Apartment in villa is located about 500 meters from the sea with golden sandy beach accessible by road. The villa of 170 m, has a large veranda where you can watch beautiful sunsets. The beautifully furnished with taste enjoys all the comforts, consisting of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower and bath, large kitchen, living room, secure parking lot, with large spaces for garden, outdoor shower.

The apartment in villa enjoys an excellent location x to the international airports of Falcone and Borsellino, Trapani - Birgi distance of about 40 kilometers. The best periods x stay with us are from April until November due to the type of climate and temperature that is recorded. The apartment house is located in a quiet residential area just a few meters from the sea (500 mt). Ideal x a relaxing holiday.

Gestore simpatico e alla mano.
Ottimo e grande appartamento ma con alcune pecche.le zanzariere nelle camere sono solo a metà finestra e le zanzare,anche se ottobre,ci hanno massacrato.Consiglierei al proprietario di rimediare e controllare se manca qualcosa in bagno,noi eravamo con poca carta igienica e niente bagno schiuma per la doccia,per fortuna il flacone dello shampoo era pieno.Abbiamo usato l appartamento solo per dormire e lavarci,le altre utenze non le abbiamo adoperate.Per il resto lo consiglierei.

Soggiorno dal 21 al 31 agosto 2020 (9 ragazzi). I proprietari sono davvero molto ospitali, disponibili nel fornire indicazioni relativamente a luoghi da scoprire e posti in cui il cibo è delizioso. Ci hanno accolto davvero bene, con un sorriso che non scorderemo mai, solare come la loro Terra, ci hanno fatto sentire per 11 giorni come a casa. Ci hanno offerto il pane con panelle, davvero squisito. Inoltre la casa è spaziosa e molto comoda per noi che eravamo 9 ragazzi. La casa ha uno stupendo terrazzo da cui si vedono il mare, la costa montuosa e da cui si possono ammirare dei tramonti indimenticabili. Essa ha anche un balcone dal lato opposto rispetto al terrazzo. Alla sera si dormiva davvero bene nonostante il caldo diurno e nonostante non ci fosse un sistema di climatizzazione. Abbiamo sempre mangiato all'aperto tutti insieme nel balcone. Il centro di Alcamo e la spiaggia sono raggiungibili a piedi dopo una salita o sennò in macchina se si ritiene faticosa la strada, vicino alla casa si trovano negozi in cui si può fare la spesa e un luogo incantevole in cui acquistare cibo tipico siciliano consigliato dai proprietari, lo abbiamo svaligiato più volte! La zona residenziale in cui si trova la casa è molto tranquilla. Complessivamente quindi consigliamo davvero di trascorrere le vacanze in questa dimora: i proprietari cordiali, il mare cristallino, le città meravigliose, il cibo delizioso e la accoglienza della Sicilia vi faranno trascorrere una vacanza unica e vi lasceranno molta nostalgia, proprio come è successo a noi!!! Grazie!!

Das Preis-Leistung Verhältnis ist optimal. Die Gastgeber waren sehr offen und zuvorkommend. Und die Gegend war Panoramisch, sowie Atmosphärisch schön.

Siamo appena tornati dalla nostro soggiorno ad Alcamo. La casa ha soddisfatto pienamente le aspettative. Molto bello il terrazzo che è sicuramente il punto forte dell'appartamento. Molto gentile e disponibile il signor Giuseppe. Ci sentiamo di consigliare chi intende fare a piedi la salita che dalla spiaggia porta alla casa di fare un po' di allenamento.

Siamo stati 5 notti ospiti in questa casa bianca e blu, stracoccolati dai proprietari, che ci hanno offerto fichi del loro orto e pane e panelle (TOP!). Eravamo in 4 con un Labrador e sono stati di una disponibilità unica! Nessun problema con gli animali, anzi... il cane è stato quello che più ha adorato la casa e i sui terrazzi! Consigliato vivamente per vivere una vacanza tra relax e posti incredibili!

A nice stay
This is a clean, spacious house that is well equipped. We enjoyed our tiime at the house and the nearby sandy beaches. Our group of 4 adults and 2 children were very comfortable. There is good off-street parking; the gated house is very secure.

Entspricht allen Erwartungen
Vermieter sind unglaublich engagiert und herzlich. Mit jedem Anliegen kann man zu ihnen kommen. Jedwede Information wird sofort gegeben. Der Sohn fuhr z.B. uns voraus, um uns zu einer Stelle zu bringen, an der wir unser Auto am Markttag von Alcamo parken konnten. Einen Abend bekamen wir im - von Giuseppe selbst gebauten - Steinofen gebackene Pizza. So lecker, wie man sie nie zu Hause in einer Pizzeria bekommt. Auch eine spezielle Süßigkeit wurde uns von Maria zubereitet. Einfach lecker. Wir können diese Unterkunft jederzeit empfehlen. Das Meer ist nahe und durch einen sehr steilen Berg nur ca. 500 m vom Meer getrennt. Wenn man gut zu Fuß ist, kein Problem. Höchstens die Hitze im Juli/August macht zu schaffen. Aber da es am Rückweg steil bergauf geht, trainiert man gleichzeitig seine Kondition, was durchaus nicht zu verachten ist. Ist man schlecht zu Fuß, dann sollte man einfach das Auto nehmen. Unser Mietwagen war schlecht motorisiert, so dass beim Hinweg die zusätzlichen Passagiere für 200 ma aussteigen mussten, da der Wagen den Anstieg sonst nicht geschafft hätte. Aber ohne Gepäck war das nie ein Problem, sogar mit 4 Personen. Alcamo-Marina liegt günstig, so dass in der Umgebung viele interessante Punkte angefahren werden können: Agrigent, Selinunte, Palermo, Segesta, Monreale (ganz besonders zu empfehlen) und eine Bootsfahrt von Castellamare del Golf aus. Mit großer Dankbarkeit haben wir uns von unseren Vermietern verabschiedet und wünschen ihnen weiterhin so viel Freude beim vermieten ihrer Ferienwohnung, die für 4-5 Personen reichlich Platz bietet. Wir können diese Ferienunterkunft guten Herzens weiterempfehlen.

Un grand merci à Giuseppe et sa femme de nous avoir accueilli dans leur belle maison avec des spécialités siciliennes. Maison spacieuse très agréable, confortable avec tout le confort nécessaire pour 6 personnes. Nous étions proche du parc du Zingaro, de Palerme, de Ségeste et des plages. Ospitabilità al primo posto
Siamo un gruppo di ragazzi che hanno affittato questa struttura per 10 notti. Siamo stati benissimo: la casa è pulita e con tutto il necessario (compreso parcheggio interno). Non ha il condizionatore ma non serve, rimane molto fresca anche se fuori fanno 30 gradi. Comunque ciò che ci ha piacevolmente colpito è l'ospitalità dei proprietari. Persone simpatiche e a dir poco disponibili. Ci hanno fatto sentire a casa e ci hanno coccolato al punto giusto. Ritornerei solo per la pizza che ci hanno preparato alla cena che offrono. C'è stato un piccolo neo sul forfait per l'aggiunta di un posto letto, ma la situazione è stata gestita molto bene e sono contenta che abbiamo chiarito senza conseguenze. Devo dire che questa coppia più il loro figlio ci hanno accolto con tutta l'ospitalità del sud e li ringrazio molto. Mi dispiace solo non essere riuscita a mangiare le iris fritte, purtroppo il bar non le aveva. Abbiamo chiesto a Monreale ma li le fanno solo d'inverno. Ciò significa che abbiamo un buon motivo per tornare! Grazie mille ancora per l'ospitalità! Ci avete trattato con gentilezza e rispetto. In conclusione la consiglio vivamente a tutti! Giulia P.S. per arrivare alla casa c'è una salita molto ripida...tutta alcamo è così quindi serve assolutamente l'automobile...o delle buone gambe

A Wonderful Vacation
What a wonderful vacation property. We stayed at the property for 1 week in May, 2016. Giuseppe , Maria Grazia and their son Claudio were very nice. Maria and Claudio met us (we were 2 married couples) when we arrived, Claidio help us with our luggage and Maria had brought us typical Sicilian sandwiches for a light meal after our journey. The villa is fully equipped and even had a microwave oven. The location is very convenient to visit Palarmo (about 40 minutes by Car) Segesta, Erice and Monreale. Castellammare del Golfo ( is about 5-10 minutes away. The accommodations were excellent. It is an upper level villa with one short flight of stairs, beautiful views and close to Alcamo Marina. A car is needed to get to and from the villa. Our Hosts were wonderful! One of our traveling companions had family in a nearby town (Cinisi) and we wanted to bring them a gift. I called Maria and she took the time to meet us in Alcamo and directed us to the best pastry shop in town to buy wonderful Sicilian pastries for his relatives. We cannot thank her enough for her wonderful generosity and help. We highly recommend this villa and would definitely stay at this villa again.

Schöner Urlaub
Eine schöne große Wohnung mit zwei Terrassen und einem tollen Meerblick. Sehr nette Vermieter, die sehr zuvorkommemend und hilfsbereit sind und jedes Anliegen auch versuchen zu erfüllen. Hatten auch zusammen einen tollen Pizzaabend gehabt. Das Meer sind es zwar nur 500 Meter weit weg aber es geht ganz schön steil bergrunter und später natürlich wieder steil nach oben. Mit dem Auto ist man da besser aufgehoben. Im Großen und ganzen ein gelungener und schöner Sizilien Urlaub.

Molto accogliente
L'appartamento e ben arredato e ben ventilato.Situato a pochi centinaia di metri dal mare con un Terrazzo da pieno relax e con una sedia a dondolo come ciliegina sulla torta. Dal lato opposto del Terrazzo si trova un balcone con una Vista da mozza fiato con veduta su San Vito lo Capo. I bagni sono spaziosi e confortevoli. Giuseppe , Maria Grazia e Claudio sono stati molto ospitali e simpatici. ci hanno organizzato una cena con Pizza nel forno a legna molto buona. Ottimi Pizzaioli. Ottima casa e proprietari calorosi
Giuseppe e' un proprietario ospitale e generoso e la casa e' situata in un posto tranquillo dove di sera si può' riposare senza rumori. Ci sono due verande e due arie e si gode una vista fantastica. La casa e' molto funzionale, non manca mai l'acqua perché Giuseppe la compra quando non arriva dall'acquedotto . Cucina fornita di tutto e la lavatrice e' nuova. I due bagni sono nuovi e spaziosi come le stanze molto grandi, Noi eravamo in otto e non ci siamo sentiti mai allo stretto. Giuseppe e Maria Grazia ci hanno permesso una vacanza ottima e di relax, con cena di benvenuto a base di pizza al forno di legna che è' da raccomandare, così come la casa da tornarci. Maurizio

L'appartamento è situato vicino al mare anche se abbiamo preferito spostarci per scoprire spiagge e calette meravigliose. Pulito, luminoso, dotato di ogni confort e con due terrazzi sul mare,uno per cenare al fresco e l'altro per ammirare il tramonto. I proprietari Giuseppe e Maria Grazia sono simpatici, ospitali e maghi della pizza(la cena di benvenuto è stata fantastica) Lo consiglierei ad amici e parenti...noi abbiamo trascorso due splendide settimane. Casa confortevole, pulita...
Casa confortevole, pulita e molto spaziosa. Dotata di tutto ciò che può servire per soggiornare fuori casa. Consigliata a chi arriva in Sicilia anche in aereo. I proprietari sono molto ospitali, cordiali e disponibili.
