Genießen und Erholung fern von allen Hotels

Francis ist sehr freundlich und kümmert sich sehr gut um ihre Gäste. Wir haben viele Stunden auf dem wunderschönen Balkon verbracht mit Yoga, lesen, sonnen, essen und einfach nur ausruhen und genießen. Die Ziegen auf dem Feld vorm Haus und ihre Glocken haben uns nicht gestört. Sie haben eher zum Urlaubsfeeling beigetragen. Nur als oben andere Urlauber eingezogen sind, war die Ruhe etwas gestört durch Streit und lautes Fernsehen von oben. Die Betten im Hauptschlafzimmer sind leider etwas weich. Wir waren zu zweit und ich habe im zweiten Schlafzimmer geschlafen. Die Matratze ist zum Glück härter, aber es gibt kein Fenster. Da es im Juni nachts gut abkühlt, hatten wir die Klimaanlage nicht nötig. Sehr schön ist, dass es eine Waschmaschine gibt, um leicht verschmutzte oder verschwitzte Sachen schnell waschen zu können. Auf dem Balkon im Wind trocknet alles innerhalb von 2 Stunden. Das macht den Urlaub noch angenehmer. Der Kühlschrank ist ziemlich laut (vielleicht Zeit für einen neuen 🙃), aber schön groß. Wie von anderen Mietern schon gesagt,ist alles nicht mehr so neu, wie es auf den Fotos erscheint, aber wir haben uns trotzdem wohlgefühlt. Zum Strand fährt man reichlich eine Viertel Stunde und innerhalb von reichlich einer Stunde ist man eigentlich überall auf der Insel. Wir haben uns sehr viel angeschaut, waren wandern, SUP fahren, schnorcheln, schwimmen, usw und diese Wohnung war der perfekte Ausgangspunkt für uns. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder zurück!!

Super Unterkunft

Wenn jemand Ruhe und Natur sucht, ist er bei Francis wunderbar aufgehoben . Eine tolle Wohnung, tolle Lage, weil man mit dem Auto in kürzester Zeit alle Ausflugsziele erreicht. Ariane ist ein gemütlicher kleiner Ort mit freundlichen Menschen. Francis ist eine tolle Gastgeberin und die Wohnung bietet alles, was man für einen schönen Urlaub braucht. Die Aussicht ist auf Felder und die Stadt Petra ist unbeschreiblich schön. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist super und meinen Dank an Francis für die tolle Bewirtung.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in Ariany. Dorf und Wohnung haben alles was man braucht. Die große Sonnenterasse ist super, man hat nette Nachbarn (Schafe und Katze). Last but not least ist Francis eine tolle Gastgeberin

Grandiose Aussichten...

... auf Landschaft, Wolken und Schafe. :-) Tolle Wohnung in der ersten Etage am Ortsrand von Ariany. Ideal für zwei Personen. Sonnige und schattige Sitzplätz auf der Terrasse und im Garten unten. Sehr nette Vermieterin. Wir werden diese Woche in sehr guter Erinnerung behalten. Und wenn wir wieder in die Gegend wollen, klopfen wir gerne bei Francis an. Vielen Dank sagen B. & W.

séjour en famille

nous avons passé 15 jours dans la maison de Francis. Personne très gentille et très à l'écoute. La maison est plutôt bien située pour découvrir l'ile. Maison également située à la campagne dans un quartier calme mais qui dit campagne dit animaux et autres petites bébêtes. Nous cela ne nous a pas dérangé mais il faut le savoir. (Coq, moutons, entre autres). La douche extérieure fut très appréciée. La maison en elle même est satisfaisante. Il faut juste savoir que la maison est divisée en 2 logements et la partie supérieure est donc susceptible d'être louée. (Les 2 balcons sont sur la même façade donc on entend tout....). Cependant chaque locataire à son entrée indépendante. Merci à Francis pour sa gentillesse.

Déçu

Location bien située pour parcourir toute l'île mais par contre nous avons été déçu par l'intérieur : une des chambre est très désagréable car pas possible d'ouvrir la fenêtre qui donne sur un mur et sur des canalisations qui dégagent de mauvaises odeurs, on ne peut pas y entrer nos valises car trop petite et un lit trop grand pour la pièce ; plusieurs invasions de fourmis dans la cuisine malgré qu'il n'y avait pas de nourriture à trainer ; la salle de bain ne permet pas de ranger nos affaires de toilette, aucune étagère.

Wohnung mit großer Terrasse

Wir wurden von Francis sehr nett empfangen. Es ist zwar keine moderne Wohnung, doch sehr sauber und die Küchenausstattung lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig. Der Parkplatz befindet sich direkt vor dem Haus. Die Wohnung befindet sich ca. 20 Minuten von Can Picafort, wo sich der lange Strand bis Alcudia befindet. Da wir eher Wanderer sind, konnten wir unsere Ziele mit dem Auto sehr gut erreichen. Wir haben uns sehr gut erholt und haben die Zeit genossen, auch wenn das Wetter nicht immer so mitspielte.

Schöner Blick auf die Felder!

Eine schöne Lage, guter Ausgangspunkt um die Insel zu erkunden. Schlüsselübergabe sehr unkompliziert, die Wohnung hat einen eigenen Zugang von der Straße und schöne Terrasse :) Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden!

Die Wohnung ist genau wie beschrieben, die Ausstattung ist betagt aber es wirklich alles da und funktioniert. Unübertroffen ist der Blick von der Terrasse über fast die komplette Inselmitte bis hin nach Felanitx. Frances ist eine tolle Gastgeberin und tut alles um den Aufenthalt so schön wie möglich zu machen, auch wenn die Konversation mitunter holprig war, mangels meiner Spanischkenntnisse. Ansonsten ist das Haus durchaus sehr zu empfehlen. Ein kleines Manko ist, dass sich ein Schlafzimmer schlecht lüften lässt, allerdings ist das nur eine Kleinigkeit. Gerne jederzeit wieder

Terrasse mit Charme

Die Wohnung von Francis ist wirklich toll. Zwar ist sie etwas in die Jahre gekommen, verfügt aber über alles nötige. Die Terrasse ist das Herzstück des Appartements. Früh morgens sind meistens einige Heißluftballons zu sehen und Abends geniest man den Sonnenuntergang.

Estupenda casa en entorno rural

Alojamiento fantástico. Casa cómoda, bien ubicada para desplazarse por el norte de la isla y muy limpia. El pueblo es muy bonito, una agradable sorpresa. Por ponerle un pero, que el agua no sea apta para el consumo,lo que obliga a andar con garrafas de agua para beber o cocinar.

Estancia agradable

La propietaria ha sido muy amable y accesible en todo momento, tratando de que nuestra estancia fuera lo mejor posible. En cambio, traté de comunicarme sin éxito directamente por telefono con Vrbo antes de la estancia y fue imposible, el chat sirvió de oreintación pero me colgaron sin terminar de reslver la duda. Seria bueno disponer de un telefono de atención al cliente.

Francisca ist eine grandiose Gastgeberin, herzlich, unaufdringlich, unkompliziert und unglaublich hilfsbereit und schnell in der Kommunikation. Mit größter Freude werden wir hierher zurückkommen! Der Ort Ariany setzt der wohnlichen Unterkunft die Krone auf - zwei kleine gut ausgestattete Supermärkte, ein grandioses Café und liebste Dorfbewohner runden dieses wunderschöne Örtchen ab!
