Ideally located, our villa is actually 10 minutes from Montpellier by car and 20 minutes by tram. It is five minutes from the beaches of Carnon and the large mound, also accessible by bike path. Quiet on a small plot reserved for your parking and 5 min walk from the center of the authentic village of Pérols with a Camargue atmosphere. The house revolves around its green wall patio and heated pool.

This is an absolutely beautiful property and we could not have asked for more. The kitchen is so well equipped that we were sad to have to return to our own! Sylvie and Pascal are such kind, friendly and generous hosts that naturally go that extra mile. This property truly deserves its 10 out of 10.

Traumurlaub in Pérols

Wir haben einen wunderschönen Urlaub in einer traumhaften Villa verbringen dürfen. Die exzellent ausgestattete, klimatisierte und liebevoll eingerichtete Villa ließ keine Wünsche offen, der beheizte Pool war ein zusätzliches Highlight. Dinge des täglichen Bedarfs sind fußläufig im Ortskern in den Geschäften bzw. beim Wochenmarkt zu bekommen. Der Empfang und die Abwicklung durch die Vermieter Sylvie und Pascal war sehr herzlich und wir fühlten uns willkommen und von Anfang an sehr wohl. Wir möchten uns noch einmal bedanken, dass wir unseren Urlaub in diesem tollen Haus verbringen durften und kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Review

Sylvie and her husband are a charming couple and when we arrived, Sylvie spent time explaining to us how everything works. There are plenty of plates, cups and cutlery etc and the kitchen is very well equipped with kitchen utensils and electrical appliances, including an excellent capsule coffee machine. The outside space is a joy to spend time in. Overall we had a great time and would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone.

Schönes Haus in toller Lage

Schönes Haus, sehr geräumig, gepflegt und liebevoll eingerichtet, mit großem Pool in guter Lage, um die Gegend zu erkunden. Wenig Verkehr, ruhiger beschaulicher Ort, nahe an den Salzseen gelegen, die man gut zu Fuß erreicht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Man hat absolute Privatsphäre, der Poolbereich kann von außen nicht eingesehen werden. Die Strände rundherum sind sehr schön und waren nicht überfüllt.

Très belle maison, fonctionnelle, confortable, meublée avec goût. Belle piscine de 10 m. A moins de 10 mn en voiture de la grande plage du Petit Travers. Hôtes charmants.

Très eau séjour

Nous avons passé un été délicieux dans cette superbe demeure à la hauteur des espérances que nous avions. La maison est fabuleuse et très bien équipé, une vraie piscine pour nager. Nous avons eu un très bon accueil, bref un lieu parfait pour passer de superbes vacances.

Rundum zufrieden

Das Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen. Gute Lage für Tagesausflüge zu Stränden, Natur und Dörfern. Das Haus ist in gutem Zustand, schön dekoriert und mit allen notwendigen Einrichtungen ausgestattet. Erfrischender und sauberer Pool trotz der Hitze. Die sympathischen Besitzer kümmern sich gut um das Anwesen, das ich mit Überzeugung jedem Interessenten empfehlen kann.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au calme et sans vis à vis. Maison très bien équipée, bien située (pas loin des plages, proche tramway pour aller à Montpellier), piscine très agréable, accueil très chaleureux par les propriétaires. Nous recommandons fortement cette location.

Un agréable séjour!

Nous avons passé 2 très belles semaines à Perols. La maison est très belle, joliment décorée, très propre, il ne manque rien, et la piscine est parfaite! Elle est suffisamment grande pour y nager. Les propriétaires sont accueillants et présents pour veiller à notre confort. Nous recommandons vivement cette location!

Nous avons été très bien reçu par les propriétaires fort sympathiques, la villa est magnifique et malgré qu'elle se trouve dans un lotissement nous avons pu apprécier le calme environnant. La piscine est superbe et suffisante pour nager, la propreté était de mise. Un endroit à recommander vraiment!!!

De belles vacances à Perols !

Nous avons loué pour 15 jours, en famille , cette jolie maison dans un quartier résidentiel de PEROLS et nous en sommes pleinement satisfaits. Tout est fait pour se sentir bien : l'accueil chaleureux des propriétaires, la maison parfaitement équipée et décorée avec soin, les espaces extérieurs et la piscine pensés et aménagés pour créer une ambiance optimale à la détente. L'environnement immédiat est calme avec un emplacement néanmoins proche de tout : commerces, transports, accès plages ... Que du positif !

Superbe vacance

Feels as being simply home in this beautiful place

We had a true pleasure in staying in this very pretty place. The house owners were kind and attentive to all our needs, whether it was prior or during the stay. The house is beautiful, furnished with lots of taste and superior quality everywhere. It has just the right size where you have plenty of space yet feel cozy, the land is perfectly optimized and carefully thought through of every detail. We have felt warmly welcome by Sylvie and Pascal who do not hesitate to "let you in", into their place and who genuinely share with their guests their true home. This is not a house "ready for a rent", this is a generously shared home where one can only enjoy to stay...Thank you!

Tres agreable sejour

Tres belle villa avec piscine au calme dans un joli village tipique et accueillant. BellePlage a 10 mn en voiture sans trop de frequentation. Equiment de la villa au top et proprietaires tres sympa et dispos. Un beau séjour a recommander !
