The apartment is bright with double exposure. The sliding doors between the living room and the bedroom offer the apartment a significant living space, while preserving privacy.

It is quiet with double glazing and electric shutters. The room faces towards a small park. The bathroom and toilet are separate. You can store your empty suitcases in a space provided for this purpose in the built-in cupboard in the living room.

It has a large 160x200 bed in the bedroom and a double sofa bed in the living room as well as an "umbrella" bed for a young child.
It has been completely renovated and is perfectly equipped with air conditioning, dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, induction hob, kettle, toaster, vacuum cleaner, WiFi internet +20Mbps , TV, DVD player, mini HI-FI system, ironing board and iron, hairdryer...

Très beau appartement
Fonctionnel, bien équipé avec de beaux matériaux. Quelques commerces proche. Plage publique à environ 12 minutes à pieds. Premier étage pas trop haut sans ascenceur. Dommage qu'il n'y a pas de balcon. Double exposition mais vue d'un coté sur les toits.

Ich kann die Ferienwohnung herzlichst empfehlen. Es ist sehr zentral nur wenige Minuten vom Strand und den wichtigen Einkaufsstrassen gelegen. Die Wohnung war sehr gepflegt, sehr sauber und ist auch empfehlenswert für Familien mit Kindern. Sehr positiv ist auch der vorhandene Parkplatz. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen.

Nice apartment in the centre of Cannes
We stayed at this nice apartment for 13 days in June-July. The apartment is in short walking distance from the centre of Cannes and the beach. It is a fresh apartment and vell equipped with all you need for a holiday stay. Included is also a secure parkingspace which is recommended if you have a car. I would not have been comfortable with parking in public parkingspaces in the area due to the risk of getting damages on the vehicle. The only thing we missed in this apartment was a balcony. It was easy to communicate with the owner on both e-mail and SMS. We can higly reccomend this appartment if you are a couple or a family with one child.

Fantastic rental!
Just returned from France where we were able to spend 10 wonderful days in Cannes. We use VRBO around the world, and this property is absolutely fantastic! First, the owners Patrick and Zivalda are particularly responsive and helpful, and arranging details of check-in/out was easy and efficient. The unit is in an ideal location, 5-10 min walk to town, shopping, restaurants, beaches, train station. Perfect for us as we did not have a car, and used the train station which is a couple minutes walk only. The apartment is completely updated, tastefully decorated, and exceptionally clean. It is equipped with everything you need, including AC and and fast Internet. Electric shutters on all windows made it dark and quiet to sleep at night. It is very secure and in a nice neighborhood. The king size bed is very comfortable. In short, if you are looking to stay in Cannes, (which we highly encourage!) I would search no further...recommend 110%! We would return in a heartbeat!

Great place to stay in Cannes
We really liked the location of the apartment - close to the beach, but not too close to the main road, therefore very quiet and peaceful, which was important as we have a 6 months old baby. The apartment itself is nicely decorated, modern and cozy. The owner provided a cot for our baby, which was really nice of him. Thanks to the owner of the place, we were greeted with a lovely bottle of champaign. Our stay in Cannes was very enjoyable. Recommended.

Un appartement magnifique!!!
Un appartement à la hauteur de nos espérances, moderne, spacieux et surtout très propre (copier coller des photos publiées). Le soir la rue est calme et a permis à mes 2 enfants ma femme et moi-même de passer 9 nuits en toute tranquillité. Nous n'avons quasiment pas utilisé notre véhicule étant donné l'énorme proximité avec les commerces (5 minutes de la croisette à pied). Je tiens particulièrement à remercier le propriétaire pour son professionnalisme, cela nous a permis de passer des vacances inoubliables.

Sehr empfehlenswerte Wohnung
Wir (zwei Erwachsene mit zwei Kindern, davon eins 6 Jahre, und das andere 6 Monate) waren Ende Mai eine Woche in Cannes und haben diese Wohnung für diesen Aufenthalt gemietet und haben es nicht bereut. Zum Vermieter: Die Vermieter haben uns von Anfang an bei all unseren Fragen unterstützt und haben wirklich sehr ausführliche Beschreibungen zur Verfügung gestellt, wie man z.B. den Parkplatz findet etc. Auch bei der Wohnungsübergabe wurde alles bestens beschrieben, was wie zu handhaben ist. Des Weiteren wurde uns angeboten, dass wir uns auch während unseres Aufenthaltes jederzeit melden können, falls was wäre. Auch die Übergabe der Wohnung zurück an den Vermieter hat problemlos funktioniert. Es wurde kurz geschaut, ob alles in der Wohnung in Ordnung ist und die Kaution wurde anstandslos zurück erstattet. Zur Wohnung: Die Wohnung befindet sich direkt hinter dem Bahnhof in einer engen Einbahnstrasse. Gegenüber und unmittelbar in der Nähe der Wohnung gibt es einen Jugendheim/Jugendherrberge und einen Wettbüro/Interncafe. Aber es war keineswegs laut oder ähnlich. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in unmittelbarer Nähe (Carrefour und ähnliche). Auch die Innenstadt hat man in 5 Min zu Fuß erreicht. Top Lage was das angeht. Die Größe der Wohnung ist an sich perfekt für eine kleine Familie. Uns sie ist wirklich sehr sauber (und ich bin sehr pingelig). Alles sieht so aus, wie auf den Bildern vom Vermieter im Internet dargestellt. Alle Geräte, Waschmaschine etc, sind guter Qualität und funktionieren einwandfrei. Es gibt auch alles, was man für den täglichen Gebrauch benötigt, Geschirr und Besteck sind völlig ausreichend. Folgende Hinweise: Da wir ein Baby und damit einen Kinderwagen dabei hatten, möchten wir diesen Punkt hier erwähnen. Der Eingang der Wohnung ist sehr eng für einen Kinderwagen. Da man mehrere Treppen bis zur Wohnung hoch muss (die Wohnung befindet sich auf dem 1.OG), mussten wir jedesmal den Kinderwagen auseinander bauen und wieder zusammenbauen ..., Kinderwagen hochtragen ging fast kaum, da der Eingang halt sehr eng ist. Das war leider sehr mühselig. Für eine Woche ist es in Ordnung, aber auf Dauer wäre es für uns zu lästig. Des Weiteren hat die Wohnung eine sehr kleine Toilette, welches nicht auf den Bildern zu sehen ist. Für uns war dies kein Problem. Aber jemand der Platzangst hat, sollte das wissen. Rundherum sind wir sehr zufrieden gewesen und danken für die Unterstützung und Gastfreundlichkeit des Vermieters.

fantástico apartamento en Cannes
Es la segunda vez que me quedo en este apartamento en Cannes, y lo seguiré haciendo en la próximas oportunidades. Mi motivo principal para ir a Cannes es en lo profesional, por lo tanto es necesario disfrutar de un lugar cómodo, céntrico y tranquilo en las noches para descansar. Todo esto lo he encontrado en el apartamento de Patrick, quien además junto a Cicera garantizan una comunicación rápida, flexible, amena y eficaz. El apartamento está a tan solo 10 min caminando del Palais, prácticamente al lado de la estación ferroviaria y de varios comercios. Todos los electrodomésticos son modernos y funcionan bien. No hay ninguna sorpresa después de ver las fotos, pues corresponden completamente a la realidad. El apartamento es bonito, limpio y no le falta nada. Repito, muy tranquilo en las noches para garantizar el descanso cuando al día siguiente tienes que ir a trabajar. Lo recomiendo ampliamente.

“EXCELLENT appartement dans le centre de Cannes”
L'appartement est situé dans un emplacement idéal à seulement 5-10 minutes à pied de la Croisette. Il se situe à proximité de la plage à 2 pas de tous les restaurants et des commerces. Bref emplacement excellent!!! L'appartement en lui-même contient tout ce dont vous avez besoin (lave-vaisselle, réfrigérateur, micro-ondes ...). Draps propres et les serviettes à l'arrivée, ainsi qu'un petit stock de consommables. je n'aurais aucune hésitation à recommander cet appartement à d'autres.

Fantastic and Fabulous!
My wife and I spent one week in Cannes at this terrific apartment in late June 2015. This apt is a gem of a find in Cannes - modern, updated, clean and location, location, location. We walked from the train station. In fact, restaurants, shopping, supermarket and beach are all within a 10 minute walk. Well equiped kitchen, super fast and reliable Internet, comfy bed. Patrick and Zivalda were terrric, answering our many questions over email and text. We fell in love with Cannes, we will return and we will stay here!

Bei meinem Besuch Anfang März 2015 habe ich das Appartement genau wie auf der Internetseite beschrieben vorgefunden. Es ist großzügig, sehr gut ausgestattet und man kann sich prima selbst versorgen, da hierfür alles vorhanden ist. Das Appartement ist in einem sehr gepflegten Zustand. Ich habe es direkt für das kommende Jahr wieder gebucht.

Souriez, vous êtes à cannes !
Un appartement spacieux, calme, bien aménagé et très bien décoré. Les photos correspondent bien à la réalité (ce qui est de plus en plus rare à l'heure actuelle...). Plusieurs autres points positifs : - Proche du centre ville (2mn à pied) et proche des plages (5mn à pied) - La place de parking dans un parking gratuit, fermé et sécurisé. - Un appartement climatisé qui en période estivale, il faut le dire... est très appréciable ! - Un propriétaire accueillant et qui est soucieux de la qualité de votre séjour. Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour et recommandons fortement cet appartement qui correspond aussi bien à un couple seul qu'à un groupe de 4 personnes.

Great Apartment
We stayed in this apartment for 16 nights. We really liked it as it was clean (and renovated), close to city center and super market. The owners were very nice and provided us so much information prior to our trip and everything we needed during the trip. You can not find such an apartment at this price.

Décoration soignée, propre et confortable
L'appartement est super rien a dire en plus il y a de la wifi a notre disposition et de l'air conditionné ce qui est pratique quand il fait chaud. Le parking de la résidence nous a bien aidé car a cannes il est parfois dur de trouver une place de parking. En plus l'appartement est 5 minutes de la plage et a 2 minutes du centre ville. Nous esperons y retourner plus tard.

Beautifully updated Cannes apartment
The apartment is very nice and equipped with the best amenities, with the internet, kitchen, and rain shower. Small but comfortably sleep 3 people. We love that it's sunny but not noisy (good to get some nice sleep). Location is wonderful, walking distance to shops and restaurants, and 10 mins to Palais. Only thing we wish there's a handwash sink in the water closet. The owner is very helpful to ensure we have a good stay (even got the baby cot for us - thank you!). We definitely recommend this apartment for holiday.

Center Cannes close to the beaches and very close to the Palais des Festivals. Ideal for conventions. Car not needed - The interior layout is very complete with quality furniture and equipment. The decoration is sober and neat. Sliding doors between living room and bedroom widen the space. Completely renovated mid-2015 - Apartment really comfortable, clear and very functional.
