The deck is an area where you'll want to sit and watch the sunset and unwind after a day of exploring all that the area has to offer. In the evening, load up the fire pit and toast a marshmallow or two!

Host are accommodating

This was our second year staying at this location of Joe and Don's. The home is beautiful, with everything you need. We had 4 trailers and UTV's, very spacious yard for parking, and trail access. We would highly recommend this property.

Amazing house/property!!

The pictures do not do justice for this property! Absolutely gorgeous and very homey feeling. Joe and family were great hosts. They had everything we needed and were very accommodating. The space was very clean! We will be back again!

Great location for trail riding!

Loved the location and cleanliness of the property for our SXS family with young kids + friends trip. Couldn’t find the outside yard games shown in the listing picture or the kids/toddler amenities listed but other than that great kitchen amenities and the outside fire pit was a hit. Would stay here again.

Home away from home

Very, clean and love the location. The 2 bedroom beds upstairs were absolutely the best for comfort. The one downstairs could use a new mattress but I would highly recommend this rental to everyone.

Annual ATV trip with Syblings and spouses

This house is a very nice piece of property. Everything is spotless, beds are comfortable, and there is plenty of living space to gather in. There is also plenty of parking. Joe is a great communicator also. This was our second time staying here and we will stay again. It is about a mile from Merrillan and also the ATV route.

UTV ATV trail riding trip

Joe and Don's VRBO is very clean. Private yard area from neighbors, yet located for easy access to trails. And eating establishment very close by, we could ride our wheelers to.

First impression......WOW!

Pictures don't do justice for this property! Beautiful home. Kitchen very well stocked, layout was perfect for 3 adult couples. We greatly enjoyed the outdoor space as well. We brought our UTV's, the location was perfect as we unloaded and had quick access to trails. The town was very close by and had several bar and restaurant options. Would highly recommend this property for outdoor enthusiasts.

We spent the weekend. Very clean house. Had all the essentials. Very modern and up to date house. All 3 beds were very comfortable. Cable TV was nice for to watch a movie. We would definitely stay here again and we recommend this to others.

Great quiet road to stay on. Nice and close to town and to Docs Bunkhouse. Super clean cabin and perfect layout for a group of 6. Right off the trails for riding and communication with Joe (the owner) for any questions we had was responded promptly. Overall great stay!

Perfect stay for trail riding

Nice house that sits right off the trails in Merrillain. Which is perfect because your right in the center of the trails for Jackson and Clark county. Only thing to complain about would be they need new pillows for the beds. Flat and small. Definitely would stay again as this is my 2nd time staying here.

Great property! Very easy check in process! Even had a couple kids toys if there were kids with. Cabin has everything you will need for your stay, only need to bring clothes and your toiletries! Big yard! Only downfall was not a lot of parking if there are longer trailers or more than a couple trailers.
