Ideally located 30 m from the beach, the DUMET house, in the middle of lush greenery, offers a large capacity, conducive to family reunions. Regularly, three generations live there. Well-equipped with household appliances, the cords particularly appreciate the kitchen equipment. During the holidays, we forget the car. Each is autonomous to go to the beach.

L'accueil a été particulier. Un des toilettes était défectueux avec des excréments (nous avons débloqué une partie) et non réparé et l'odeur de renfermé dans la maison était très présent. En revanche, la maison est très bien située et très agréable pour une réunion de famille. Il y a assez de vaisselle pour une grande famille. Le séjour a été très agréable.

Spacious and handy for the beach
We enjoyed our stay, the house was perfect for our needs. The big outside table sat us all easily. The kitchen had everything we needed. The children loved the swing in the garden. We didn't use the television, and the WiFi seemed to work fine (apart from in the downstairs bedroom). Small issue with shower was sorted promptly by owner. Very handy for the beach, but just to note it's a fairly steep path. Lovely cliff top paths in both directions. Loved Piriac sur Mer for the markets/crêperies/shops. Nice area to explore. Thanks for our stay.

Très bonne vacances
Grande maison, idéalement placée, petit jardin avec terrasse et balançoire pour les enfants. Plage agréable. On est venu d‘Autriche (5 adultes, 4 enfants) et on a passé deux semaines vraiment agréables dans cette maison.

Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances familiales à Piriac;la maison est très agréable et présente tout le confort désiré;pour qui aime la plage à 30 metres ,la mer et ses marées et crapahuter dans les rochers a marée basse,c'est le top! nous etions 4 adultes et six jeunes enfants qui se sont aussi bien amuses dans le jardin clos. merci aux proprietaires!

Maison spacieuse à 40 m de la mer
Nous avons passé un agréable week-end en famille (6 adultes et 4 ados). La maison est spacieuse et vraiment à quelques pas de la mer et des nombreux sentiers côtiers. Piriac est un bel endroit à visiter, et malgré la pluie, on s'est régalés !

Une location exceptionnelle
Une grande maison parfaitement entretenue, avec tout le confort électro-ménager, et une batterie de cuisine qui ravira les cordons bleus. A pied d'oeuvre pour la pêche à pieds et la baignade, maison idéalement située sur un terrain d'agrément à 30 mètres du littoral.

Ein gemütliches und komfortables Haus am Meer.
Das Haus ist gut gelegen, komfortabel eingerichtet und hat eine gut ausgestattete Küche und WLAN. Betten gibt es reichlich. Allerdings sind sie zum Teil aus 'einer anderen Zeit'. Genauso wie die Bäder. Egal: Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
