HEATED POOL: the surrounding area: wooden terrace, lawns, shrubs and lights. Toilet and shower next to the pool house
 Our swimming pool is 8.4m long by 4.20m wide and 1.50m deep. There is double security for children: an electric shutter and a barrier all around.
The swimming pool is heated for the cooler periods of spring or autumn.
For the House:
Neat decoration, all comfort. Ideal for children and toddlers as well as for people looking for calm and rest. Large grassy areas allowing total and peaceful relaxation.
Provision of everything necessary for a baby or toddler (high chair, playpen, bed, stroller, etc ...)
Family house on one level in a 3000m2 property, with 4 bedrooms, a beautiful bathroom with walk-in shower and a large bathroom with walk-in shower and bathtub. Access ramp for wheelchair or stroller for children.

Séjour très agréable
Un grand merci aux propriétaires qui sont adorables, très accueillants et à l'écoute de leurs locataires et très réactifs à leurs demandes. La maison est de plein pieds ce qui a été très appréciable avec un enfant de 1 an. L'extérieur est très agréable, fleuri et bien aménagé avec tout ce qu'il faut pour se poser (et se reposer) et profiter en famille (ou entre amis) : piscine, plancha, cuisine extérieure... et au calme !!! Séjour à recommander !

Ein sehr schöner Urlaub
Wir waren zum ersten Mal in Frankreich. Uns hat die Unterkunft sehr gefallen. Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen und 4 Kindern dort. Die Unterkunft bietet reichlich Platz für alle Gäste. Das Haus ist sehr komfortabel. Die Küche ist sehr modern, das Bad auch. Der Aussenbereich mit Pool und überdachtem Terrasse waren sehr schön. Das Poolwasser war immer sauber und sehr weich. Ohne Choor perfekt aufbereitet. Wir machen gerne nochmal dort einen Urlaub.

Nous avons passé une très agréable semaine en avril, malgré le temps qui n'était pas au beau fixe. La maison est bien équipée, très propre, au calme, proche des commodités. La piscine est bien chauffée (28 degrés) même en ce mois frais et venteux. La terrasse couverte est un gros plus. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et disponibles tout en discrétion. Nous les remercions pour ce séjour !

Une semaine de vacances avec enfants et petits-enfants : chacun y trouve sa place, quelques soient les âges ! Helen et Henri sont très accueillants, bienveillants et discrets. La villa est très bien équipée et nous avons surtout bien apprécié la cuisine d’été près de la piscine : lieu convivial où toute la famille se retrouve pour les repas, les jeux, les discussions … Si nous avons l’occasion, nous reviendrons sans hésiter !!

We verbleven in een zeer aangename woning voorzien van airco, behalve op 1 kamer, 1 kamer had een zeer smal bed voor 2 volwassenen. 2 ruime badkamers. Iets meer bestek en grote pannen om te kunnen koken voor 8 personen was handig geweest. Het zwembad was aangenaam en werd verzorgd. De eigenaars wonen op hetzelfde domein maar zijn zeer discreet en makkelijk aanspreekbaar. Ze helpen daar waar nodig! De plancha is een zeer grote meerwaarde. Er zijn 2 grote ijskasten en 2 diepvriezen voorzien, zeer welkom bij de temperaturen die we hadden. Kortom: aanrader!

Tolles Haus!
Wir haben 14 sehr schöne Urlaubstage in dem wunderbaren Ferienhaus von Helen und Henry verbracht. Sowohl das Haus als auch das Außengelände sind top-gepflegt! Die Ausstattung, wie zum Beispiel Geschirr, Besteck, Gläser und Kochutensilien ist sehr üppig. Der Pool ist ausreichend groß und nicht gechlort, was wir sehr angenehm fanden. Sehr toll ist die große überdachte Terrasse mit Außenküche und Kühlschrank. Was für ein Luxus. Der Wohn- und Schlafbereich ist bis auf ein Schlafzimmer komplett mit sehr gut funktionierenden Klimaanlagen ausgestattet, was wir bei den hohen Außentemperaturen temporär gerne genutzt haben. Die Vermieter wohnen ebenfalls auf dem sehr großen Grundstück. Man bekommt von ihnen nichts mit, aber, wenn man eine kurze SMS schreibt, haben sie sofort reagiert und Fragen beantwortet oder Wünsch erfüllt. Sehr schön fanden wir auch, dass es pro Gast drei Handtücher und Bettwäsche von Haus gab. Das hat unseren Kofferraum doch stark entlastet. Waschmaschine ist ebenfalls vorhanden und funktioniert gut. Zum Haus werden kostenfrei jeweils zwei Erwachsenen- und zwei Kinder-Fahhräder angeboten. Der Ort Montady bietet keine großen Attraktionen. Es gibt aber Supermärkte, Bäcker, Metzger und in unmittelbarer Nähe einen sehr guten Käse-Laden. Mit dem Auto oder Fahrrad ist man schnell an interessanten Orten wie Bezier oder dem Kanal Midi. Zu den Stränden fährt man ca. 25 Minuten. Die Vermieter haben umfangreiches Infomaterial in Französisch und Englisch zur Verfügung gestell

Very nice house
Very nice house with a perfect outdoor kitchen and a heated swimming pool. Nice bedrooms witch airco. The house has all the facilities you need. If you need anything you can always ask the owners who are close but only shows there faces when you ask for them. They respect you privacy. We had a very nice stay!

Lovely vacation
We really had a lovely time. The location of the house is great. Really quiet and peacefull, with birds singing all day. The house was clean and equiped with all amenities. We enjoyed the outside very much, the bbq and loungeset and of course the large table was used everyday. The pool was clean and heated, so the kids could swim everyday. The owners are helpfull and kind. As said, we loved our stay and are looking forward to come back here!

Traumurlaub
Wir haben zu zwei Paaren eine traumhafte Woche Anfang September im Haus von Hellen und Henry verbracht. Vermieter der Klasse fünf Sterne. Sie haben wirklich an alles gedacht, alles Wichtige war bestens in zwei Sprachen dokumentiert. Tipps zu Tagesausflügen mit Kartografien und Zeitschriften lagen bereit. Das Haus ist nicht nur wunderschön und liebevoll eingerichtet, es ist auch bis ins kleinste Detail durchdacht und in einem perfekten und modernen Zustand. Die Schlafzimmer und die Betten sind ein Traum. Jedes Schlafzimmer verfügt über Air-Condition, die mit einer tragbaren Fernbedienung sogar bequem vom Bett aus gesteuert werden kann. Ein Rollstuhlfahrer war mit von der Party. Für ihn gab es keine Barrieren. Alle Rampen waren leicht zu befahren. Das Badezimmer verfügt über eine schöne Badewanne mit niedrigem Einstieg, und die Dusche kann ebenerdig genutzt werden. Endlich mal ein Urlaubsdomizil, das auch Rollstuhlfahrer in allen Belangen entgegen kommt. Insbesondere erwähnenswert sind die Außenanlagen: da wäre als erstes zu nennen eine traumhafte überdachte Außenküche mit einem Supergrill, umgeben mit reichlich Arbeitsfläche und einem großen Spülbecken mit fließend Wasser, einem großen Außenkühlschrank mit riesigem Gefrierfach, eine moderne Mikrowelle. Ein großer Tisch mit massiver Holzplatte und bequemen Stühlen. Auch eine Toilette befindet sich auf gleicher Ebene um die Ecke. Direkt daneben eine schöne, offene Außendusche, so dass man vor Benutzung des großen Swimmingpools sich noch mal abduschen kann, ohne ins Haus zu müssen. Um den mit schönen Pflanzen umgebenen Pool sind ausreichend bequeme Liegen und Stühle vorhanden. Der über eine breite Innentreppe erreichbare Pool ist mit einem schwimmenden Rolladen elektrisch abdeckbar. Um den Pool herum ist ein sehr gepflegter Rasen, der nachts automatisch bewässert wird. Das Grundstück liegt weit zurückgesetzt von der Straße, verschlossen durch ein großes Metalltor. Hier kann man ungestört vom Verkehrslärm entspannen. Das haben wir besonders genossen. Ein Boolplatz steht ebenfalls zur Verfügung, und an dem riesigen Feigenbaum mit sehr schmackhaften Feigen durften wir uns kostenlos bedienen. Wir würden sehr gerne wiederkommen, um die wunderschöne Gegend weiter kennenzulernen.

Beautiful Villa
Henri and Helens villa is beautiful. Everything you could possibly need is available. The outside kitchen and dinning area is wonderful. We can’t fault the villa itself. Helen was helpful, kind and welcoming throughout our two week stay. We made a request for a piece of disability equipment and Helen organised the hiring of this for us and it was ready on arrival. The swimming pool is heated and was a welcome retreat from the very hot weather! We had a few issues with the gates - but Helen and Henri were helpful and responsive. The only downside for us is the location. If you enjoy a secluded, quiet and isolated spot then this is the place for you! We prefer exploring and having things within walking distance. But that’s personal preference. Overall a wonderful break with kind owners who seem to genuinely want you to have the best stay possible.

Le lieu idéal pour tous
Tout est pensé dans le moindre détail pour que l'on se sente vraiment en vacances. Il ne manque rien au niveau équipement. Henri et Helen sont des hôtes très agréables, présents sur la propriété mais d'une grande discrétion. Nous avons passé une semaine parfaite, du plus petit aux plus grands. Un seul regret, que cela se soit terminé si vite.

Tolle Familienferien
Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub in Montady. Die Gegend hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Da der Canal du Midi nur ca 2km entfernt ist, konnten wir direkt von Montady tolle Fahrradtouren am Kanal unternehmen. Helen und Henri sind tolle Gastgeber und wir waren sehr dankbar für die schönen Ausflugstipps. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und es fehlt an nichts. Insbesondere der Pool war für unsere kleinen Kinder das Urlaubs-Highlight. Diesen konnten wir auch Ende Mai, dank der Beheizung, schon ausgiebig nutzen.

Top Ferienhaus mit guter Ausstattung und sehr ruhig
Das Haus ist in einem sehr guten Zustand und wird permanent renoviert. Alles hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Der beheizte Pool ( 28-29 C) ist natürlich einfach nur super! Die Außenküche mit großer Plancha haben wir mehrfach genutzt und konnten so sehr gut draußen Kochen und Essen. Aber auch die nagelneue Innenküche ist perfekt fürs Kochen und Essen ausgerichtet. Die Bäder sind sehr gut und komfortabel, u.a. Handtuchhalter mit Elektrozuheizung, auch an kühlen Frühsommerabenden sehr angenehm. Helen und Henri dei Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie wohnen vorne im Haus , man ist aber gut getrennt für sich, weil alles recht weitläufig ist. Es ist sehr ruhig im Garten , aber man stört auch niemanden , wenn man sich bis spätabends auf der Terasse unterhält. Die Infrastruktur durmherum passt gut. Ein nahezu perfekter Aufenthalt. Einziger Kritikpunkt für uns waren die etwas harten Betten.

Tolles Haus mit beheiztem Pool
Wir wurden von Helen und Henri sehr herzlich empfangen. Das Haus ist hochwertig eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Die Außenanlagen sind sehr gepflegt. Wir haben es genossen, den Außenbereich zum Kochen und Essen zu nutzen. Unsere Kinder waren gefühlt den ganzen Tag im Pool. Die Vermieter stehen jederzeit bei Fragen zur Verfügung und haben viele tolle Tipps für die Freizeitgestaltung in der Umgebung. In der Nähe des Hauses gibt es einen Supermarkt, Bäckerei, Käserei, Apotheke usw…. Wir können das Haus vollumfänglich weiterempfehlen. Vielen lieben Dank für den tollen Urlaub.

A perfect autumn break.
The property is just perfect for a quiet break at any time of the year. We were there in early autumn (mid October) and made use of the pool on many of the warm afternoons. The outside terrace and kitchen area were perfect for evening BBQs under the lights ... although we often moved inside for late drinks and coffee as the night became cooler. The owners, Henri and Helen, were perfect hosts: friendly and informative, but without being intrusive. Henri fixed our bikes and gave some great advice on the local areas, Helen helped us with ideas on restaurants, local sights, shopping, culture, etc. She also introduced us in to her amazing works of art and sculpture. If you want to experience the autumn delights of rural Languedoc, then this is a great property and location: easy access to the countryside, the coast, the towns and cities. We bought figs and chestnuts at markets, we ate local cheeses and charcuterie, we drank the wines from St Chinian and Minerve, we ate in some fantastic restaurants ,,, and went home relaxed and overweight! We plan to return.
