There is a conservatory-lounge with games table and board games.
Note: there is 1 mini oven and 1 steam oven in the kitchen but no microwave.

In the other half: 1 swimming pool (electrically closed) with solarium; 3 large garden level terraces; 1 covered summer kitchen with plancha and barbecue and 1 summer dining room for 8 to 12 people; 2 garden lounges, 1 of which is covered with 8 armchairs, 1 shaded double outdoor bed and 1 solarium with 2 sun loungers by the pool; 2 other dining areas in the garden for 4 people.
