The apartment is located in a residential place (Ciudad Jardín) in the centre of the city, opposite the city hall. The surroundings are calm and quiet during the day; you can find several facilities such as supermarkets, parks, hospital, tennis courts, swimming pools, luxury hotel... and las Alcaravaneras beach.
At night you can walk to the Marina, which is 5 minutes away, and find lots of restaurants and nightlife.
Furthermore, the main attractions such as Las Canteras Beach and Mesa y Lopez shopping centers are in a walking reach distance as well as Triana and Vegeta. Although, as said before, you can walk there, you can also take plubic transports (bus or taxi) that are reliable and cheap.
