Villa Rosi is a private, independent and panoramic house situated between Capo d'Orlando and Naso about 10 minutes drive from downtown and the beach.
The villa is on 3 floors and can accommodate up to 15 people distributed in 6 bedrooms.
Ground Floor: large room "open space" with two seating areas and kitchen area + bedroom + bathroom;
First Floor: four bedrooms + two bathrooms (one ensuite);
Second Floor: a bedroom with bathroom + terrace.
The villa is surrounded by a large outdoor area, it too on 3 levels, which consists of:
- Relaxation area with swimming pool and jacuzzi, equipped with outdoor shower, sunbeds, umbrellas, deckchairs and stereo;
- Games area with table tennis and table football;
- Lunch or dinner outdoors area, under a fresh gazebo;
- Barbecue area with external sink;
- Parking area covered by a natural roof of leaves;
The pool is private and is for the exclusive use of guests.
There is also a line WI-FI.
The house is equipped with all the necessary amenities to make your holiday unforgettable.

Villa Rosi family reunion

Great house to relax in. Cool breeze on the hill above Capo d'Orlando. Winding road up. House perfect for family gathering. Pool not large but had great views and good surrounds. Photos showed exactly what we got.

Stunning views of Brolo

The house has many bedrooms with good AC and several bathrooms. The pool is not big but good to cool off on hot days. The host provided towels for the pool and some coal for the bbq which was helpful. Friendly owners and easy to reach via WhatsApp.

Great Views, Home Style living

Considering the property recently went through near hurricane weather, it was in very livable conditions. The owner/manager, Marco, was very accessible and accommodating. Even came and found us on a rainy-stormy night when we got lost and couldn’t find the property on the first night at 11PM after our flights got delayed for 3 hours.

Stunning villa in a stunning location

Couldn't be happier with the villa or the host, Marco. It is a little secluded but we managed with a hire car. There were some dicey roads on the way to the villa though!! And restaurants near by were very quiet but that may be a seasonal thing. All in all, we couldn't have wished for a nicer villa but the pool was freezing and location not ideal if you want a bit of buzz

Lovely holiday with a beautiful view

We were a group of 9 (4 adults, 3 teenagers and 2 children) and had a lovely holiday in Marco’s villa. We went to the local beaches regularly while also relaxing by the pool and appreciating the stunning mountain view. We made use of the roads and rail network to visit Etna, Cefalu, Agrigento and the Aeolian islands. Marco was very responsive to any queries we had and even posted my child’s glasses back to us in the UK when we accidentally left them behind!

Couldn't be better

Both the house and our host were excellent. Marco was always available with advice or help if we wanted it and his English is pretty good; but he couldn't organise the weather for us which gave us warm sunshine for only half the time we were in Sicily and so the pool, lovely though it looked, was far too cold! But Marco provided wood for a welcome evening fire and gaz for a heater and there are electric heaters in almost all rooms. The house is spacious, very well appointed with plenty of comfortable furniture indoors and out, and with splendid views of the entire coast, the islands and the mountains. Had we needed it, there is abundant shade all around the house, plus areas for play and for sunbathing. We would love to return another year in a warmer month but, on this occasion, it had to be in early April as our family was celebrating with us our Golden Wedding Anniversary. All in all, a fantastic place for a family gathering. Thank you so much, Marco.

Pace, relax e benessere.

Abbiamo trascorso 7 giorni pranzando davanti ad un panorama mozzafiato, immersi nella pace, tra una nuotata nella piacevolissima piscina ed una mezz'ora in vasca idromassaggio! In casa non manca niente ed i proprietari sono delle persone squisite e disponibili e ci hanno fatto sentire a casa. Ci auguriamo di potere ripetere presto l'esperienza.

A beautiful Villa

This villa is perfect for a large group. On the ground floor there is a shower room living and eating areas, and a kitchen, on the second floor are 3 more bedrooms and 2 bathrooms ,with a further bedroom and bathroom on the top floor. The view are amazing from all areas. There is a Large terrace at the top of the house, eating areas to one side, and a fantastic pool area to the other side, Also a large Table tennis table, for a bit of exercise from lying next to pool, gazing out onto the beautiful views of the sea and mountains. The villa is in an areas that means you do need a car.Put the coordinated into your sat nav, and you will find it easerley. There is a very large supermarket ten minutes away, and you are half way between both Palermo and Catania airports (2 hours in either direction). The owner is very helpful and friendly, and greeted us in the early hours of the morning, after our plane was late, without complaint. he was kind enough to leave some essential for us, for breakfast. There are some lovely beaches nearby and very beautiful coastal drives.The roads are empty of traffic, so do not be afraid to drive. Go to Tindari one evening and eat in the cliff top restaurant, and then go back in the hustle and bustle of the day, to visit the cathedral and Roman ruins. We loved this holiday so much, it was idyllic, we will definitely go back.. Thank you Marco xx.

Groot huis, maar in niet zo'n goede staat.

Op zich een prima woning, vooral voor groepen! Er is veel ruimte in het huis. De staat van het sanitair is niet heel best. De bedden zijn nogal hard (je voelt de veren). Wij waren er in oktober en toen was het zwembad al te koud om in te zwemmen. Helaas dus geen gebruik van kunnen maken. Het uitzicht is prachtig vanaf het huis! Maar daarvoor moet je wel 10 minuten via een bochtige weg omhoog rijden. De eigenaar is erg aardig en kan helpen met informatie of als er wat aan de hand is.

Ferienhaus am Hang mit tollem Blick auf das Meer und die Liparischen Inseln.

Das Haus hat eine tolle Lage am Hang. Der Blick sowohl vom Poolbereich als auch von der Terrasse sind wunderbar. Die Zufahrtsstraße ist sehr kurvig und machmal auch eng. Die Die Zufahrt zum Haus ist sehr steil. Nach einigen Tagen wird es aber zur Gewohnheit. Der Standart im Haus ist eher einfach. Es ist aber alles z.B. zum kochen vorhanden. Insgesamt ein Ferinehaus mit einer tollen Lage am Rande des Naturschutzgebietes (Wandermöglichkeiten) und einer recht guten Anbindung an die Autobahn. Das Haus war einfach, die Sauberkeit hat ausgereicht. Die Bratpfannen könnten ausgetauscht werden. Die Matratzen waren zum Teil zu weich. Der Vermieter war freundlich und per Internet jederzeit erreichbar. Ich würde noch einmal wiederkommen.

Fantastisk vy över Medelhavet och vulkanöarna!

Jag kan varmt rekommendera Marco som hyresvärd till semesterboendet! All kommunikation har varit helt okomplicerad och han har varit tillmötesgående gällande alla våra frågor inför resan och under vistelsen på plats. Vi var två familjer med 6 barn mellan 3-12 år som spenderade en vecka i detta fina hus i slutet av juni. Den privata poolen nyttjades flitigt och vi njöt till fullo av den fantastiska utsikten över Medelhavet och vulkanöarna i solnedgången. WiFi-tillgången uppskattades av de äldre barnen och de lite yngre gillade pingisbordet och fotbollsspelet. Luftkonditionering saknas, men varje sovrum hade en egen fläkt som gjorde de heta nätterna uthärdliga. Villan ligger högt uppe på berget, längsmed klassiska serpentinvägar, men ändå inom rimligt avstånd till betalmotorvägen för dagsutflykter till Etna, Taormina och andra turistmål. Sehr schöne Villa in perfekter Lage

Eine sehr schöne Villa mit guter Ausstattung wie beschrieben, sehr sauber und gepflegt. Durch die Lage am Hang oberhalb von Capo d'Orlando hat man eine hervorragende Aussicht auf das Meer und die Äolischen Inseln. Es sind einige schöne Strände in ca. 10-15min. mit dem Auto erreichbar und durch die Nähe zur Autobahn (ca. 10min) ist die Villa auch gut als Ausgangspunkt für Tagesausflüge in die weitere Umgebung geeignet. In Capo d'Orlando gibt es gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Wochenmarkt, Einkaufszentrum) und nette Cafés und Restaurants (sehr empfehlenswert: "Le Siciliane") Der Vermieter und seine Familie sind sehr gastfreundlich, stets hilfsbereit und absolut unkompliziert. Nochmals vielen Dank, Marco und Gaetano!

Villa Strepitosa

Villa strepitosa e proprietari cordiali e alla mano. La vista è mozzafiato e Capo D'orlando presenta spiaggie che fanno invidia alle tropicali. La casa si presenta ben organizzata ed arredata, lascia senz'altro a bocca aperta la spaziosissima cucina, e piena di oggetti di svago ed interesse. Andavamo scoprendo alcune dotazioni fino a pochi giorni dalla partenza. Consigliata fortemente!

Good location for friends and family holiday

Villa situated high above Capo D'Orlando with great views of the sea and Aeolian Islands, even Stromboli on a clear day. Great outside spaces for eating, sunbathing and even a roof terrace for a sundowner. 6 of us stayed and with the ample space and bathrooms coupled with good restaurants in Capo D'Orlando, local beaches and access to the motorway network found the villa perfect.

Belle villa avec vue sur Côte nord et Eoliennes

Villa très spacieuse, parfaitement adaptée à notre séjour (deux familles de 5 personnes chacune). Propriétaires charmants et très accommodants.
