Located on the 3rd floor directly over the pool. Balcony accessible from the living room and master bedroom w./ exquisite views. New full size W/D; microwave and range with convection oven option if desired. Fully appointed, user friendly kitchen with several small appliances available to make meal prep easy.
Comfortable new KS mattress in the spacious master bedroom. Oversized master bath with walk in shower, his & her sinks, ample storage and enormous master walk-in closet.
Guest bedroom with queen sized bed, new mattress, and plenty of storage / closet space. Bunk area off of the dining area with bi-fold doors for privacy, and standard sized twin beds.
Living room has new commercial queen sized sleeper, sectional sofa, and ample bedding available.
Living room provides comfortable seating for 6 or so, and bar stools from the breakfast bar are convenient extra living room seats too.
Dining room table seats 6, swivel bar stools for 4 allow plenty of eating in options.
Resort wifi works excellently throughout the unit and the grounds. We've always had excellent reception with our cell phones on the Verizon network, and now Cricket. Designated parking on the 3rd floor eliminate the need for elevators for loading and unloading. Handicap parking is just 50 paces to the condo door!
Pet's are always welcome, though they must be checked in at the front office, and HOA guidelines followed. Pet fees are determined by the HOA, and collected at the front office upon check in. I, as an owner have no say or control over these established fees. Currently $300/pet under 30 pounds; limit 1. There is no fee or size restrictions for service dogs. Emotional support pets are subject to the pet fee, and NOT exempt per the ADA. Must provide vet records of shots etc. and get a pet ID band for yourself and the pet to wear at all times outside the unit.
The resort also assesses a parking fee of $30 upon check in or preregistration.
The fall of 2021 a new AC unit was installed, including a specialized purification system that effectively filters and cleans the airflow from all bacterial, viruses, mold, and fungus. We haven't had any of those issues, but with the challenges of Covid, and no doubt there'll be more airborne pathogens to be cognizant of, we felt this a good move for the added safety and peace of mind for ourselves AND our guests!
