Great for long stay in Paris
The 4 of us had a wonderful stay in Paris with Ninh. The apartment was just perfect for us. It's 5 stops on the metro from Gare du Nord (Eurostar), half way between Ourcq and Laumiere stops on line 5. We stayed in August and the heat was a bit tough to deal with for a few days, but that's common for lots of accommodation in Paris. Ninh was very kind and generous with us. With young kids, the apartment was great. Thank you Ninh.

Great Apartment
This place was fantastically located with plenty of places to get dinner and a grocery shop just across the road. The metro line is just a short walk. Ninh was so lovely and welcoming. He helped us get our heavy bags up to the apartment and then again down and into a taxi when we were leaving. We had to call him as water was coming out of a light during our stay and he rushed over to get it fixed and even brought our kids a little gift each. Would definitely stay here again!

Lovely apartment
The perfect place to stay allowing us space for a family of four. Everything needed to cook for ourselves. Only an hour to walk to Notre Dame..handy with the transport strike. Shops and metro stop close. Owner was very helpful in meeting us and making us welcome. Great experience.

Well apppointed clean apartment with a very friendly obliging owner
The apartment was exactly what we were expecting and looked just like the photos. It was clean and homely. The kitchen was well appointed with everything you needed to make a dinner. We came in winter, so it was nice that the owner had all the heating switched on prior to our arrival. He was very accommodating and worked in to our schedule in regards to meeting us upon arrival. It was great that he was like this as we got held up driving into Paris and arrived 2hrs after we were suppose to. The apartment is also very family friendly and we were pleasantly surprised to find a basket of toys our children could play with in their room. Overall all my experiences with this apartment and owner were all positive and there is nothing I could fault with our stay here. We will definitely be staying in this apartment again if traveling to Paris.

Lovely comfortable apartment in nice neighbourhood
The 2 bedroom apartment is very suitable for a family and was well appointed. The furnishings and artwork were lovely and set off the ambience of the place. Vinh Nu was an extremely pleasant host and kindly met us on our arrival and informed us of all the apartment's conveniences. There are several really nice restaurants around the the apartments but the stand out was Le Laumiere (on Rue Petit). We also enjoyed the ease of the metro and the close proximity to the apartment. I would definitely stay again when next in Paris.

Very friendly host, typical Parisiene flat, all clean and as described in the advert. Would definetely go again, but not during new years eve. Access to champ de Ellysee was a difficult that night.

The apartment is really clean, spacious and affordable, we liked the location and it’s so easy to jump on the metro to get around. The host is very kind and responsive, I recommend staying there especially if you prefer to be not in a tourist area, and there’s lots of places to eat nearby

This apartment is in a great neighborhood on Line 5 of the metro. The monoprix is right across the street. Every cafe andoulamgdrie we went to had native French people

Real Gem of a place!
Fantastic apartment! Clean, well appointed, and great location. The host was very friendly, great communication and was so helpful. Made our stay in Paris so much fun. Would very much recommend this as a place to stay.

Cute little apartment. Perfect for our group, 3 adults and a baby. Close to metro. Lots of cafes in the area. We had an isse with the washing machine. Called the landlord. He was there in 5 minutes and got us on oir way!! Definitely recommend and would stay again.

Great family stay
This is a great stay for a young family. Our kids loved the bunk beds. You can buy groceries right across the street, the metro is close, and we found some good restaurants in the neighborhood. Ninh is a great host and very responsive to questions and anything you might need.

This property was fun to stay in with a family with two kids. The bunk beds were a hit. The clothes washer came in vary handy as this was a stop in the middle of a trip. The convenience of a grocery store across the street, several restaurants in the area, and two metro stops nearby make this accommodation a great selection!

Gute Unterkunft für Familien
Wir wurden von Mr. Vu persönlich in Empfang genommen. Er hat uns die Schlüssel übergeben und uns die wichtigsten Dinge in der Wohnung gezeigt bzw erklärt (WLAN, TV, Herd, Waschmaschine etc.). Mr Vu war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung war sauber und ordentlich. Direkt gegenüber ist ein Supermarkt. Mr Vu hat wohl auch einen Parkplatz. Wir hatten über Onepark einen Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage des Ibis Budget Hotel (5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt) gebucht. Bei unserem nächsten Paris Aufenthalt kommen wir gerne wieder. Direkt gegen über ist ein Supermarkt.
