About this property

SKI IN SKI OUT, located just outside the rear door of the building are the slopes and high speed quad.

Single bedroom corner unit on the first floor,
Full kitchen with pots pans and dishes for 6. Microwave, coffee maker (drip style), blender and everything you need to cook in.

WiFi through out the building.
Living room has a pull out couch that sleeps 2, flat screen TV, DVD/VCR, CD player, few DVD's and VHS tapes.

Queen size bed in bedroom, full size bathroom, and all towels linens provided by our cleaning company. The unit is cleaned before you arrive and after you leave nothing for you to do. Unlike some owners who try and save money by having you bring linens and towels.

On the ground floor of building is Hoots Bar and restaurant, ski and snowboard rental,fully stocked ski shop, Hot Tub, and ATM machine.

Plenty of parking in front of building and a shuttle stop for the rest of the mountain.

Note: This a winter Ski Condo some ammenities may not be availble in the Summer months, there is also no a/c but wonderfull cross breezes.

GNCC 2024 stay

We stayed here for the GNCC race this year. This is an excellent location to be in the middle of all the activities. The communication with the owner was top notch as well and there to answer any and all questions! The condo worked well for us and was bigger than expected. We had a nice stay and would book again!

Easy in and out

The condo was just what we needed for a weekend on the mountain. Between the welcome email and the easy access lock box for keys, it was simple to just show up and enjoy Snowshoe.

Convenient and nice condo

We stayed at the condo this past weekend and it was perfect for what we needed. Gene was always prompt with communications, getting into the condo was super easy. The placement of this condo was nice because it was at the end of the hallway, so there was no traffic going by the room. Also, even though you are not far from Hoots, you never hear anything.....very quiet! Would stay here again if we return to Snowshoe!

Great place to stay during GNCC event

The only thing I'd like to add is that although there wasn't any AC, which we were aware of. We were not able to open a window for a breeze.

New Years 2020/2021

Great little cabin on the slopes. 1 minute walk from cabin door to intermediate and advanced runs. The place was described well. Great for 2-4 people. Internet and TV worked well. We brought our amazon fire stick and watched movies. Property manager Gene was quick to accommodate. Check in process was seamless. Will visit again.

Great ski in / ski out!

The kitchen is well stocked. The den is comfy with newer furniture, and has a view of the parking lot. The corner unit floorplan is different from your typical Top of the World condo. The bedroom gains a few feet and is tucked in the back (instead of on the noisy hallway) with two windows. One view is of the parking lot, the other view of Soaring Eagle, the slopes, and gorgeous sunrises!! We will definitely look for this property again. The only thing I will remember to bring next time is a hook to hang the hand towel in the bathroom.

Small condo by the slopes

This 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo sits literally at the top of Soaring Eagle lift on the south side of Snowshoe Mountain. Plenty of parking and easy access to slopes make this a great place for those who want to park and forget about driving for the week. Especially with a bus stop right in front of the lodge. Is also on the 1st floor, one up from ground level, meaning no hiking up and down multiple flights of stairs with ski/ board gear. Bathroom looks recently redone, minus the original shower head, and the bedroom has a decent mattress with a dresser and night stand. The TV in the living room is a roku TV so you can easily watch Netflix and similar services. The fridge has tons of room, the sink is very wide for large dishes, and the unit has a dish washer. It also has a 24" range with 4 coil burners microwave. My only major complaints were about bedding, but I'll note that I'm particular due to back issues. The pillows where very flat, they seem a bit older, so I recommend bringing your own if you are pillow picky. I also can't recommend the pull out couch for adults, it was not very comfortable as it leans inward towards the couch and the bars are hard on the back. Otherwise a great space for up to four people, especially if you can put kids on the pull out. If they update the rest of the space similar to the bath is be an amazing find for mid season skiing.

Nice getaway

Perfect location

Perfect location in Snowshoe. Ski rentals and ship are located in building. Walk 10 steps out the door, put on your skis, and start on Widowmaker!! Bed was comfortable, kitchen adequately furnished, and sofa sleeper was good. Gene was easy to reach, shared info about the resort, and very accommodating! This is a gem!

Spot on and great time!

The unit was exactly as described. Awesome location right on 2-3 great runs. Based off our previous experiences at other lodging options we decided to bring a lot of kitchen supplies with us, however the condo included everything we could possibly need! Gene was very easy and an overall awesome host!

Perfect for a Snowshoe Getaway

Rented this condo for our New Years ski getaway. The property was as advertised and the photos were accurate and is perfect for a small family. We spent a lot of time skiing but never heard any of the neighbors the entire time. We cooked most meals in the condo and the cooking area was sufficiently stocked. It was lacking a tea pitcher. Eating out is expensive and the mixed drinks at the bars were hit or miss. We advise taking a crock pot for easy meals. Super convenient location at the top of the works and soaring eagle lift. If we don’t go with another couple this condo will be top of our rental choices.

Cycling Retreat

Overall good accommodations for enjoying Snowshoe. We were there for the UCI World Cup races. The condo was plenty cool enough with the windows open and the fans on during the day to pull in the air. We liked the fresh breeze. We weren’t in much but would have liked a better set up for entertainment in the evening. TV and DVD player dated and not working well.
