Une semaine de rêve

Nous avons passé une semaine incroyable entre amis. Les propriétaires sont d’une extrême gentillesse. La villa est exceptionnelle (intérieur et extérieur). Nous reviendrons avec plaisir sans hésiter

Haus mit tollem Ausblick!

Wir wurden bei der Anreise herzlich von Florence und ihrem Mann begrüßt und uns wurde alles rund um das Haus genau erklärt, auch die Poolpflege während des Aufenthaltes. Die Aussicht und Lage ist wirklich toll. Nah an der Natur (Mückenschutz ist allerdings abends zwingend erforderlich!!!) und mit Meerblick von der oberen Terrasse. Hier hat uns jediglich ein Sonnenschutz gefehlt, um die herrliche Aussicht und den Pool auch mal im Schatten genießen zu können. Dazu musste man immer eine Ebene tiefer gehen, wo es aber keine Sicht gab. Platz hatten wir im Haus genug und es war auch sauber und gut ausgestattet, mit allem was man braucht. Im Bad wäre es nur toll , noch ein paar Möglichkeiten zu haben,Handtücher aufzuhängen. Der Weg zur Bucht hinter dem Haus ist relativ steil (ca 700 m ) und nur mit leichtem Gepäck geeignet. Man wird dafür aber mit einer absolut traumhaften , kleinen Bucht belohnt und kann super schnorcheln. Tossa de Mar ist mit dem Auto ca 15 min entfernt und wunderschön! Hier gibt es viele nette Restaurants, urige Gassen. Die Bucht Calla Canyelles 5 min mit dem Auto und auch sehr sehr schön . Klares Wasser , Strandbar , Verleih von Kajaks, SUP und Treetbooten, Jetski. . alles vorhanden. Das hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Ein Ausflug nach Girona ist auch empfehlenswert. Vielen Dank an Florence und Armand!

Fast perfektes Ferienhaus

Erwachsene in Haupthaus Kinder in der seperaten Wohnung in sehr ruhiger Lage am ende einer Sackgase mit Meerblick. Sehr gut ausgestattet mit sehr netten Vermietern. Uns hat nur schatten im poolb Bereich gefehlt.

Schöner Irlaub

Hat uns sehr gefallen, allerdings sollte die Beschreibung angepasst werden, da es zwischen den Wohnungen größere Unterschiede gibt und diese bei zwei Familien zu Problemen führen können wer die bessere Wohnung hat. Für zwei Familien mit mehr Kindern ist es gut so, dann können die Kinder die untere Wohnung zum schlafen nutzen und oben alle zusammen Wohnen.

Oben Top unten Flop

Die Beschreibung des Objektes entspricht nicht den Darstellungen auf der Angebotsseite und ist damit irreführend. Die zwei Wohnungen sind qualitativ nicht vergleichbar. Eine 2018 angekündigte Renovierung der unteren Wohnung wurde offenbar bisher nicht durchgeführt. Sie schreiben: Tossa, außergewöhnliche Villa, 2 Appartements mit privatem Pool, Meerblick, klimatisiert. Große Villa, Klimaanlage, aufgeteilt in zwei Wohnungen, ideal für zwei Paare mit Kindern…………….. Sie werden in der Villa mit allem Komfort für einen schönen Urlaub haben. Die Wohnung der oberen Etage entspricht zu 100 % der Beschreibung und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Wohnung der unteren Etage ist im Gegensatz zur oberen Wohnung eine Katastrophe. Sie entspricht in keinem Punkte der geschilderten Darstellung. Die Einrichtung ist im Vergleich zur oberen Wohnung minderwertig. Das Bad der unteren Wohnung allenfalls auf 1-2 Sterne-Niveau. Sie ist allenfalls als Schlaf- und Duschplatz zu verwwenden. Zumindest ist alles sauber. Wir sind als zwei Ehepaare in den Urlaub gefahren und haben explizit nach getrennten Wohnungen, aber in einem zusammenhängenden Komplex gesucht. Dabei sind wir auf das o.g. Objekt gestoßen und haben gebucht. Vor Ort gab es dann die Enttäuschung und erste Irritationen, da die untere Wohnung bisher nicht renoviert wurde. Die Eigentümer/Vermieter sind zwar sehr zuvorkommend und nett, aber die Einsicht, dass die Beschreibung des Objektes für Suchende wie uns irreführend ist, fehlt leider.

La maison comprend 2 logements Le 1 logement toutes commodités à disposition mais le 2ème est à rénover Hôtes accueillants. Lieu très calme pour se reposer mail la voiture est indispensable.

Très belle villa, bien située avec vue

Florence et son mari sont à l'écoute et très accueillants. L'étage de la villa a été rénové, ainsi que les terrasses. L'environnement est calme et l'accès direct à la petite crique en contre-bas est très pratique. On a passé un très beau séjour à se prélasser dans la piscine et profiter d'apéros dans le garden lounge. On a eu quelques soucis de connexion WiFi et de satellite (TV) mais les propriétaires ont tout mis en œuvre pour régler le problème. Les garçons ont apprécié de disposer de l'appartement du rez qui est séparé de la villa. N'oubliez pas vos boules (de pétanque) et aussi le produit à lessiver. Les locataires précédents laissent des condiments et épices, ce qui est très pratique pour autant qu'après on pense à les remplacer si on vide le pot. Merci pour ces belles vacances!

Wonderful House with Nice View.

Large House with Perfect View and surroundings. The Master House is newly renovated (I Think) and Very Nice and functional. The outdoor - the several terraces and the pool - always let you find a spot you prefer, if it is in the Sun pr in the shadow. You need a Car to get around / do your shopping. As the House is Located at the end of a closes Road, parking is never a problem. Florence is a Perfect host and answers all questions very fast - this gave us comfort both up to and under our stay. If you are looking for a Perfect and private spot for a family vacation, I can only recommend this House and Florence.

magnifiques vacances au calme.

super contact et accueil avec les propriétaires. Tout a été fait pour rendre la maison agréable et très propre, aussi bien intérieur qu'extérieur. Très bel environnement avec vue sur la mer. Piscine super agréable et zone de repos parfaite. Maison fonctionnelle, bien équipée et fraîche. Donne envie de renouveller cette expérience.

Awesome villa, a great family trip

We came to this villa at the end of August 2018, we are a family of 5 (myself, my wife, two daughters and my son) as there was only 5 of us we stayed in the top villa, there was more than enough space for us, I would definitely come back to this villa, the kids loved the pool and we were just a ten minute drive from the shops, Florence and her husband are very nice people and do their best to accommodate, 5/5 from us for this amazing family get away.

Gute Lage - Gute Ausstattung

Waren hier Ende Mai 18 - und zufrieden. Die Anlage besteht praktisch aus 2 abgeschlossenen Einheiten auf einem Grundstück. Rundherum Zaun/Tor und abschließbar. Ausstattung ist Top - alles vorhanden was benötigt wird. Nur 4 Sterne weil die untere Wohneinheit schon etwas ab gewohnt und renovierungsbedürftig ist.
