Costa Brava

Appartement is wat gedateerd. Maar dat wordt volop gecompenseerd door geweldig balkon. Prachtig uitzicht en gunstig ten opzichte van zon. Ook locatie praktisch voor strand en restaurant en winkelen.

Séjour agréable et ensoleillé.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans cette location tout proche de l'eau (100 m de la plage). La vue depuis la terrasse est splendide et toutes les commodités sont là pour passer un agréable moment. Je le recommande fortement.

Geräumige Wohnung mit voller Ausstattung

Die Wohnung befindet sich im kleinen geschlossenen Dorf. Alles ist sehr nah: Strand, Parkplatz, Supermarkt, Restaurant. Der Strand ist kiesig (aber sehr fein), relative schmal und zwischen Felsen eingekeilt. Schöne Aussicht. Supermarkt ist etwas zu teuer. Ca. 15 km weiter gibt es einen riesigen sandigen Strand (Lloret de Mar). Marti, der Besitzer, ist sehr nett und freundlich. Die Wohnung hat schon die Gebrauchsspüren: alles funktioniert, ideal für Kinder, aber vielleicht nicht für Perfektionisten geeignet.

Nous avons apprécié l'accueil, la gentillesse du propriétaire et sa disponibilité. nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances, tout près de l'eau. Une chambre et la terrasse assez grande pour 2. Nous recommandons.

Buon Appartamentino vista mare in Calà Salions

Ottima la posizione dell'appartamento, situato a circa 8km da Tossa de Mar all'interno di un complesso residenziale con accesso custodito. Posto auto riservato. Sevito da minimarket, bar ristorante affacciato sul mare. Bella spiaggia raggiungibile a piedi in un solo minuto...tutto molto comodo.appartamento con arredi un po datati ma funzionali. Splendida terrazza vista mare. Il proprietario è molto cortese e disponibile. Siamo stati bene

Quelle déception

Je loue depuis des années je n'ai jamais vu une location pareille. quand nous sommes arrivés le ménage n'était pas fait, nous avons passé toute la matinée du lendemain à nettoyer. Sur la description etaient mentionnés television, planche à repasser, plaque 4 feux. Plaque 2 feux pas de télé, pas de planche à repasser. Une personne a dit: le + c'est le garage; le + aurait été qu'il ne soit pas encombré de tout un fatras qui le rendent tout à fait inaccessible. Mais le pompom c'est la literie. Sur la photo il y a deux lits séparés en fait ils sont mis côte à côte et recouverts par un matelas de 140 très mince. Si vous enlevez le grand matelas et enlevez les housses qui entourent les petits matelas vous découvrirez un état de saleté incroyable. Sur certains sites qui proposent des locations l'agrément serait retiré de suite. Et on m'a demandé une caution !!!

CASA A CALA SALIONS DI MARTY DEVANT GUILLE

la casa ha tutto e' in ottima posizione a due passi dalla spiaggia dove ce un acqua cristallina e un fondale bellissimo pieno di pesci Il proprietario e molto gentile e disponibile ci ha fornito di tutto lenzula, asciugamani, tovaglie.. SI PUO MANGIARE IN TERRAZZA GODENDO DELLA VISTA MARE IL LUOGO E TRANQUILLO E SORVEGLIATO DAL CUSTODE VICINO CE UN SUPERMERCATO UN RISTORANTE E UN POLLO ARROSTO PIU GIOCHI PER BAMBINI E CAMPO DA TENNIS .

Petit appartement sympat avec une terrasse très agréables et une belle vue sur la mer.

A notre arrivée nous avons été charmés par les alentours, montagnes de chênes très sauvage et la route sinueuse. Nous nous sommes vites installés dans l'appartement et avons profité des alentours (criques privées de Salions, chemin des pirates, visites à tossa de Mar : ballade en bateau à la découverte des criques, le château, le phare et sa ville de ...). le tout ponctuée de baignade dans la crique de Salions. bref la semaine est passée très très vite. Nous avons aussi dégusté une paëlla à l'encre de seiche...très bonne. Le petit plus, la gentillesse du propriétaire et l'ambiance familiale des lieux Ce qui nous a surpris : le sable. Il s'agit d'un sable gros et nous étions habitué au sable fin . En gros difficile de faire des château de sable avec notre fils de 5 ans. Cependant il s'est rabattu très vite sur des aller retour à la nage jusqu'au ponton. Ce que nous avons apprécié : la sécurité du site. Il faut montré patte blanche à l'entrée du village et avoir son pass pour entrer dans Salions. un maître nageur surveille l'espace de baignade. Ce qui rappelle notre enfance : la baignade en crique au milieu de nombreux poissons. De très très bonne vacances

Très bon séjour , plage juste à coté , très belle vue ( direct sur la mer)

Bel appartement avec grand balcon terrasse , le + c'est la place de parking et le grand garage . Propriétaire très gentil . Ont ce sent chez nous tout de suite. Lieux très calme et les gens très chaleureux et respectueux . Rien à voir avec la France !!! Dans cette région vous pouvez laisser vos affaires de plage pour allez manger et revenir ensuite , tout sera encore là à votre retour . C'est vraiment une bonne mentalité. Merci .

Superbe terrasse avec vue sur la mer.

Joli, bien que petit, appartement avec une superbe terrasse avec vue sur la mer. On mange sur la terrasse. La plage est a 100m. L'appartement se situe dans un complexe privé, avec gardien à l'entrée et plage privée. Tres belle plage sans trop de monde. Nous avons adoré.

the nice apartment with beatiful sea view

We are very satisfied with stay(8 days) in this apartment in Salions. Apartment has a big tarrace with sea view, very functional kitchen and comfortable beds. Salions is small closed village with one shop and one restaurant and nice small sandy and rock beach(very close to our apartment ) .There are free tennis, football and mini golf and ping -pong area. My children like playgrand and loves a small swimming platform at the sea , ideal for jumping. There was free wi-fi. The owners was very nice and helpful. I would like to recommend this places everyone who likes nature, calm, and swimming in sea. Best regards for Martin and his wife .
