Einfach und Ruhig
Wir haben 10 Tage in der Wohnung verbracht. Es ist eine schöne Wohnung in ruhiger Lage und für 2 Personen optimal. Die Wohnung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und einige Kleinigkeiten müssten erneuert werden. Die große Terasse haben wir gerne genutzt allerdings auch da müssten dinge erneuert werden. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und freundlich wir haben uns gut unterhalten. Der Strand, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurant ist alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Santa Teresa fährt man 10min mit dem Auto. Wir haben viele Ausflüge gemacht, dafür war die Lage hervorragend.

Impression générale correcte mais quelques soucis concernant la literie, le chauffe-eau et le manque d'équipement. En conséquence, la prestation n'est pas au niveau du coût de la location.

Beautiful place to relax
Ich war für eine woche allein in der tollen wohnung. Hab es genossen auf der terasse in die sterne zu sehen und morgens im schatten einen kaffee zu trinken. Kleiner Markt, bar und restaurant sind um die ecke, der bus nach santa teresa hält auch vor ort wenn man lieb bittet. Strand mit strandbar sind 10 min zu fuß entfernt. Insgesamt, toll unkompliziert, sauber und netter kontakt zu den vermietern (:

Schöne, helle, saubere kleine Wohnung
Wir waren in der Vorsaison mit unserer kleinen Tochter da. Sehr schöne, gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit überdachter Terasse. Da unsere Tochter mit bei uns im Bett schläft, konnten wir das Wohn/Esszimmer Abends gut nutzen. Vom Platz her völlig ausreichend auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt. Guter Ausgangspunkt, um den Norden der Insel zu erkunden. Supermarkt und Restaurants in nur 2 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, zum schönen Strand braucht man zu Fuß ca 15-20 Minuten (Rückweg bergauf...). Die Vermieterin antwortete in Rekordzeit und war sehr freundlich! Einzig anders als angegeben: die Wohnung ist nicht in Santa Teresa sondern im kleinen Miniort Rena Majore! Nach Santa Teresa sind es ca. 10 Minuten Autofahrt. Insgesamt eine absolut empfehlenswerte Unterkunft für einen aktiven Urlaub! :)

Gute Wahl
Um einen Badeurlaub im Hochsommer (Juli) zu erleben ist diese Unterkunft eine gute Wahl. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Strand und ein Restaurant in fußläufiger Nähe. Für zwei Personen ist diese Unterkunft völlig ausreichend.

casa fantastica in un'ottima posizione, vicina alla spiaggia e ai beni di prima necessità. Ben tenuta e pulita, proprietari molto disponibili e gentili. promossa a pieni voti!!
