Great Location

The apartment was well located in Levanto but was a decent walk from the train station. It was spacious enough for 4 People. I wasn’t happy paying the balance in cash on arrival as it ended up costing more than it would have had the balance been paid via STAYZ. The apartment was very clean. I didn’t think it was good value given that there was no WIFI.

Levanto porte des 5 Terres

Appartement très bien placé, plein coeur de ville, proche de la mer et assez proche de la gare. Contact avec la propriétaire facile et efficace. Elle s'est montré très disponible. Seul point négatif: la literie est un peu faible (matelas très mous et minces).

Ein toller Aufenthalt

Die Gastgeberin war super zuvorkommend bei Anfragen und immer sehr zuverlässig in der Kommunikation. Die Wohnung entspricht den Bildern, ist in einem historischen Gebäude und toll gelegen. Wir haben es sehr genossen.

Bien placé.

L 'arrivée a été un peu difficile, logement propre, avec tout ce qu'il faut à l' intérieur. Endroit calme. J'ai bien aimé le bruit des cloches.

Schöner Familienurlaub

Nette Wohnung am Rande der Fußgängerzone und somit super zentral gelegen. Freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieterin. Es hat uns gut gefallen.

Appartement idéalement situé

Appartement plein de charme, situé dans une rue calme, tout en étant proche du centre de Levanto. A quelques minutes de la mer et à 10 minutes de la gare (à pied). Un grand merci à Paola et à son mari pour leur accueil chaleureux.

Au cœur de la vieille ville

Au cœur de la vieille ville, a 2 pas de la plage et des commerces. 5min à pied du train qui vous amène aux 5 terres. Ttes belle vielle maison de ville rénovée acpetit jardin! Accueil très agréable ! Nous recommandons, merci PAOLA!

Klein aber fein… und sehr zentral.

Sehr hübsche kleine Appartment, die Wohnung etwas dunkel , weil keine direkte fensterbeleuchtung aber dafür einen wunderschönen Kamin. Schön die Terrasse, leider im winter keine direkte Sonne. Paola, die Vermieterin sehr nett und flexibel. Wir waren für eine Woche dort zu dritt, ich , meine alte Mutter und mein Partner. Hat uns sehr gut gefallen!

Traumhafter Sommerurlaub im September

Wir haben hier zwei herrliche Urlaubswochen Ende September verbracht. Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt. Mitten im Levanto und dennoch ruhig, nur ein paar Minuten zum Strand. Schöne stilvolle Wohnung mit einer schönen Terrasse und eine sehr nette Vermieterin. Wir werden gerne wieder kommen.

Nice Apartment with perfect location

We had a wonderful time at Paola’s apartment. It is only a few steps away from the center of Levanto and 5min to the beach. The street is very quiet. Very nice garden! Only 10min walk to the station.

Napoleone Primo in Levanto

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, sehr großzügig, sehr gut und zentral gelegen, direkt im mittelalterlichen Ortszentrum und hat einen idyllischen Privatgarten mit Weintrauben, Zitronenbäumen und Salbei. Es gibt einen Fernseher und eine Waschmaschine. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet, mit schönen italienischen Antiquitäten. Die Vermieterin ist ausgesprochen herzlich und hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft ist absolut zu empfehlen. Der Ort ist sehr schön, mit einem tollen Strand, ganz nah an der Wohnung und vielen schönen fußläufig zu erreichenden traditionellen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.

Idéalement situé

Nous venons de passer 3 nuits dans ce joli appartement. Il est très bien situé au première étage d'une ancienne maison au centre-ville dans une charmante rue piétonne. Les commerces, les restos et la mer sont à deux pas à pied, la gare est à 10 minutes de marche. Paola, la propriétaire est très gentille et disponible. Levanto est un point de départ idéal pour visiter Cinque Terre, la ville est touristique mais pas trop non plus, elle a réussi à garder ses caractéristiques locales. Je conseille ce logement pour ceux qui ne cherche pas de luxe mais plutôt de l’authenticité et du charme.

Ottima location e ottima sistemazione

L'appartamento è in una zona tranquilla nel pieno centro di Levanto, a pochi passi dal mare e dal collegamento ferroviario. Situato in zona ZTL, prima di arrivare la proprietaria molto gentile ci ha fornito le indicazioni per poter accedervi e tranquillamente scaricare i bagagli proprio di fronte a casa (bisogna chiamare un numero telefonico e seguire le indicazioni della voce registrata). L'appartamento è all'interno di un palazzo d'epoca splendido; al suo interno ci sono tutti i comfort. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato tutto in perfetto ordine e pulizia. E' il luogo ideale per trascorrere una vacanza con famiglia o in compagnia di amici assieme ai propri animali domestici. La proprietaria è una signora molto gentile e disponibile e si accerta sempre dello stato di benessere dei propri ospiti.

Un bellissimo posto dove tornare!

Abbiamo trascorso qui un breve ma delizioso soggiorno...un bellissimo appartamento ristrutturato con cura, ben distribuito negli spazi, in un elegante palazzo d'epoca, in pieno centro e vicinissimo al mare. I proprietari ci hanno accolto con estrema disponibilità e gentilezza.
