Large rock fireplace, beam ceilings, cozy knotty pine walls. Woodsy setting, convenient to major shopping centers. Paved off-street parking for two vehicle. Rented year round.
South Lake Tahoe, the worlds favorite mountain playground. Something for everyone to do. Horseback riding, fishing, swimming, boating, water skiing, Jet Skiing, great bicycle/hiking trails. The Owner's are Hal & Donna Hester. They Purchased the home to spend time with family & friends in 1972. They love it and keep it well maintained. Recently upgraded. See photos showing the interior of the bedrooms, bathrooms, living room & kitchen. We are pet friendly, but pets must be approved in advance and there is a nightly per fee per pet. No more than two pets. Yard is not fenced. Pets should not be left unattended in the cabin unless crated. Exceptions to this may be made for longer term stays. Discuss with owner.

This property is modern, but still has the charm and cozy cabin feeling, with its all wooden interior. Large beam ceilings with a rock fireplace. Large family room with TV stereo music tuner, DVD player TV Cable service. Free WiFi

Great location in the city limits. A very peaceful and quiet neighborhood. Lot's of larger Tamarack Pines on the property. A large front deck with comfortable outdoor furniture including a Gas BBQ.
