AGADIR - LOVELY SUNNY APARTMENT & TERRACE

This beautiful apartment is located in the heart of Agadir in the district of Hay Mohammadi on the 2nd floor in a luxury building of 5 floors with elevator & secure underground parking. A beautiful terrace, ideal for having breakfast before going to the beach up to 6 people.

A complete cleaning is done the day before your arrival, here no dust all feels clean. Sheets, pillowcases and bath towels are ironed to make your stay perfect.

This beautiful and well equipped apartment can comfortably accommodate up to six people and has been carefully decorated to make your stay unforgettable. The area is very well served, bus and taxi, with lots of good Moroccan restaurants, snack bar, burger and fish, also bakeries and cafes and all the shops nearby. You will enjoy my accommodation for the people, the atmosphere and the neighborhood. My accommodation is perfect for couples, solo travelers, business travelers and families (with children).

The apartment is very quiet, bright and bright with many windows. A large living room with two comfortable sofas and a beautiful table will allow you to relax and share a moment with your friends and family. For meals you have a wooden design table and also a large terrace, ideal for a good breakfast before going to the beach. You have an intercom opening the entrance of the building, a large satellite TV HDMI, an internet-Wifi connection, a cordless phone allowing you to receive free calls from your loved ones. Also at your disposal a small library, a DVD player with some good movies and a small stereo with Bluetooth connection.

A very beautiful kitchen with terrace, very bright, you will prepare your meals and snacks while remaining close to your family and friends. It is fully equipped with microwave, hob, extractor, oven, fridge, freezer, kettle, toaster, electric citrus juicer and a battery of pots and pans.

For your comfort you also have at your disposal a washing machine and a dryer table, as well as an iron and ironing board.

You have a large bathroom with toilet and shower. A wardrobe with ironed towels for you and a hair dryer. Also a beautiful bathroom with Wc allow you more comfort in the apartment.

Two beautiful bedrooms, one with terrace, well decorated with built-in wardrobes and a large double bed and two single beds plus the double sofa lounge will allow you to accommodate up to six people comfortably and make your stay a memorable one.

A very nice terrace with two chairs and a wrought iron table will allow you to relax and have lunch up to 6 people.

We are 100% at your disposal my husband and I because we live also on Agadir and will be able to help you to the extent of our possibilities.
We can advise you on local activities and tours of the area. We can also provide on-site help in the event of an emergency (for example medical) and facilitate your exchanges with the local services.

Beautiful, peaceful and simply amazing.

A lovely property with all amenities close by. The property has everything you need and I was lucky enough to have spent my time in this place making some amazing memories. The owners are genuine nice people who stick to their word.

the property was very comfertable with every thing we needed

staying at the apartment was just like staying at home,everthing was there, all the shops were just on the door step for whatever we needed,all taxi was there whenever we needed to go out, the owner was such gentleman he picked us up from the airport and dropped us back when we left, I will 100% stay there again on my next visite

Appartement charmant et bien équipé Nous avons passé de très belles vacances mon mari et moi-même dans votre appartement vraiment charmant. La cuisine est bien équipé et tout est facile d’accès, on s'est fait de bon jus de fruits et de bons petits déjeuners que nous avons pris sur la terrasse ensoleillée Tout était vraiment impeccable, propre et bien rangé. Pas à l’image de l’annonce

Premièrement appartement très bruyant dû aux locataires environnants, ainsi qu’aux travaux à côté de l’immeuble. Deuxièmement une seule salle de bain, pas de baignoire, de la moisissure au plafond degagant une odeur nauséabonde. Troisième, le wifi est payant et bizarrement ne fonctionnait pas ! Et pour finir la climatisation n’etait présente que dans le salon.

Amazing property situated in a great place

Raphael & Laila have been the most pleasant and helpful people that I have ever met. I am so happy that I chose this apartment to stay, not only was it clean and spacious the security facilities were also on board. All facilities were intact and I had no reason to worry about anything as Raphael & Laila were only a call away and attended to any queries. I felt very welcomed and did not hesitate to contact them for anything. This apartment was absolutely beautiful and I will not hesitate to stay here again. I enjoyed my stay here and I am looking forward to staying again in Raphael's and Laila's place again. I cannot recommend this place enough.

🌟 amazing apartment 🌟

The apartment we stayed in was excellent, the decoration the furniture every small peice of item really made this apartment stand out from the rest. The view from the balcony is great and the owner made us feel at home and was there if we needed anything. Definitely would consider staying here again next time.

Very nice apartment

The apartment is as described. Very comfortable, well equipped and clean. Infront of the door you can find many shops and supermarkets. Even buses and taxis stop are right in front of the door and allow to reach the city center easily.

L'appartement est vraimen...

L'appartement est vraiment bien et très bien décoré on s'y sent bien , on est pas loin de la plage et de ses environs , j'ai pas regretté d'avoir séjourné dans l'appartement.
