About this property

Single storey house of 70 square meters, therefore suitable for people with reduced mobility, with a large sunny terrace, a garden as well as two parking spaces and a garage for storing bicycles, motorcycles, skis, stroller...
Ideally located, this cottage is on the edge of the vineyards, quiet, while being only two minutes walk from downtown Ribeauvillé.
It has a large fully equipped kitchen with dining area, open to the living room with fireplace and directly overlooking the terrace furnished with garden furniture. It consists of two bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and an independent WC.
In order to find an impeccably clean house, I will charge you an additional € 50 corresponding to the cleaning package "end of stay", payable upon arrival.
A deposit of 400 € will be requested upon your arrival and will be returned to you upon your departure.
I can offer you the rental of bed linen and towels at the price of € 10 per person, payable on arrival. If you are interested in this option, could you let me know by email or by phone on 06 08 11 21 93.

Marché de Noël

Nous remercions Anne pour son accueil chaleureux tous ses bons conseils, sa réactivité, tous les arrangements proposés. Le gite est très bien aménagé, très confortable et très bien situé pour découvrir tous les beaux villages aux alentours et surtout le marché de Noel de Ribeauvillé situé a 200m a pied. Nous espérons pouvoir y revenir à une autre saison. Allez y sans hésiter 😉

Perfekt hus til en familie

Dejligt hus til en familie på 4. Ligger i gå afstand til hovedgaden med indkøbsmuligheder og restauranter, samt 2 min kørsel fra et større supermarked. Man føler sig meget velkommen hos værten Anne som altid møder én med et smil

Hervorragend ausgestattete Ferienwohnung, supernette Vermietung!

Die Wohnung ist wirklich hervorragend ausgestattet, von einer modernen Küche mit so gut wie allen Utensililien, die man sich wünscht, bis hin zu elektrisch verstellbaren Lattenrosten. Hervorragende Restaurants sind in unmittelbarer Umgebung zu finden (Reservierung ist erforderlich, für den ersten Abend am besten schon vor der Anreise... ;-) ). Noch besser als die Wohnung selbst ist die supernette Vermietung. Anne Biehler kümmert sich wirklich sehr liebevoll um alle Anliegen. Ein ganz großes Lob von uns, und herzlichen Dank! Wir kommen wieder!

Malgré les petits soucis du site de réservation, nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Anne. Le gîte est très propre et correspond tout à fait à l'annonce et notre hôtesse est très agréable et de bons conseils.

Entspannter Aufenthalt in einem sehr idyllischen Städtchen

Alles war zu unserer besten Zufriedenheit. Madame Anne hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen. Bei zwei kleinen Problemen hat sie uns sofort geholfen. Sie spricht - neben Französisch - auch perfekt Deutsch. Die Stadt Ribeauvillé ist ein sehr schönes und idyllisches Städtchen. Alles in allem haben wir den Aufenthalt sehr genossen - Danke!

Exzellente Unterkunft mit schöner Terrasse

Unsere Gastgeberin war sehr liebenswert und zuvorkommend. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, liebevoll und zugleich praktisch eingerichtet. Schönes Interieur, sehr bequemes Bett, perfekt ausgestattete Küche, Luxus-Dusche, alles sehr gepflegt und hochwertig. Die Terrasse ist groß und lädt zum abendlichen Sitzen ein. Die Ortsmitte ist fußläufig zu erreichen.

Gemütliches Haus am Ortsrand

Wir hatten eine erholsame Woche im Ferienhaus von Frau Biehler. Das Haus ist großzügig und gut ausgestattet, es fehlte auch in der Küchenausstattung nichts. Für die Erkundung der Umgebung ist das Haus ein idealer Ausgangspunkt. Nur fünf Minuten Spaziergang bis ins Zentrum von Ribeauville, das war sehr angenehm. Frau Biehler hat uns auch nützliche Tipps für unsere Ausflüge gegeben.

Eine wunderschöne Zeit

Vom ersten Kontakt bis zum Abschied perfekt. Anne ist schnell in ihren Antworten ,super zu erreichen und mega freundlich. Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet hat eine reichlich ausgestattete Küche und ist wie auf den Foto s. Die Betten sind bequem genau wie die Couch oder Terassenmöbel. Großartig ist der Parkplatz direkt vor der Wohnungstür. Wir haben es genossen schnell noch in die Stadt zu huschen um einen leckeren Wein zu genießen Auch Ziele wie Straßburg und der Grand Ballon sind gut zu erreichen. Wir habe die 14 Tage mit Radeln, wandern und Sightseeing wunderbar verbracht. Vielen Dank Anne wir kommen sicher nochmal wieder.

Fantastisch

Der Aufenthalt in Ribeauville war wunderschön.Die Wohnung fantastisch, sauber,wunderschön eingerichtet, sogar mit frischen Blumen. Die Gastgeber Anne und ihr Mann SEHR herzlich, aufmerksam, haben uns viele Tips gegeben. Wir konnten jederzeit anrufen und der Kontakt war immer sehr freundlich und humorvoll. Wir wären sehr gerne noch geblieben, kommen aber bestimmt wieder. Ganz herzlichen Dank.

Wunderschöne Unterkunft

Wir waren von Annes Unterkunft begeistert. Man fühlt sich sehr wohl in dem Haus. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestatten, was man sich nur vorstellen kann. Es ist sehr gemütlich, sehr schön decoriert, sehr sauber. Das Haus befindet sich in 5 Min. Spaziergang von dem Zenrum entfernt auf einer Seite, auf der anderen Seite des Hauses fangen die Weinberge an. Sehr gute und angenehme Kommunikation mit Anne. Vielen Dank Anne- wir kommen wieder!
