Welcome !!! Are you ready to live the wonderful experience of a real beach holiday! You wake up to birdsong, walk a few meters and you are already immersed in the crystal clear waters of Santa Margherita di Pula, one of the most beautiful of Sardinia. The house is located in the main street of the exclusive condominium "Pearl Marina" about 70 meters from the sea and a beautiful wide beach of white sand. The area is surrounded by greenery and is very quiet and very well served. About 300 meters away is the famous village "Forte Village" one of the most exclusive resorts in the world, a place of international elites. The house is located on the first floor. E 'equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay, including the TV with the decoder for satellite Earth. E 'consists of a bright living room with balcony overlooking the pine forest and sea, a double bedroom, a first bedroom with a bunk bed and a second bedroom bunk bed convertible to twin beds; a bathroom with shower and bidet. The ladder-input part by a large garden, where you will find a comfortable and large barbecue and a large covered porch that will allow you to organize pleasant evenings outdoors cooking and culinary specialties and taste the wines of our island. In the garden, also, there is a convenient outdoor shower, and a double service where there is the washing machine. On request you can have bicycles (for hire), a high chair and a cot removable (for free).

Un Excellent séjour !

Nous avons passé 5 jours superbes dans la maison d’Emanuele et nous sommes ravis ! La maison est confortable et très bien équipée. Nous avons passé beaucoup de temps dans le jardin dans les pins qui est bien ombragé. La plage magnifique est vraiment à côté de la maison, quelques minutes à pied. Nous reviendrons !

Una vera Perla a due passi dal mare .

Le descrizioni della location da parte dell' Host Emanuele corrispondono fedelmente alla realtà , forse l'unica cosa che gli è sfuggita e che certo non poteva annotare è la sua incomparabile gentilezza ed attenzione nel renderti la vacanza nel segno del relax più totale e dimostrandosi sempre puntualmente presente nei momenti dell'eventuale bisogno . Insomma se quello che cercate è la vicinanza ad uno splendido mare con spiaggia mai affollata ed una location con tutto il necessario e ben oltre , non vi rimane altro che prenotare e constatare la veridicità della mia recensione .

Fantastica location!

Abbiamo soggiornato in 6 in questo appartamento dotato di ogni accessorio, dalla lavastoviglie alla lavatrice,all'aria condizionata. Posizione strategica vicino a Chia. Emanuele, il proprietario, davvero gentilissimo ed ospitale. Insomma, prenotate ad occhi chiusi!

La casa ha soddisfatto completamente le esigenze mie e della mia famiglia. Ottima la posizione in quanto poco distante dalla spiaggia e l'accoglienza del Sig. Emanuele e della Sua mamma è stata veramente degna di nota. Ci sono tutte le premesse per un futuro ritorno.
