NEAR NEW GARDENS! Beautiful apartment, officially ranked 3 ***, ideal for a family or couples, fully equipped for a comfortable stay.
Nice view over Square Marshall and its public garden, balcony, elevator.
Two separate bedrooms with two beds each, one real bed for two in the living room. Large bathroom, separate water-closet, freezer and refrigerator, air conditioning, central heating, TV with international channels, wifi internet connection, DVD player.

This property was great! Very easy to get to and from, even with suitcases (just a 5 min walk from bus/train) Loved having a kitchen, proper bedrooms and living room to hang out in. Did not notice the construction outside. Rooms were quiet with the windows closed. The property is even better than the pictures :) Would definitely stay here again

Gemütliche Familienwohnung in schönem Quartier

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in Nizza sehr genossen. Die Wohnung liegt ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuss von der Altstadt entfernt, nahe beim Stadtpark mit vielen Spielplätzen. Das Quartier ist sicher und schön mit eleganten alten Häusern. Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelgen, gut ausgestattet mit Grundnahrungsmitteln und Putzmaterial. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gleich zu Fuss um die Ecke. Das Auto kann man in unmittelbarer Nähe im Parkhaus lassen und braucht es nicht für den Aufenthalt in der Stadt. Die Vermieterin Virginie ist sehr nett und leicht zu erreichen.

Great weekend in Nice

Great place to stay in Nice. Easy access to everything. Very nice apartment. Comfortable and well furnished. Virginia is one of the best VRBO hosts I have ever met. Very friendly she made us feel welcome from the first moment. We hope to visit here again.

Wonderful Place

The delightful charms of this beautifully located residence are many and impressive, but none is more impressive than the generosity and kindness of its gracious owners, Virginie and Mustafa, who are truly extraordinary hosts. Instantly responsive to all inquiries, and elaborately accommodating without being the least bit intrusive, these two wonderful persons made our stay a thorough joy, from start to finish. The residence itself is extremely comfortable and well-appointed, and its kitchen convenient and easy to use (although perhaps just a little dimly lit.) Its bathroom, too, is beautifully designed, and equipped with a washing machine (on which we repeatedly relied, by the way, achieving very satisfactory results -- and although there is no dryer, the residence is equipped with a very large and useful drying rack, as well as a trio of clotheslines just outside its kitchen window, which met our needs admirably.) A point that deserves particular emphasis is the remarkable convenience of this residence to a large parking garage, where we were able to keep our rental car throughout our stay. (We will be eternally grateful to Mustafa for his generous kindness in helping us to pay the required 100 Euros for a six-day parking pass there.) An arrangement as convenient as this is hard to find in Nice, where cars are usually an awkward problem to accommodate. Overall, I cannot recommend this residence highly enough. It's an absolute gem, and its hosts are heroes.

Delightful apartment in Nice

The apartment is lovely, immaculate, well- equipped, and nicely located in a safe, quiet neighborhood. There are cafes and shops nearby and the old city is in walking distance. Our hosts communicated very well and were very helpful in holding our bags when we arrived early in the day

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral mit Parkmöglichkeit. Restaurants und Supermärkte im Umkreis von 100m. Gastgeber sehr nett und alles ist reibungslos abgelaufen. Wir haben es sehr genossen und Nizza und die Cote d'Azure erkundet.

Great stay, great location, great host!

We stayed in Nice for 2 nights after our Mediterranean cruise ended there. Our host was wonderful, providing great communication throughout the process, and was very accommodating to our needs. She and her husband provided great service. The unit was perfect, with a convenient location, and very clean and well equipped. Four peoples stayed with no problem. Thanks for the advice to visit Monaco.....we loved it.

Appartement bien placé et calme

Très bon accueil de Virginie. Appartement très bien pour 5 et pour un week-end. Les photos sont à mettre à jour car la salle de bains a été rénovée et elle est très jolie maintenant. Par ailleurs, une des 2 chambres ne comportent plus 2 lits simples mais un lit double. Merci Virginie

What a great place to stay in Nice. The owner, Virginie, is an amazing hostess and fully accessible. The place was immaculate, fully stocked, and within walking distance to everything. If we are ever in Nice again, Virginie, we will book this again!

Lovely apt, great location.

Virginie made everything easy and her home is absolutely lovely. It’s in a great location too - very close walk to busier old town area and great services block away: market, boulangerie, restaurants, post office. Apt felt quintessential French - high ceilings, big windows. It was great and we enjoyed spending time there when not exploring the fab cote d’azur. Beds were comfortable. When we booked there was a pic of a room with two twin beds and a pic with one twin bed (and it was clearly the same room) but it was actually only one. I should have asked for clarification. It worked fine. Two kids shared the full Murphy bed in the living room. And one happily had twin and room to himself.

Home away from home

First time visiting Rome, with just few days to go, I was lucky to have found this apartment. Virginie's apartment has EVERYTHING you would need to stay. She is excellent to communicate with, guided me after the booking, through the checkin and until I checked out. She is truly invested in your comfort, and enjoyment during your trip. She guided me to watch my luggage coming into Nice, ensured that we were given a tour of the apartment when we checked in, guided us with places to Visit in Nice and around etc. Her apartment was very clean, well equipped with attention to so much detail that you can't find in a hotel. My kids wanted to stay more in this apartment. I would highly recommend this place for a stay in Nice.

Our stay in Nice

This property was perfect for us. It is a 15 minute walk to the main downtown area. It felt like an enjoyable and safe walk to the center of the city and the water front. There are many dining options near the apartment. The apartment is in one of the charming, older, quintessential buildings of Nice. The apartment was very clean and neat. Parking is located a 5 minute walk away. The spaces are small. There is an extra charge, but it was convenient. The hostess is delightful. She was willing to help with any questions. We would recommend this apartment.

For your safety, I live 30 meters away (next block) from the apartment. If you travel with young children, my daughters will be happy to share DVD, games or books. Welcome in Nice!

Why they chose this property

Why this rental? We have lived in this apartment during ten years, but the family having expanded, we had to look for a larger house. However, the place being perfect for its location, the possibility to access all sites and services by walk, our search perimeter was limited! We finally moved 30m aways to keep some of its advantages. Except from the overview which absence is quite extraordinary in the center town! We are happy to have had the opportunity to keep this appartment which allows us to welcome visitors from all over the world.

What makes this property unique

This apartment really radiates something positive. The light, the comfort of its equipments (reinforced door, double glazed windows, screens, air conditioning, etc.) together with its perfect location to access Place Garibaldi, close museums, Nice main street, the new garden alongway the Old Town, the beach makes it a small jewel in a preserved area of the center town. The building is well looked after, the tennants are kindly welcomed, the bars and restaurants are only a few meters aways but cause no discomfort, the mini market is 20m away. In front or behind the building stop many buses. The one for Monte-Carlo leaves 100 m away. The underground car parking located under the gardens in front of the building offers decreasing tariffs depending on the duration.
