Residence in a very quiet and comfortable setting in the center of Palau, to the main beaches in the area with two large outdoor furnished pergolas and a barbecue. There is a bunk bed with two seats and a sofa bed, a building restored in June 2013 with furniture, beds, a sofa and all new appliances. Possibility to rent linen and towels € 35 per couple. TV, fridge freezer, air conditioner, radio, microwave oven, crockery and kitchen accessories.

Nette kleine Unterkunft mit super Lage

Die nette kleine Unterkunft mit schönem Außenbereich war zunächst etwas schwer in der gepflegten Anlage zu finden. Einmal orientiert, findet man sich aber zurecht. Leider waren wir wohl zu Beginn der Saison da und hatten etwas Pech mit der Sauberkeit des Objekts. Auf unseren Wunsch nach sauberen Bettlaken wurde leider nicht eingegangen und auch die Matratze der Ausziehcouch hängt gewöhnungsbedürftig durch. Der Gastgeber war zunächst sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, aber er fühlte sich leider sehr angegriffen, als wir Ihn über die Sauberkeit der Unterkunft in Kenntnis setzten. Alles in Allem eine nette kleine Unterkunft in super Lage, man sollte nicht zu viel erwarten & für mehr als 2 Personen meiner Meinung nach nicht geeignet.

le CLIC CLAC n'est pas confortable pour dormir le sommier et matelas se déforme et s'enfonce trop, pourtant je pèse que 60 kg. la douche coule très peu et l'eau est soit brulante soit froide.par contre le cadre extérieur est très agréable.Bons conseils sur les environs et vie locale.

Tranquilla e rilassante in un bellissimo posto. L'alloggio ha gli spazi giusti per viverlo in 2 persone (unica pecca il letto che è un divano letto). Spazi esterni ampi e riservati che fanno la differenza.

Gute Lage für Ausflüge

Das Objekt liegt in einer recht gut gepflegten und ruhigen Anlage. Üppige Vegetation, durch Gärtner bewirtschaftet. Studio ist max. für 2 Erw. plus Kind geeignet. Man darf nicht zu viel erwarten ... Für den Mietpreis jedoch ein guter Gegenwert. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war höflich und die Flexibilität war gut.

Lovely garden!

The nice, tiny house is located in a beatyful garden (within a very well kept vacation colony) with flowers and we loved to have our breakfast under the olive tree! The apartment was clean, but the sofa bed would need some maintenance; linen and towels are not provided (as indicated) - you can rent them from Rosy, but I recommend to bring your own. Thanks for the nice stay in a wonderful surrounding!

Schöner, gemütlicher Bungalow

Der Bungalow ist in einer schönen und gepflegten Anlage. Am Hafen ist man zu Fuß in ca. 10 min. Sonst auch alles wichtige (Lebensmittelgeschäft, Restaurants, Apotheken in unmittelbarer Umgebung mit dem Auto gut und schnell zu erreichen). Die Unterkunft war sauber und für einen Unfall zu zweit von der Größe genau richtig. In der Küche ist alles wichtige vorhanden. Im Garten steht einen Grill. Wir würden jederzeit die Unterkunft erneut buchen, wenn wir mal wieder in Palau Urlaub machen möchten.

Schönes Palau, gute Lage, schlechte Betten

Die Lage des kleinen Häuschen hat uns sehr gut gefallen, zum Meer mit kleinen Sandbuchten sind es ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuss. Das Bad ist mit einer sehr guten Dusche, die Küche mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet ( Geschirrhandtuch nicht vorhanden) und genügend Stauraum vorhanden. Leider ist die Schlafcoach sehr unbequem und hart, darum haben wir die zwei Matratzen vom Stockbett darauf gelegt und konnten somit etwas angenehmer schlafen. Für vier Personen ist das Häuschen zu klein.

Delizioso!

Ho soggiornato in questo splendido appartamento nel settembre scorso per due settimane, la descrizione rispecchia benissiomo la semplicità e la bellezza dell'appartamento, pulito, comodo, ideale per due adulti e un bimbo. Il centro è facilamente raggiungibile a piedi con una passeggiata di 10 minuti, e intorno c'è un'infinità di spiagge dove trascorrere le giornate. All'esterno un bel patio dove riposare, molto silenzioso sia di giorno che la sera, riposo garantito. Nei dintorni trovate supermercato, panetteria e ristoranti per la cena. Palau è un piccolo centro, la vicinanza con La Maddalena pernette delle escursioni giornaliere. Consigliatissimo per coloro che vogliono una vacanza in pieno relax e con un mare meraviglioso! Un ringraziamento al Sig. Carlo per la sua gentile disponibilità e accoglienza. Ci torneremo sicuramente. Sig.ra Raffaella Gianoli e Mattia

Sotto il cielo di Palau

Siamo una famiglia composta da 3 persone, mamma, papà e un ragazzino di 13 anni. Iniziamo con il dire che ci siamo trovati molto bene. L'appartamento è piccolino, ma grazioso e corrispondente alle foto pubblicate. Per 3 persone che non hanno grandi esigenze, se non quella di rilassarsi, è l'ideale. Piacevole e molto utile il cortile privato esterno. Durante le prime ore del pomeriggio mi sono rilassata sul divanetto esterno sotto al porticato, leggendo all'aria fresca! Secondo noi è ideale per 3 persone. Il residence è pulito, ben curato e silenzioso. L'ubicazione è ottima sia di sera che di giorno. Si può andare al centro di Palau tranquillamente a piedi, ma noi siamo sempre andati in auto trovando parcheggio. Nelle vicinanze diverse belle spiagge e luoghi da visitare. Per gli amanti della pesca, c'è una spiaggetta vicinissima che dopo le 17,30 si presta allo scopo. Palau è un paesino grazioso e ben tenuto e c'è di tutto, diversi i negozi d'abbigliamento, per l'alimentazione e i souvenir. Ogni sera mercatini di artigiani nella via principale e vicino al porto, con strada chiusa al traffico. Tante le opportunità per gite in barca nell'arcipelago della Maddalena. Noi abbiamo soggiornato per 15 giorni e siamo stati benissimo. Il residence alla sera è molto silenzioso e si fanno della belle dormite. Monica, Simone e Marco

un'ottima esperienza in costa smeralda

La locazione risponde adeguatamente all'offerta pubblicitaria: ottima e riservata la zona residenziale (comoda a piedi dalla cittadina di Palau). Funzionale l'alloggio, anche se piccolo, con tutte le comodità, soprattutto esterne. Ottimo per due/tre persone. Cortese e organizzato il proprietario e utile la logistica, in loco, della sig. Rosy. Da ripetere!

Vecchio marino

Abbiamo alloggiato presso il vecchio marino per due settimane. Il monolocale affittato è perfetto per due o quattro persone ed è arredato con gusto e dotato di ogni confort. La,locazione è ideale per poter visitare le,zone limitrofe e per partire per il tour dell'arcipelago della Maddalena. Anche il,servizio di pulizie è stato ottimo e la,signora Rosi è disponibile per qualsiasi bisogno. Assolutamente da provare.

DA VIVERLA OGNI GIORNO

Appartamento piccolo ma confortevole, in particolare abbiamo apprezzato il giardino attrezzato per vivere all'aperto come deve essere quando si e in ferie ma soprattutto goderselo nella vita di tutti i giorni. Sicura di ritornare per trascorrere un periodo da relax. Consigliato....senza dubbi

Ottimo soggiorno

Abbiamo soggiornato per una settimana in questo graziosissimo appartamento e ci siamo trovati molto bene sia per la dislocazione, vicinissima al porto di Palau da dove si possono fare le escursioni per la maddalena, sia per la vicinanza alle spiagge meravigliose di santa teresa di gallura. Il Signor Razzini è molto gentile e disponibile. Consiglio vivamente per una vacanza di relax nella merivigliosa sardegna!!!

Toller Urlaub!!!

Das kleine Apartment in Palau hat uns außerordentlich gut gefallen. Die großeTerrasse, die Ausstattung und die Nähe zum Meer sind nur drei von vielen Gründen, warum wir hier auf jeden Fall wieder Urlaub machen werden. Sehr empfehlenswert. Vielen Dank nochmal an Carlo!!!
