TWO GULF FRONT BEDROOMS WITH SPECTACULAR VIEWS AND BEACH CHAIRS!

You won’t want to leave! Gorgeous gulf views from every room with amazing floor to ceiling and wall to wall windows. The beauty of the Emerald Coast is simply breathtaking, the sunsets are absolutely stunning! The layout here is unique, spacious and updated! You will enjoy relaxing on the fabulous, covered balcony or try out the beach chair service provided for your in season stay. Everything here is very clean including the air! Your vacation home is protected by bacteria killing UV technology within the air conditioning equipment. The cooling/heating system is treated with an odor free anti-microbial product on a regular basis.
This unit is located on the 11th floor with over 1300 square feet of living space, 200 square feet of covered outdoor space with table, 4 chairs and 2 loungers. If you are lucky you will get to see the dolphins right out front. Beach service included during season.

• Living room has large comfortable sectional couch with pullout sleeper, large smart tv, balcony access
• Dining area has table with 6 chairs and kitchen counter has 4 cushioned stools
• Kitchen is fully stocked; Keurig coffee maker, coffee grinder, (you bring the coffee!) blender, toaster, cookware and dishes
• Both bathrooms have double sinks, good counter space and great water pressure in the showers! Linens, hair dryers and magnifying mirrors
• Bedroom one has comfortable king bed, dresser, smart tv, walk in closet and balcony access
• Bedroom two has two comfortable queen beds, dresser, smart tv, walk in closet and balcony access
• Full sized washer, dryer and iron with ironing board
• Free WIFI and cable tv are included in your stay

Long Beach Resort offers three pools, 2 hot tubs and a beautiful sandy beach right out the back door with coded access. There is 24 hour security and high speed elevators for your convenience.
Panama City Beach is a great area to spend time with family and friends. We are close to shopping, lots of attractions and golf courses. The resort offers carefree check in so that you go right to this home (except during spring break) You must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property. During Spring Break, the minimum acceptable ratio is one person that is at least 25 for every two people under 25 years old. This condo is very popular so don’t wait to book your home away from home special vacation.

The BEST location!
Nobody mentioned in their previous reviews exactly how great the condo location was in regards to the elevator and beach access! Seriously superb! The view from every room, was something I can’t even put into words! Absolutely beautiful!! Also we were within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and sweet treats! I walked with just myself and my children and felt very safe! The security guards at the gated entrance are also so nice and kept an eye on us! GREAT place and we WILL be back!!

I have stayed at the Long Beach several times over the years, but this unit is my favorite so far. Very clean, well accommodated and the decor was absolutely beautiful. Allowed us to really relax and enjoy vacation even more. The beds were very comfortable and the view is spectacular. We will definitely be back!

This condo is beautiful! We have visited PCB many times and this was by far the nicest place we've stayed. The Condo building itself was also very nice. Parking lot is right in front of the building so no long walk across the street from a parking garage. Check-in was effortless and everything was very clean, Looking forward to staying here again!!!

The setup and views were great as pictured. The condo was obviously not cleaned. We had a table lamp with no knob to turn it on and several other lights out. The biggest issue was a washing machine that was not working and unavailable for the whole week. We weren't provided clean towels until the last day and we then only received 3 for 4 people. We had to deal with sandy beach towels for the whole time since we could not clean them. Could be a nice place with proper care and management.

BEST CONDO EVER!
This condo is spectacular. It's beautifully decorated, spacious, and right on the beach. The 11th floor balcony view is amazing. We never had to contact maintenance or housekeeping because everything was perfect! The location is perfect for walking to so many restaurants and attractions. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely be back.

Went with 2 of my sisters and 1 brother-in-law. It was my oldest sister’s birthday. She turned 64 and going to Florida was on her bucket list. The rest of us had been several times. This was THE BEST CONDO I’ve ever stayed in and will definitely be back. It was the best location , close to the elevator that was also close to condo beach access. We loved it all. The decor, furniture, the windows and view…EVERYTHING was great. She said best birthday ever. Thank you. I’ll be back.

We cannot wait to come back to the most perfect condo we've ever stayed in! The views, the size of the rooms, the open space of the living room and kitchen area! This is a paradise location. So close to shops, restaurants and fun things to do! Great stay!

Everything about this place was wonderful. The view, the sitting area, the walk in showers, the front beach, you name it. Walmart is less than 2 min away as well! I would definitely recommend this place and would highly rent it again for our pcb vacation stays.

It’s great, clean, and beautiful. There were starter rolls of toilet paper, paper towels and such as it states. However I found it odd that there is no hand soap at any of the sinks. Especially after covid, etc. So bring your hand soap. And bring your hair dryer just fyi. One bathroom didn’t have one, but I’m not sure about the other bathroom. You wont even notice the Lagoon pool is closed, the other pools were just fine.

Awesome view and ocean sounds!
Loved having the views from every room. Beautiful sunrises and even more beautiful sunsets. We actually saw a couple dolphins go by while enjoying the beach. We got some great video of the air force jets zipping by too. The place was clean and just as pictured. The condo rental company was great at updating us with information. The little bar at the lagoon pool sells cute & funny coconut head drinks. Per other reviews if you’re staying more than a few days plan on a trip to get paper products and laundry stuff. We ate out a lot so only used the dishwasher twice. We also managed trash with the 2 trash bags and the Walmart bags we saved. Overall awesome. I would absolutely stay here again!
