Ideally located on the brink of the Garda Lake, in a peaceful borgo amidst olive trees, beautiful house with a large patio for dinners with friends and relaxing holidays. The house is equipped with everything you may need. From the Borgo, down a 100 mts path, you will enjoy the direct access to the beautiful swimmingpool with view on the Garda Lake, a childfriendly pool and the relaxing olive trees garden. The swimming pool is reserved to the inhabitants of the Borgo. The house has a private parking. A garage is also available for rent. Verona is just at 1 hour distance.

Heerlijk verblijf in Casa Pina, Brenzone sul Garda

Mooi gelegen, op een rustige plek, goede voorzieningen in huis, zwembad in de buurt, Garda meer op goed beloopbare afstand en lekkere restaurants in de buurt in Casteletto en Torri. Wij werden heel prettig ontvangen en tijdens verblijf ook goed geholpen als er vragen waren, Wij hadden ons geen betere plek kunnen wensen. Heerlijk was vooral de stilte, in een toch wel druk toeristische omgeving.

Sehr ruhig und erholsam!

Wundervolles und ruhiges Häuschen wo man den Aufenthalt wirklich genießen kann. Das einzige was bedacht werden muss aufgrund der Lage, wenn man Kinder hat welche einen Kinderwagen benötigen sind die meisten Ortschaften vorzugsweise mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Die Gastgeber waren wirklich liebenswert und nett!! Kommen gerne wieder !

ganz zauberhaft

Ein ganz zauberhaftes Reihenhaus mit toller Aussicht, sehr gut ausgestattet und in ruhiger und idealer Lage am Berg zwischen Torri und Malcenise. Die Vermieter sind ausgesprochen liebenswürdig und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen in jedem Fall wieder.

Wieder wunderbar

Wir waren jetzt schon zum 4. Mal im Herbst dort. Das Haus war wieder liebevoll vorbereitet, es ist wirklich gut ausgerüstet. Für uns ist die Lage zwischen dem Segelverein von Castelletto und den Wanderwegen durch die Olivenhaine ideal. Wir haben uns total wohl gefühlt. Wir freuen uns auf´s nächste Jahr!

heerlijk huis op prachtige rustige locatie

Zeer warm ontvangst door ouders van verhuurster! Mooie woning, gezellige inrichting en schoon, op rustige mooie locatie. Helaas door bouw woning iets lager op berg een hoge hijskraan in beeld wat uitzicht wat minder fraai maakte, maar konden toch nog mooie foto's maken en als het weer goed was, ( helaas was dit minder het geval tijdens ons verblijf dan gehoopt) lekker op terras genieten. Verhuurster en /of ouders goed bereikbaar en kleine ongemakken werden snel opgepakt en verholpen. Enige aandachtspuntje is dat nogal wat gloeilampen stuk waren, maar er bleef voldoende verlichting over om het gezellig te hebben. Bij vertrek ook wederom warm afscheid van ouders. Kortom een vakantiewoning om aan te bevelen aan een ieder. :-))

Der schlimmste Aufenthalt am Gardasee nach fast 40 Jahren Urlaub

Wir wissen ja nicht wie die auffällig wenigen aber "positiven" Bewertungen entstanden sind, die uns letztendlich dazu bewogen haben das Objekt zu mieten, jedoch hat hier weder die Beschreibung noch der Zustand des Hauses auf den Fotos der Realität entsprochen. Achtung das Haus ist auf keinen Fall im Bereich des Pools wie auf den ersten Bildern der Eindruck mit Pool und den schönen Häusern, es ist auch ein gelbes und oranges Haus dabei, vermittelt werden soll!! Achtung der Verwalter verweigert auch eine finanzielle Abwicklung über das Portal, nur bar und das sollte stutzig machen. Im Extremfall ist das gesamte Geld ohne Garantie futsch! Ich bin quasi am Gardasee aufgewachsen und komme nun auch schon mit meiner Familie seit fast 15 Jahren min. einmal im Jahr zum Klettern hierher, aber das ist uns so auch noch nicht passiert! Fairer Weise muss gesagt werden, dass die "senioren Besitzer" vor Ort sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit waren. Das tröstet jedoch auf keinen Fall darüber hinweg, dass der Verwalter des Objektes in Holland sitzt (allerdings die Tochter der Besitzer und kreative "Gestalterin" der Beschreibung), offensichtlich absichtlich falsche Angaben auf der Internetseite verbreiten werden, das Haus doch schon recht abgewohnt und alt ist und man zum Pool in eine "fremde" Anlage über steile Straßen und zahlreiche Treppen laufen muss (uns wurde vor Ort sogar vorgemacht, es sind nur 50 Schritte zum Pool, jedoch hat man noch nie nachgemessen!). Wenn man ein Haus mit Pool gemäß Vertrag und Beschreibung erwartet und dann in einem "alten" Haus abseits der schönen Ferienanlage abgestellt wird, ist nicht nur die Enttäuschung groß sondern man sitzt einfach einem Betrüger auf der seine Bilder geschickt auf der Internetplattform platziert und einen falschen Vertrag sendet! Wir waren zuvor eine Woche in einem Haus mit Pool in Torbole und alles entsprach der Beschreibung und auch den Fotos. Die zweite Woche wollten wir dann in dieser "Anlage" verbringen und sind bei einem außergewöhnlich hohen Wochenpreis davon ausgegangen, dass wir auch eine adequate Unterkunft erhalten. Jedoch kann von gehobenem Standard in einer eleganten Ferienanlage mit Pool in keinster Weise gesprochen werden. Zugang zum Pool ist mit kleinen Kindern anstrengend und der Gardasee ist auch nur über eine steile und beschwerliche Treppe in 10 min erreichbar. Also alles andere als Himmlisch! Wir haben mittlerweile einen Anwalt eingeschalten der diese Angelegenheit direkt vor Ort regelt

Amazing stay. Wonderful hosts. Spectacular view.

We had a great stay. The house was clean and the area quiet. Nice parking space, convient and two meter away from the house. The views were breathtaking... the swimming pool was chilly, but we knew it in advance. Calm area with lots of things to do. Family of four, with two kids (10 & 5). The hosts were more than kind. We were there in Eastern, and they baked us a pie! Beautiful people.

Einfach traumhaft!

Tolles Haus und ganz liebe Vermieter direkt nebenan. Wir (2 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder), haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war alles sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet, es fehlte an nichts. Ich kann es nur empfehlen!!! Danke für wunderbare 2 Wochen!!!

Empfehlenswert

Wir haben eine erholsame Urlaubswoche verbracht. Das Haus liegt in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet mit einem tollen Blick auf den Gardasee und ist bezüglich der Inneneinrichtung sehr gut ausgestattet, so dass es uns an nichts gefehlt hat. Aufgrund der Lage konnten wir das Haus als guten Ausgangsort für Tagestouren mit dem Auto nutzen. Auch Dank dem sehr gastfreundlichen, aber dennoch zurückhaltenden Vermieterehepaar haben wir uns wohlgefühlt!

Bella Italia!

Magnifique vue sur le lac...

Magnifique vue sur le lac depuis la vaste terrasse équipée d'une grande table pour 8 personnes et de deux chaises longues bien agréables. Accueil chaleureux avec des produits locaux: vin, confiture... Nous avons aimé la rapidité d'intervention pour nous aider à mettre en route le four et la discrétion des propriétaires voisins-mitoyens le reste du temps. La maison est bien située en hauteur et au calme.Elle est très bien équipée ( four, micro-ondes, grille pain, lave linge et lave vaisselle, fer à repasser, réfrigérateur et congélateur séparé...) et il y a même la climatisation dans les deux chambres à coucher. La piscine est grande et il y a une superbe vue sur le lac.

What makes this property unique

The view to the lake is very very nice: you will enjoy a new panorama every day, full of colours and light. A real relaxing place, next to nice and gentle tracking paths through the olive trees. The swimmingpools (three) have a lovely view on the lake. You can access them walking through a quiet path in the Borgo. The house is built in the local style and is located in a very quiet Borgo. Direct access to the Garda Lake is possible from the Borgo after a five-minute walk.
The house is equipped with everything you need during your holidays. TV sets are in every room.
