Magnificent 4-bedroom villa less than 3 km from the centre and white sandy beaches. The swimming pool is heated to 30 degrees. It is located in a quiet and pleasant residential area. The cliff, less than 100 metres away, will give you the opportunity to admire magnificent sunsets. The swimming pool and the whole property are totally private and always sunny. The kitchen is fully equipped and can seat eight people around its table, as can the table on the terrace. All rooms have silent air conditioning. High-speed wifi internet access is available throughout the house. More than 50 channels in several languages are available on the Led screen TV. For those who enjoy grilling, there is a large barbecue by the pool. The 4 bedrooms are tastefully decorated and will make you feel right at home. An oriental area has been created on the terrace from where you can admire the sea. Jenny, our receptionist, can cook delicious local dishes for you for a small half-day supplement (50 euros, excluding food). On request, we can also send you a car to the airport for 50 euros. The recommendations of holidaymakers have been taken into account: bicycles are available. This really is a dream location for making the most of your holiday with your family or with a couple of friends. Everything is included: electricity and water.

Stunning Villa & excellent hosts

The villa is stunning, ample space for my family, and great garden. Location is quiet and peaceful. Walk directly to the beautiful view of the cliff . Marie and George are excellent hosts. They allowed be to do the wedding eve of my daughter at their amazing villa & Im ever so thankful and grateful.

Good price. Large outdoor Space. Will surely recommand it to others.

The landlord should allow more than 8 persons as long as one can sleep on a sofa or an air bed. This is the life style in Mauritius.

Lovely Mauritian home. Spacious. Well equipped. Large bedrooms. Lots of communal space. Air conditioning . Lovely upstairs terrace. Some updating needed in shower room. Lovely pool with regular cleaning. Large garden. Space for parking. Car needed.

A little spot of paradise.

From when we booked the Villa the communication with the owners Georges and Marie was amazing. We stayed for 7 weeks. They arranged for us to get picked up from the Airport which saved us trying to arrange that. Once arriving at the Villa we were greeted by Mario the Caretaker of the Villa. He was so kind and showed us around the property and answered all the questions we asked. The Villa is just as described and the garden is amazing. It has a herb garden, Coconut trees, Papaya trees and a Mango tree. It is like a little bit of paradise. It's amazing. Throughout the holiday Mario cut us Coconuts and Papayas down which we couldn't get enough of, again he made our holiday very special with all the things he did for us. The Villa was very spacious and felt cool and airy and all rooms had A/C. The swimming pool was a nice size you can sunbath around the pool and there is lovely BBQ to cook on whilst enjoying the weather and relaxing. There is a lovely roof terrace which at night is wonderful and if your lucky enough to see the sunset which we did a few times is the most spectacular view. There is plenty of room for parking and they provide mountain bikes if you want to explore the area. All in all the Holiday was Amazing and the Villa was a big part of that. The only problem we had was we never wanted to leave.

Eine perfekt ausgestattete Ferienvilla

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Villa sehr genossen. Der Pool wurde regelmässig gereinigt, sowie der Garten und auch das Haus. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Das Haus ist besticht durch ein sehr angenehmes Ambiente. Farben und Formen sind harmonisch aufeinander abgestimmt. Der perfekte Ort um die Seele baumeln zu lassen.

Paradisiaque

Superbe maison, fonctionnel, emplacement au calme, proche de la falaise pour le sunset, piscine chauffée, excellent literie, toutes les commodités nécessaire pour notre séjour. Nous avons passé 10 jours dans cette maison, que du bonheur. Jenny nous à cuisiné un repas Mauritien de grande qualité, c'était succulent. Ce qui est certain, c'est que nous reviendrons dans cette maison et que je la recommande sans hésiter.

Un excellent séjour

Nous sommes satisfaits au delà de nos espérances, le logement est propre, bien équipé, toutes les pièces sont climatisées, la piscine est chauffée. L'équipe est à l'écoute et très réactive. Le jardin ainsi que le ménage sont faits a la perfection. Et surtout les gérants sont à l'écoute et très réactifs. De plus, Nous avons loué le logement en plein cyclone et aucun dégât n'a été a signaler la maison est bien solide. Encore un grand merci je recommande chaudement ce logement.

Une belle villa pour de belles vacances

Très content du séjour passé en famille chez Georges et Marie du 25/12 au 03/01/2024, dans leur villa très confortable et bien équipée. Jenny , la gouvernante, nous a gentiment reçu le jour de Noël et a aidé, préalablement par téléphone, notre chauffeur un peu perdu pour trouver la maison. Elle nous a également fait profiter de ses talents de cuisinière. Merci à Georges et Marie pour avoir facilité notre départ en fonction de l'horaire du vol de retour. Nous avons loué une voiture à Flic en flac pour les courses quotidiennes et fait appel à un voyagiste pour la découverte de l'île et les grands déplacements. Nous avons ainsi bénéficié des connaissances et de la gentillesse de notre chauffeur, sans avoir le stress de la conduite locale parfois un peu déroutante. L'accueil des Mauriciens est bien entendu très agréable. En résumé, c'étaient de belles vacances.

Vacation

Villa exceptionnelle dans un beau quartier très calme. La piscine est chauffée à 28 degrés grâce à une pompe à chaleur; la piscine est nettoyée 3 fois par semaine. La maison est très bien entrenue. Un endroit de rêves pour passer de belles vacances à seulement 5 minutes en voiture du centre.

6 semaines à Maurice

Superbe villa, spacieuse, très bien équipée et une superbe piscine. Les chambres sont parfaites et la climatisation est partout présente. De plus, il y a un jardinier, une femme de ménage et un pisciniste qui viennent de manière régulière. Bref, ça aurait pu être un séjour de rêve, mais....... lorsque nous avions réservé la villa, nous avions pris contact directement avec le propriétaire, afin de lui demander expressément de nous garantir qu'il n'y avait pas de chantier à proximité de la maison, ce qu'il nous a garanti en ajoutant que si il y avait un chantier prévu lors de notre séjour il nous avertirait.... Quelle n'a pas été notre déception en arrivant, il y avait une maison en pleine transformation à moins de 10 mètres de notre villa, donc coups de marteau, scie, marteau piqueur et cris des ouvriers toute la journée et ceci 6 jours par semaine et parfois même le dimanche, donc très très grosse déception. Surtout que, renseignement pris, ces travaux étaient en cours depuis de nombreux mois. Donc attention, pour les prochains locataires car il y a une parcelle encore libre juste à coté de la villa....

Maison confortable

Nous y avons séjourné un mois. Maison fonctionnelle, bien équipée et propriétaire honnête, et très réactif. La piscine est agréable et au soleil donc l’eau de la piscine chauffe bien ( séjour Août donc hiver à l’île Maurice). Seul point négatif : bruits des chantiers aux alentours car quartier actuellement en construction. Cependant, une fois les constructions terminées la maison devrait redevenir calme. Voiture indispensable et emplacement bien pour profiter plages, parc national, et Port Louis. On recommande, pas de problème !

Toller Tucherurlaub mit der Familie

Wir sind eine Familie mit 2 erwachsenen Kindern und haben die Zeit im Haus von Marie sehr genossen. Als Taucher haben tolle die Tauchausflüge von Flic en Flac aus gemacht. Das Haus ist groß, schön und großzügig eingerichtet. Die Küche ist perfekt mit allem ausgestattet und geräumig angelegt. Das Haus befindet sich etwas abseits vom Zentrum Flic en Flac, mitten in einer Häusersiedlung. Natürlich hat dieses Haus auch Nachbarn mit Radios, Besuchern und einer Baustelle gegenüber. Leider waren von den 6 abgebildeten Fahrrädern nur noch vier übrig, wovon auch nur 3 einsatzfähig waren. Dementsprechend mussten wir, anders als geplant, immer mit dem Auto nach Flic en Flac fahren. Reichlich Einkaufmöglichketen gibt es in 5-7 Fahrminuten. Der Pool ist top gepflegt und nach einem Tauchtag haben wir hier noch etwas relaxen können. Die meisten touristischen Sehenswürdigkeiten der Insel sind von Flic en Falc aus innerhalb einer Autostunde erreichbar. Der Urlaub war sehr schön und ein Dank an Marie, und Ihr Team für den freundlichem Empfang und das tolle Haus.

Maison agréable et jardin très reposant

C'est une maison tout à fait conforme à la description faite. Nous y avons passé un excellent séjour, le jardin et la piscine sont très agréables et bien entretenus. La maison est fonctionnelle et la disponibilité de Régine qui nous accueille à l'arrivée et pendant le séjour est appréciable.Les vélos sur place apportent un plus au séjour, ils permettent d'aller à la plage où de faire quelques courses en toute tranquilité. Merci pour ces belles prestations.

Very nice place

we enjoyed staying one week in this house in flick n flac. it is located in a quiet area, not far from the center. car is still recommended. the only minus was that the floor was dirty in the house, so we had to start washing the floor.

Wonderful house, convenient, with all conveniences

A short distance from the centre we found the house to be comfortable & convenient. The garden was a joy with its mango trees, coconut palms pomegranate bush, all immaculately kept. We were warmly welcomed on arrival and all the important details (garbage pickup etc) explained. Any subsequent service was excellent, as we found when the pool water turned for some reason. Within an hour, someone was there and the pool was cleaned & refilled in a couple of hours. The house had anything one needed for the holiday. We had a great holiday. We went diving, toured the Island, and hung out on the beach (try the rotis with shrimp). It was Always nice to come back to our house and we would book it again, without any hesitation, were we to stay in Flic en Flac once more.

Superbe villa.....

Nous avons passé un magnifique sejour dans cette propriété. ..un peu en dehors du centre mais a seulement quelques minutes en voiture des plages et magasins....ce qui permet de gouter a la vraie vie mairicienne. La maison est super équipée et tres propre.

In 1991, at the age of 19, I left Miss Mauritius to undertake studies to Londres.I am still now based in London and working in dermatology. My husband is Belgian and works in the field of development cooperation.
We acquired this house of dreams end of 2012 ..... fruit of many years of work.

Flic en Flac is located on the west coast, less rainy place on the island (only 600 mm of rainfall per year). Strategically located between the north and the south, you will quickly be in Tamarin, Albion, Chamarel, Bois Chéri, and many other little corners of paradise .... the house is situated on a cliff but only 2 km from the beautiful beach of Flic en Flac.

What makes this property unique

The house seduced us by its Mediterranean style, it transmits a friendly warmth and has a soul that is not found in modern buildings.
Its spacious garden gives us a sense of freedom.
The house was renovated in 2013.
