Welcome to paradise!! Our vacation home has 8 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and features the most amazing backyard with a lazy river pool and slide, outdoor dining room, outdoor living room and space to play! We have a huge playhouse for the kids and a BBQ for dinners outside in the California sunshine!

Lazy rivers are one of my (and my kids) favorite things and we usually seek out resorts that have one. No need now as there is a lazy river right in the backyard! The pool is in the center and the shallow end has a big baja shelf. There's a bridge over the river to an island that gets you into the pool and completely encircling the pool is a 5' wide and 3' deep lazy river! A rock slide goes over the river to the deep end of the pool and there is a sitting grotto and double waterfalls under the slide onto the lazy river. The lazy river flow is so fun and we provide plenty of floats :) The pool area has grass to play on, an outdoor living room and an above ground spa. The entire pool area is fully secured with a fence and self-locking MagnaLatch gates. One gate takes you to the side yard and the other takes you back into the living room. The side yard is a great place for the little ones to play outside as it's separated from the pool area and has an awesome playhouse, a grassy area and an outdoor dining table with a BBQ. It's right off the dining room / kitchen area.

- 8th bedroom doubles as a den with a packed entertainment center (Wii, board games, books and toys) and a daybed with a popup trundle bed (can either be 2 twins or they join to make an eastern king mattress)
- game room with Brunswick pool table, Tornado foosball table, huge leather couch and TV
- 4 full bathrooms
- spacious kitchen with a 5 burner range, lots of small appliances
- huge dining room table that seats 14
- located on a private street in a great Anaheim neighborhood 7 minutes from Disneyland

We have entertainment options for everyone in the house regardless of age! Lots of TVs, tons of DVDs, a Wii game system, pool table, foosball table, many board games and a little library (leave a book / take a new one for the flight home!). For the kids we have amazing themed bedrooms (Cars themed room for the boys, princess castle dreamland for the girls) and tons of toys. For the youngest ones in the group we have 3 pack n plays, high chairs, bouncy seat, strollers (singles and a double), baby toys and books and a baby monitor.

Disneyland for the whole family
Property was 100% as advertised, we were 8 adults and 7 kids and the house was perfectly set up to hold us all very comfortably. The host was excellent in every way. We highly recommend this property for a great place near Disneyland!!

Fun for all!
Great home for our extended family! Such a fun, comfortable place to unwind after busy days at the parks - only a short 10 minute Uber to Downtown Disney or Disney drop off. The outside space and pool is amazing and the games room also adds to the fun. We really appreciated how well the house was stocked - especially the kitchen. Dea was very attentive and lovely to communicate with! Loved our stay, thanks!

Perfect for a family vacation to Disneyland
This was the perfect house for a family vacation to Disneyland! There were 15 of us (with our kids and grandkids) and the property was perfect. Plenty of room. Thoughtfully set up for relaxing with the pool or games inside. Highly recommend!

Perfect family getaway
My family and I recently stayed here for a full week. The house was perfect for our group of 12 (me, my husband and 2 kids, my sister and her family, 2 of my other sisters and my mom). The accommodations were great and the hosts were so friendly and helpful. The backyard is amazing. We had so much fun swimming in the pool and floating around the lazy river. We spent a couple days at Disney and it was so close and convenient. We would absolutely stay here again.

Fun backyard with pool and lazy river
Being the weather was hot, our 8 grandchildren from 5 -14 years of age, and the adults, thoroughly enjoyed the pool and the lazy river. There was plenty of room for the 9-year-old girls to have their own bedroom and the 5-7-year-old boys to have their own bedroom. The dining area was excellent so we all could eat together. This is a great place for a family vacation!

Would Like to Keep this Place Secret
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We had 17 people comfortably stay at this property for 5 days. Plenty of room for everyone. The pool and outside space was perfect, and the little girls loved the playhouse! Kitchen was well stocked. Plenty of towels and other amenities. Will definitely stay here again.

Perfect property-ages 1 to 80 13 total!
The property was roomy and clean, well stocked for 13 of us! Location was perfect for Disney and the beach! Pool was warm, hot tub was fabulous and the play rooms were a great addition with toys for the little ones and pool/foosball games for the older kids and adults! We will stay here again! It was a great home base !

Resort level luxury, amenities of home!
Just spent a week with a large group of family and friends at this place with kids a young as 4 and up to their 70yo grandparents. We had a fantastic time! Everyone enjoyed the pool and hot tub, there were plenty of toys and games, and there was plenty of space for everyone to spread out so we weren’t stepping on each other. Dea was wonderful to deal with and fast to respond with any questions. Location was great! There is a CVS and a grocery store steps from the house, and it was a quick 15 min ride to Disney. Had a great time, no complaints!

Wonderful family Swim Mansion!
Everyone in my extended family -- age 9 to 80 -- absolutely LOVES this house. This is definitely our go-to family vacation location; conveniently located, spotlessly clean, tricked out with everything you need (this time we did a BBQ night which we hadn't done before), large enough for everyone to be super comfortable visiting and sleeping. Parking is tight, but if that's the only complaint... LOLOLOL!!!

Had 18 people including grandma and grandpa 7 adult children and 9 grand children ranging in age from 2 to 9. Everything about our stay was amazing. Plenty of room and supplies at the house. Disney Family Vacation
We had 10 adults and 7 children, 6 months to 8 years old. It was comfortable and roomy inside. Outside was amazing! We loved the pool, lazy river, and hot tub! Dea was great to work with and answered my questions. A 3 mile drive to Disney made this the perfect place to relax after our Disney fun!

Location and property were excellent. Had a few hiccups that we feel weren’t addressed appropriately
The property is awesome, great location, well equipped. The street it’s on is a little sketchy and we lost power for an evening. The furnace/heating system of the home broke while we were there. We stayed there to let the repair man in who told us it was broken… no further communication from home owner after this. Temp was 5 degrees Celsius over night and we would use the oven and a fan to keep the house at an appropriate temperature for the toddlers and seniors in our group.

My family and I stayed there for four nights. It was a beautiful home. Easy to find. Close to Disneyland and other amenities. we were all very impressed on how well the property was taken care of by the owner. I love the way she decorated it and just the way she had everything there that was needed. The pool with the lazy River all to ourselves!! We didn't have to really do anything else if we didn't want to! we just had so much fun there!! if we ever go back to California we would totally book this house again!!

This place was amazing! There were a total of nine of 10 of us. Very spacious. The pool was wonderful! Lots of towels. The kitchen was stocked very nicely with condiments, and other things that you don’t think to purchase at the grocery store, plastic sandwich bags aluminum foil things like that. There was also a little care package basket for us as well. Dea was wonderful to work with. We had an issue with the heater on the hot tub and she had it resolved quickly. Very close to Disneyland. I would highly recommend this location.

Family Vacation
The house had plenty of toys for the adults and young children. Kitchen was well stocked with all necessary cookware. The house was very clean and the kids bedrooms were the hit! Only items that were a bit shocking was curb appeal of the neighborhood. When we first drove up the cul-de-sac, half the cul-de-sac had nice homes on one side the other half was a large piece of run down property. It was fenced off and there were no issues. Spa water needed to be serviced on the scheduled day of stay. Close to Disneyland and very convenient. Grocery stores were very close by. Overall we all had a good time under 1 roof. We had 8 adults and 5 grandchildren.

Dont judge a book by its cover
From the outside, it looks iffy. From the hidden street, passing in by a sketchy house/empty lot ro the house that looks a lot smaller tuan it is. Parking is LIMITED. 3 cars parked normal or 6 cars stacked in the driveway. Any more vehicles to to park out in the main street. Asked to heat the pool/lazy river 2 days (we were there 4 days). It wasnt heated at all, so we didnt get to use it and the spa turned off while we were in it. The house itself is great. Plenty of bedrooms, beds, and bathrooms. Great use of the space.

Great Location!
My family had an incredible time during our annual trip. The house has everything you need. While we had Disneyland and the parks planned, I would have been just as happy spending time with the family at the house. The swimming pool and hot tub are the highlight of the place. Great amenities and we didn’t have to go out and buy much. Couple of tips: 1. Check the kitchen for supplies. It’s likely that previous guests have already left behind whatever you need. No reason to go out and spend more money. 2. Early sleepers should sleep upstairs. The two bedrooms on the lower floor will pick up a lot of noise, especially from the game room. There’s a vent in the laundry room and you’ll hear everything.
