Villa with swimming pool located a few minutes from the city in a quiet area in the Sardinian countryside and 15 minutes from the most beautiful beaches of the gulf and ten minutes from all types of services. The living area is 160 square meters on 2 floors, to which you must add a porch and pergola for a total of 49 square meters and a terrace of 24 square meters on the upper floor (total 230 square meters) from which you can enjoy a magnificent view of the city of Olbia, of its port and the island of Tavolara. Ground floor: kitchen, pantry / laundry room, large living room with fireplace, double bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower and walk-in closet, double bedroom with walk-in closet, hallway and bathroom with tub, porch and pergola. Second floor: large mezzanine used as a sitting room, double bedroom with dressing room with whirlpool tub, bathroom with shower and terrace. Excellent finishes in typical local style. Enclosed garden with parking spaces. Swimming pool with whirlpool placed on the back to guarantee maximum privacy. Sardinian stone barbecue.

Perfect House
The house is a bit out of the city, so for the people that like quiet place and 5min to the city is perfect, have a lot of stuff, the manager very helpful and the service on the house great, the owner very dedicate to the house and tenant, I hope repeat in the future.

Everything you need
We (5 People from Germany) had a wonderful stay in Alberto's Villa. Beatrice gave us the keys and showed us the house. The Villa is really big with enough space for 6 people (would not recommend to go with 8 because 4th bed is only a bed-couch). The pool was very nice and the house includes really everything you need and is really beautiful. A lot of inventory and very good equipped. A big Conad for grocery shooping is only 10 minutes away and it's only a short drive to Olbia. We will definitely recommend the house to all our friends. Thank you for having us.

Très bon séjour
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette très jolie Villa Pinnacula au calme dans la campagne sarde. Olbia et des très belles plages se trouvent à 20min de voiture La piscine est très agréable et l’espace à vivre également Attention cependant la nuit aux aboiements des chiens qui gardent les troupeaux dans les collines environnantes, cela peut être dérangeant avec les centres ouvertes heureusement une fois les fenêtres fermées et la Clim en route on ne les entend plus. À noter que Le supplément Climatisation à payer en liquide sur place est de 150€ par semaine et qu’il n’est pas mentionné dans l’annonce

Une magnifique maison !!!
La maison est vraiment grande et spacieuse. La cuisine est très bien équipée. La piscine est magnifique, très bien située à l'arrière de la maison. La localisation est très bien elle aussi : la maison est très au calme avec les troupeaux de brebis et leurs cloches qui tintent dès le matin c'est très agréable et reposant mais on est à 15 minutes de Olbia en voiture. En revanche, je n'ai pas aimé l'attitude de la réceptionniste : pas présente à notre arrivée, elle est passée le lendemain après midi nous disant que le linge était de 20€ par personne et que la climatisation était à 150€ la semaine ! Bien sur on avait déjà dormi dans les draps une nuit et utilisé les serviettes pour se doucher ! J'ai de suite discutez avec Abritel et la propriétaire de la maison. Il y a soit disant un contrat que vous devez recevoir avant d'arriver. Contrat que je n'ai jamais reçu. Donc restez vigilant sur ce point.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour en famille et amis . Superbe maison , très belle piscine. A 15 min des premières plages Propreté au top. Seul petit bémol , les chiens qui ont aboyer toutes les nuits pendant une semaine

Soggiorno invantevole
Siamo arrivati il lunedì mattina e abbiamo avuto la possibilità di entrare in casa entro mezzogiorno, cosa che ci ha fatto un piacere immenso dopo il viaggio in nave. Il nostro cagnolino è stato accettato benissimo cosa per noi fo damentale. La casa parla da sola: una meraviglia immersa nella campagna con tutti i confort possibili , giardino e piscina inclusi Il signor Alberto preciso e presente e la signora Beatrice a dir poco eccezionale. Efficiente veloce preparata e soprattutto super gentile, ci ha fatto sentire davvero a nostro agio. Grazie grazie grazie per noi era importante in quanto era la casa per il nostro viaggio di nozze ❤️

Spacious villa with beautiful pool
The property on the whole was a pleasant stay with an amazing pool which the children loved! Everything had been provided which we needed for our stay and were pleasantly surprised with how well it was equipped. We thank Alberto and Beatrice for this. Alberto & Beatrice made sure any queries were dealt with efficiently. One bonus to mention at the property was the unlimited WiFi which helped to keep the kids occupied in the evenings. If you are looking for a charming property to book then we highly recommend this property!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Das Haus und das Gartengrundstück bieten auch Gruppen die Möglichkeit gemeinsame Zeit beim Baden im Pool, Kochen in der großzügigen Bauernküche oder Beisammensitzen auf den Terrassen zu verbringen. Wir haben den Blick auf Olbia und Umgebung vom Haus aus sehr genossen. Das Inventar ist urig, teilweise sehr stilvoll, teilweise etwas in die Jahre gekommen, was dem Charme insgesamt aber nicht schadet. An Ausstattung war alles da, was benötigt wurde. Das Grundstück ist ruhig gelegen. Von den Nachbarn bekommt man kaum etwas mit. Der Garten ist schön angelegt und bietet das ein oder andere Schattenplätzchen.

Villa Pinnacula
Sehr schöne Villa in guter Lage! Man ist für sich, sehr ungestört und die wenigen Nachbarn sind sehr freundlich. Die Villa ist mit allem ausgestattet und der Außenbereich lässt keine Wünsche offen. In 10 Minuten ist man am Flughafen. In 15 Minuten am Hafen, auch die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind innerhalb von 10 Minuten erreichbar.

Very nice holiday home in the North
Very well situated, well equipped, comfortable beds, nice Pool. Everything was perfect besides the fact, that the cleaning staff should work better, especially on the dishes. But Alberto was extremely friendly and solved every problem that occurred when we arrived immediately. So we can really recommend this beautiful house!

Das Haus hat alles was man braucht. Tolle Lage, ruhig und idyllisch. Bis nach olbia sind es nur 8 min mit dem Auto. Viele tolle Buchten sind in nur einer Viertelstunde erreichbar. Das Haus war sauber. Nur die Handtücher die weiter hinten im Schrank lagen ( waren wohl lange nicht in Benutzung) haben gerochen. Da wir aber eine Waschmaschine hatten, war das Problem schnell behoben. Die Kommunikation mit Alberto war hervorragend, er ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Und obwohl unsere Anreise erst um 22 Uhr war, hat die Übergabe problemlos funktioniert. Vielen Dank!!

The property was as it was described in a quiet location and only a 5 minute drive to the local supermarket, we had a great time and would recommend it to anybody. A car is necessary.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in der Villa. Der Kontakt mit Alberto war hervorragend! Leider hatten die Vormieter das Geschirr und die Wohnung sehr unsauber hinterlassen. Wir kommen jederzeit gerne wieder!

Location ok nearby Olbia with restaurants and shops in the neighbourhood. Villa is full equipped and spacious. One thing to improve is the insufficiënt "hydropower" in the shower of the common bathroom on the groundfloor. We appreciated the warm welcome by Beatrice and Alberto's support.
