Bright, independent new house with fully enclosed garden, in a small, quiet residence near the sea and hiking trails.

Located 1 km from a strike accessible on foot, 1.5 km from Pors Guyon beach and 2.5 km from Ile à Bois beach. 12 km from PAIMPOL. Close to the BREHAT Archipelago and the Sillon du TALBERT (2 km). And less than an hour from PLOUMANACH, the favorite village of the French.
Equipped and furnished, the enclosed garden has a 30 m2 terrace.
Ground floor = kitchen, dining / living room, wc / sink and garage serving as pantry / utility room
Upstairs = nice mezzanine with a small sea view from the floor. Two bedrooms (CH1 = 1 double bed 140 cm * 190 cm; CH2 = 1 double bed 140 cm * 190 cm and 1 single bed 90 cm * 190 cm), shower room / wc.
Sheets and towels are provided at an additional cost.
If you choose the bed linen option: the beds will already be made upon arrival.
Private parking for 2 vehicles.

Modernes gut ausgestattetes Haus

Wir haben 2 Wochen in den Sommerferien hier verbracht. wir waren mit 3 Kindern, darunter ein Baby im Haus. Das Haus ist wirklich sehr gut ausgestattet und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. In der Nähe liegt der Küstenwanderweg der zu herrlichen Touren einlädt.

Bretagne

Unser Aufenthalt war insgesamt sehr gut, wir waren zum ersten Mal in der Bretagne. Am Haus gibt es nichts zu kritisieren, vielleicht ein Sägezahnmesser zum Brotschneiden. Die Filterkaffeemaschine fanden wir ausge-sprochen nachhaltig, im Gegensatz zu diesem Nespresso-Unsinn. Für uns als Hundebesitzer haben wir das große eingezäunte Grundstück genossen und die nahe Austernbar war super (Ein Dutzend für 7 €).

Beschreibung

Wir wurden sehr freundlich begrüßt. Die Hauseinweisung war sehr gut. Der eingezäunte Garten war spitze für unsere Hunde. Leider hatten wir während unseres Aufenthalts Probleme mit Ameisen im Haus(trotz geschlossenen Fenstern!). Die Couch ist Sperrmüll und müsste mal ausgetauscht werden. Unsere Meinung nach ist die Lage des Hauses für Kleinkinder die noch im Kinderwagen befördert werden nicht geeignet. Die Landschaft ist wunderschön leider gibt es in der Nähe keine Sandstrände. Merveilleuse semaine de vacances à Lanmodez!

Merci pour cette superbe maison où l’on se sent immédiatement comme chez soi et où rien ne manque ! Tout est pensé pour votre confort et jardin et terrasse sont très appréciables. Tout cela dans un endroit très très calme! Emplacement idéal pour rayonner dans cette région magnifique, tout près du sublime GR 34, de Bréhat, de Plougrescant et des falaises de Plouha. Bref que du bonheur ! Merci encore à tous les deux ! J’espère revenir chez vous au plus vite!

Vacances à Lamnodez

Location conforme en tout point à l'annonce. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, confort, propreté, très accueillant, il ne manque rien dans la maison. Les propriétaires sont chaleureux, ont pris le temps de nous expliquer avec la documentation à l'appui des beaux sites à visiter aux alentours. Nous recommandons fortement cette location.

Silvester nahezu ohne Knallerei

Wer Silvester der Knallerei entfliehen möchte, ist hier genau richtig. Lediglich aus einem Haus in der Umgebung wurden ein paar Raketen abgefeuert, was aber nach wenigen Minuten dann auch schon wieder vorbei war. Es werden wohl deutsche Touristen gewesen sein, die ohne Böller nicht leben können. Es gab weder vor, noch nach Silvester auch nur einen einzigen Böller. Das Haus war genau so schön, wie beschrieben und der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war sehr gut und unkompliziert. Lediglich lange Spaziergänge mit unseren Hunden in unmittelbarer Umgebung war nicht so ideal. Wenn man ein paar Kilometer fährt, kann man aber die ganze Schönheit der Bretagne erleben. Vielen Dank an Sandra!

Sehr ruhiger und erholsamer Urlaub

Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und haben uns viele Tipps gegeben , was wir uns in der Umgebung anschauen konnten. Vielen Dank dafür. Das Haus war perfekt mit Hund ,auch die Einrichtung im Haus war super. Wir haben die Ruhe dort so sehr genossen.Es war eine wunderschöne Zeit in einem tollen Haus und einer idyllischen Natur.

Tolle Gegend und ein sehr schönes Haus!

Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter, die uns trotz unserer durch viel Stau verursachten Verspätung ausführlich in das Haus und die Umgebung eingewiesen haben. Neben Karten und Prospekten zu Ausflugszielen lagen sogar deutsche Reiseführer bereit. Bei Nachfragen waren Sandra und François immer erreichbar. Das Haus ist sehr sauber, wirklich komplett ausgestattet und entspricht vollständig der Beschreibung. Fazit: Ein toller Urlaub in einer fantastischen Gegend, perfekt!

Wunderschönes Haus in exzellenter Lage

Wir haben 2 Wochen in diesem wunderschönen Haus verbracht. Die Einrichtung bietet alles, was man dafür benötigt und ist sehr sauber. Das Grundstück ist komplett eingezäunt, ideal für unseren Hund. Sehr viele reizvolle Attraktionen der Cotes Granite Rose liegen in unmittelbarer Umgebung und sind schnell erreichbar. Die Vermieter sind sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich, haben alle Anfragen prompt beantwortet und uns sehr freundlich empfangen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Erholung pur

Wer Ruhe sucht ist hier sehr gut aufgehoben. Landschaftlich sind alle Highlights der Bretagne gut erreichbar. Der Küstenwanderweg GR34 ist in 500m erreichbar.

Schöner Urlaub

Wir hatten schöne 2 Wochen. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig. Das Haus war sauber und der große Garten war für meinen Hund perfekt. Man konnte in der Umgebung gut laufen gehen und sich auf jeden Fall erholen.

Tolles Haus und guter Ausgangspunkt

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Objekt ist genau so wie beschrieben und abgebildet. Lanmodez ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt um die Gegend zu erkundigen. Die Bäckerei in Pleubian ist klasse. Hier drei Restauranttipps von unserer Seite: Crêperie Du Moulin A Mer an der Verbindungsstraße nach Lezardrieux In Lezardrieux die Crêperie Lez Ar Dreo und das Restaurant Le Lézard. Für Hundefreunde die Tipps für folgende Strände: Plage de Kermouster, der Strand an der linken Seite am Damm zur Île a bois, Plage bei Ode Joge, und die rechte Seite vom Plage de Kermagen. Hier sind Hunde auch in der Hauptsaison erlaubt. Tipp ist auch der Sandstrand von Trévou-Tréguignec (Rue de Royau). Hier sind Hunde in der Hauptsaison bis 8 Uhr und nach 20 Uhr gestattet. Längerer Weg, aber lohnt sich. Danke an Sandra und François, die aufgrund Stau bei der Anreise sehr lange auf uns warten mussten, sich aber trotzdem die Zeit genommen haben uns alles zu zeigen und zu erklären.
