This very bright villa level located in PORTICCIO (15 km from the port and Ajaccio airport) in a very quiet private residence 1.5 km from the sea and all shops.

It is completely new and has its own entrance where you can park your vehicle.

Covering an area of 70 m², it consists of a large living room with kitchen area open to a living room, two double bedrooms in 140, a large bathroom with wc, sink and washing machine, a 2nd independent WC

You can take your meals on the covered terrace, and grill.
Its small fully enclosed garden will offer you the possibility of taking your dog since animals are allowed.

Séjour à Porticcio

Agréable avec une hôte qui a su répondre à nos attentes. Le logement nécessite la lumière même en journée mais ce n'est pas gênant. Nous sommes plutôt à la plage ou en visite. Le logement est spacieux pour 4 personnes et plus. Rien ne manque en équipement de cuisine ou autres. On stationne facilement juste en face du logement mais possible aussi dans l'allée privée. L'accès plage nécessite un peu de marche (20 mn) ou à peine 10 mn en voiture.

Logement calme mais sa s clim

Malgré l'emplacement près d'une voie passante, nous etions au calme. Déception : l'annonce disait logement lumineux. Or seule une baie vitrée apporte de la lumière au séjour. Mais étant en plein soleil, on devions fermer le rideau pour pouvoir conserver un frais relatif. Le 2 chambres et la sdb étaient pourvues d'une petite fenêtre basculante à 1m80 du sol...

Nous avons passe un excellent sejour chez Chantal La villa est spacieuse et tres confortable, au calme avec une magnifique vue sur la baie d'Ajaccio et tres proche des plages de Porticcio
