Bright recent house of 2007, all comfort as main house, neat decoration, large LED flat screen, large south facing wood terrace, teak garden furniture, sunbathing, barbecue, plancha.
Heated 8 * 4 with roller shutter for safety.
Ground floor: 1 bedroom with bay window overlooking the pool, with shower room. Also WC, large closet in entrance hall, American kitchen with induction hob, dining room, living room.
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (children) with 90 bed, toilet, bathroom, mezzanine.
Possibility of parking 2 cars on the property.
Near Vannes (17km) / Nantes (100km) .House ideally situated for exploring the Gulf of Morbihan, Vannes (medieval), the Rhuys peninsula, the southern coast of Morbihan.
No smoking.
The house is rented only in July and August.
