Enjoyed our stay

The layout of the house was perfect for 8 adults, 2 children, and one baby. The kitchen was very well stocked for preparing meals. There was a security fence around the pool. The location was perfect for going either to the beach or to the lake.

Extremely comfortable and aesthetic holiday rental

The building is architecturally very nice, and inside is luxurious. We really enjoyed the large deck and ate most of our meals there. The forest all around us was very peaceful and we felt we were living in a different world. The Biscarrosse area is amazing. It was our first time there and we will be coming back because there are so many activities we wanted to do but didn't have time to do them all.

Beautiful villa for lover of nature

We enjoyed our stay at this villa in Biscarosse. The property exceeded our expectations. The view from the pool and the patio into the forest was stunning. The villa itself is particularly suitable for a lager group with enough space, 4 bathrooms and nicely furnished. We enjoyed cooking together an sitting at the big kitchen island. You will find everything you need in the house and everything is as descripted. The property is in a quiet neighbourhood close by the lake, but you will need a car to get there. Driving to the beach is relatively short with good parking opportunities and we did it every day. The communication with the owner and the housekeeping was easy and without any complications. If your looking for I peaceful place surrounded by nature I highly recommend a stay at the PROMO ARCHITECT VILLA.

Bon séjour dans villa agréable

Villa très agréable dans un très bel environnement. Les propriétaires sont passés à plusieurs reprises pour « arroser les plantes », « nettoyer la piscine » et « récupérer des clefs ». Bon séjour dans l’ensemble.

Très bon séjour

Très belle villa dans les pins. Emplacement idéal pour une parfaite tranquillité. Biscarosse-Plage situé à moins de dix minutes en voiture, le lac est à 5 minutes à pieds. Merci aux propriétaires pour leurs bienveillances, leurs gentillesses et leurs disponibilités. Nous recommandons vivement cette location.

Plaisir et détente

Vacances parfaitement réussies grâce , entre autres, à cette très jolie villa en totale symbiose avec la pinède. L'aménagement intérieur, l'équipement, la terrasse et la piscine vous garantissent un confort idéal ! Calme et sérénité à proximité des lacs et de l’océan et notamment de la très belle plage de la "Salie" . La région est superbe et ne manque pas d'activités pour enfants et parents. Idéal vacances dépaysantes

Maison spacieuse, idéale pour plusieurs familles. Les enfants étaient parfaitement à l'aise. Rien à redire sur la piscine et la terrasse très accueillante. L'accès à une petite plage du lac se fait par un sentier à l'arrière de la maison en 15/20 minutes au milieu des bois. Vacances parfaites, propriétaires très sympathiques et facilement joignables. Seul regret : devoir partir...

Perfekter Urlaub

Ein sehr schönes Haus, wunderbar ruhig gelegen im Pinienwald. Das Haus ist schön eingerichtet, gut ausgestattet und sehr gepflegt. Die Raumaufteilung mit insgesamt 4 Bädern war für uns mit 4 Erwachsenen und 5 Kindern optimal. Besonders der beheizte Pool war für die Kinder ein Highlight, während die Erwachsenen die großzügige Terrasse genießen konnten. Alles, was man für einen gelungenen Urlaub braucht, von einer gut ausgestatteten Küche über einen Holzkohlegrill bis zu ausreichenden Beschattungsmöglichkeiten auf der Terrasse war vorhanden und konnte genutzt werden. Die Vermieter durften wir als sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Ehepaar kennen lernen. Übergabe und Abwicklung funktionierten reibungslos. Insgesamt ein perfekter Urlaub in einem sehr schönen Haus, den wir gerne in Erinnerung behalten.

This is a comfortable home in a beautiful setting. Perfect for a large family.

We and joyed the peace and tranquility offered by the surrounding woods. The secure heated swimming pool is also a big plus. Plenty of space for everyone.

Maison idéale pour des vacances nature

Nous étions un groupe de 9 personnes adultes et nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans cette maison . C'est une vraie maison à vivre donc il ne manque rien pour la cuisine, dormir ou se divertir. Elle est encore mieux en vrai qu'en photos! Le calme , la forêt, le lac... Cette endroit respire la nature. Il est impératif d'avoir un moyen de locomotion car la première boulangerie est à 5 minutes en voiture. Le propriétaire est disponible et de bons conseils. Nous recommandons vivement cette location!

Nous avons séjourné durant 2 semaines dans cette belle villa, confortable, spacieuse, fonctionnelle. très bien entretenue, la piscine parfaitement sécurisée. Nos enfants s'y sont très rapidement sentis comme à la maison, cette maison est aussi très bien située (10 min à pied du lac, 10 min en voiture de l'océan). Nous remercions aussi les propriétaires, Jean Louis et son épouse pour leurs accueils, tant à notre arrivée que lors de notre départ. Vraiment à conseiller pour des vacances réussies.

Wonderful family holiday home

Joining family from all over the world, this was a perfect place, well equipped, a beautiful outside area, close to all amenities for shopping etc. The house was comfortable and near the Lake with a great restaurant where we were welcomed with children. Also close to the beach at the Atlantic, a great favourite for our family! Good restaurants in Biscarrosse Bourg and Plage, good golf nearby and lots to do for all ages. Would definitely recommend this beautiful area for walking, cycling and swimming and this was a great house in which to do all this. T hank you Jean-Louis.

Zeer positief.

De villa is een prachtig en zeer comfortabel huis. Het is erg mooi ingericht met een veilig zwembad aan een mooi terras met een lounchset en een grote eettafel. We hebben hier gelogeerd met 10 personen, 6 volwassenen en 4 kinderen van 4-9 jaar. De eigenaar en zijn familie zijn zeer vriendelijk en staan altijd paraat om zo nodig hulp te bieden. De omgeving is zeer afwisselend en biedt ruimschoots de gelegenheid tot allerlei activiteiten. Ook hebben wij volop gebruik kunnen maken van de tennisbaan vlakbij het huis. Wij bevelen dit huis van harte aan voor een optimale vakantie.

Perfect in every way!

We stayed at this amazing house in June 2016 for a week with our two young children and my parents-in-law. The house is every bit as good as it looks in the pictures and so much more. We were greeted on arrival by the amazingly friendly and helpful owners. There is so much to praise about this property but perhaps best to start with the location - set in a lovely quite close of maybe 6 houses but just a 2 minute drive to the beautiful beach on the Lake at Maguide. We chose to drive as we had young children but you could easily walk through the pines trees which are well tracked. Down at Maguide there are 3 great cafes / restaurants ('Histoire de' is top quality), a lovely beach and a large inflatable play area in the lake for bigger kids. Sitting between the two lakes the house provides the perfect location for you to easily be able to get to Biscarosse Plage for some Atlantic swimming and Biscarosse Town for all of your supplies (couple of supermarkets etc). Turning back to the house - it's massive - great open plan downstairs. TV, DVD etc in the lounge. The wifi even works outside. Kitchen is really well stocked and laundry room was handy. The best bit is probably the outdoor space - the living area opens onto a huge terrace with tables, loungers and two massive sun shades. Pool is warm and a perfect size. There's even a Weber BBQ there for guests to use. The bedrooms were nice and all came with automatic shutters to guarantee a good night sleep. In summary - it's perfect. Great location, great house and lovely helpful owners. We will definitely return.

Excellent séjour, grande maison, moderne, tout confort et bien équipée. Maison au cœur des pins avec accès direct à la foret (maison non clôturée), sous les pins... Location idéale pour TRES grande famille, ou plusieurs couples : nous étions 3 couples + 5 enfants, et nous ne sommes à aucun moment gênés : chambres, salles de bains et Wc en nombres.... Activités à proximités : piscine, BBQ, lac, restaurants, océan, Dune, Arcachon et Cap Ferret... Seul bémol (personnel) : aucun commerce à pieds ! voiture obligatoire. RECOMMANDE

des vacances formidables!!!

Une maison moderne presque "au coeur" d'une forêt qui vous assure une semaine de vacances complètement dépaysante... L' accueil des propriétaires est très chaleureux, la maison est spacieuse et décorée avec beaucoup de goût, les activités sont multiples tout autour de la maison... Bref, les ingrédients sont réunis pour passer des vacances géniales entre amis ou en famille!!!
