equipped for making meals and the large back yard was nice as well.

Wonderful time!

Wow! This place is awesome. Me and my family had a great time. The pool and large yard were a big hit with my kiddos along with the beautiful beach just a short walk away. The house was clean and spacious. We had a wonderful stay.

Perfect location!

The house had everything you could possibly need to have a comfortable stay. It’s in a perfect location for the beach & there are restaurants a short Uber ride away. The only negative thing I’d say is that everything in the house is white & if you don’t want people (women) to use the white face clothes to wash their face then please provide an alternative.

Our family three (one 9 year old boy) loved this property. Clean, great location (blocks from beach) and nice pool. Kailua is (thankfully) a bit quieter than Waikiki but just as many things to do. Prop managers easy to communicate with and responsive.

Great Stay in lovely house

We enjoyed our stay as the house is very nice and close to the beach. We were 3 couples and had lots of space. Pool was very nice to have. Views are also very nice. Few things we thought were missing such as a propane BBQ and a safe. Only issue we had was with the check-in. We were to call in to get the code upon arrival, however we didn't have cell phone service as we are from Canada and had not purchased a travel plan for our phones. It might be better to provide check in procedures with check in code when payment is made in full. Thank you for our lovely stay.

This property has been designed with your comfort in mind and a lot of attention to extra details. Because it has remodeled. and refurnished, everything is in good condition, and good quality. Good quality, comfortable beds, with 100% cotton sheets and bedding. Quiet split AC in all rooms except the bathrooms. Stove and refrigerator in the kitchen, and washer and dryer in the garage.
The house has large, white, ceramic tiles throughout, and combined with the all-white decor with tropical blue and green accents, it combines for a very clean, spacious, and classy look. Gorgeous, large, colorful canvas prints of local scenics complete the decor.

In the living room the wall mounted, flat screen TV has a stereo sound system with blue tooth capability.

Recessed LED lighting in all rooms with ceiling surround lighting in the master bedroom, and special under kitchen bar and under cabinet lighting in the kitchen. Bathrooms have built-in LED night lights, and the pool has special interior surround night lighting.

In addition to all the above features and amenities the house is meticulously clean, well maintained, and cared for.
