Our forth generation farmhouse was recently renovated by adding a new roof, siding, central air, hot water heater, and a gas stove, but kept the original trim work, wood flooring, and charm. Hunting Trip to Downs

Super comfy old farm house. Very relaxing accommodations after many miles covered pheasant hunting. This is an older house and has that older house charm. The house has been updated with modern amenities including good WiFi/internet access. We brought our own streaming device but there are apps on the tv you can sign into. If you like. Just be sure to sign out! Would book again if we head to Downs next year.

Farm house

An old farm house with a fairly large dining room/living room. Three bedrooms with 6 beds, but only one bathroom. Quiet country setting. WiFi with smart TV worked well. Everything worked well in this old house including the AC.

Perfect accommodation for my hunting trip

House and property were exactly what I was looking for and expected for our turkey hunting trip to Kansas. A traditional farm home on beautiful property and close to many public hunting lands as well. The house was very comfortable and close to town for necessities. The owner Stephanie was easy to work with and was very helpful. She kept in contact with me before and through our trip and was very amicable. If your looking for a place to stay with your friends on a hunting trip look no further!
