Ospitalità,gentilezza e comfort

Appartamento curato anche nei minimi particolari tranne per il Wi-Fi. Tutto sommato è stato un piacevolissimo soggiorno.

vacanza stupenda

anna g ,,,,,, io e mio marito abbiamo soggiornato per la prima volta nell appartamento del signor vanin ottima accoglienza ci siamo sentiti come a casa appartamento con tutti i servizi attrezzatissimo non mancava nulla molto pulito e accogliente,,,, zona molto tranquilla a 2 passi dal centro e dalle terme speriamo di ritornare l anno prossimo grazie al signor vanin per l accoglienza

Fantastico

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana ad Abano terme questa casa è stata perfetta. La cucina funziona ed e ben equipaggiata, i letti sono comodi, la camera è ampia e il bagno è funzionale. La casa è due passi dal centro e da tutti gli hotel a cui si può accedere per la piscina termale. È anche un ottimo punto di partenza per visitare le bellissime città venete (padova, vicenza, Venezia ). Altamente consigliato!!!!

Ottimo

Abbiamo passato una settimana fantastica! La casa è comoda e accogliente, attrezzata con tutto il necessario sia in cucina che in bagno. I letti sono comodi. Ottimo punto di partenza per visitare luoghi incantevoli (Venezia, padova, vicenza) siamo anche andati a sciare un giorno sull'altopiano di Asiago.un grazie di cuore a Flavio che ci ha accolti nelka sua bella casa. Soggiorno ideale.

E' stato in nostro secondo soggiorno consecutivo e lo sarà ugualmente il prossimo anno. Appartamentino ideale per due persone, completo di tutto. Il signor Vanin è cordiale, attento al nostro confort e sempre pronto per qualsiasi evenienza e consiglio. A due passi dal centro. Superlativo.

Appartamentino ideale al centro di Albano

Siamo stati ospiti per la seconda volta di un appartamentino ideale per due persone, prossimo del centro di Albano, fornitissimo di elettrodomestici, con ottima accoglienza da parte del proprietario, attento alle eventuali richieste. Superbe location idéalement située

Location très propre et très confortable dans un environnement calme et bien sécurisé. Excellente situation à 5 minutes à pieds du centre ville et bien centrée pour visiter Padoue, Vérone et Venise. Accueil très sympathique du propriétaire. Location à recommander

Ruhiges, schönes Appartment

Vielen Dank für dreieinhalb Wochen in einem sehr sauberen, freundlichen und ruhigen Appartment in nur 5 Gehminuten Entfernung vom Zentrum von Abano Terme. Unser Gastgeber Flavio hat sich bestens um alle notwendigen Dinge gekümmert: frische Bettwäsche, frische Handtücher standen wöchentlich ausreichend zur Verfügung, wertvolle Reise- und Besuchstipps in der Umgebung lagen zur freien Verfügung aus und wir hatten jederzeit die Möglichkeit, ihn bei Fragen telefonisch zu kontaktieren. Das Appartment ist sehr gut ausgestattet und die Nachbarschaft ruhig und freundlich, so dass wir unseren Aufenthalt sehr genießen konnten. Wir können das Appartment sehr empfehlen und freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Aufenthalt dort. Anaa Monika

VACANZA MERAVIGLIOSA

Vacanza meravigliosa, abbiamo soggiornato ospiti del sig. Flavio dal 28 giugno al 10 luglio. L'appartamento situato in zona tranquilla ma vicinissima al centro di Abano, è arredato benissimo con tutti i confort ed era una coccola poter fare colazione nel giardino tutte le mattine. Posto ideale per escursioni sui Colli Euganei e nelle città d’arte che circondano Abano. Non poteva mancare una gita al mare (Chioggia e dintorni), ed approfittare dei consigli del proprietario per rilassarsi alle vicine Terme. Che dire; da ripetere certamente e da consigliare sicuramente. Un sincero grazie per la disponibilità e cortesia del Sig. Flavio.

Soggiorno alle terme

Salve mi chiamo Pietro e ho avuto il piacere di soggiornare dal 24 ottobre al 4 novembre del 2014 presso questo appartamento,situato in una via laterale del centro di Abano Terme e dell'isola pedonale.Arrivato sul luogo sono stato accolto dal signor Flavio che cortesemente anche in seguito al mio ritardo mi attendeva davanti al cancello molto gentilmente.Ho trovato l'immobile in buono stato e pulito ,il servizio complessivamente lo ritengo ottimo, consiglio questo immobile per piacevoli periodi anche brevi per assaporare l'anima delle terme anche non usufruendo dell'auto vista la vicinanza del centro ed essendo in possesso di una bici messami gentilmente a disposizione dal proprietario che ringrazio ancora,consiglierò questo appartamento sicuramente.

Ottima scelta!

Vacanza meravigliosa anche grazie alle caratteristiche dell'appartamento situato in zona tranquilla e centralissima, a due passi dal centro di Abano, il salotto d'Italia con la sua accogliente e suggestiva zona pedonale, ricca di eleganti negozi e di viali alberati e con coloratissime aiuole fiorite. La disponibilità e la gentilezza del proprietario costituiscono un altro importante punto a favore di questa scelta. L'appartamento è spazioso, bene arredato e dotato di ogni comfort. La posizione presenta indubbi vantaggi anche per escursioni nelle più belle città d'arte del Veneto e dei vicini colli Euganei. Da consigliare e, soprattutto da ripetere. Un grazie sentito al proprietario per la sua sollecitudine e gentilissima disponibilità.

Siamo stati ad Abano per la prima volta per le cure termali, coppia di nonni in cerca di riposo dopo l'estate. Appartamento comodo per il centro , i servizi, attrezzato benissimo nei minimi dettagli, in zona tranquilla per il riposo notturno e pomeridiano; proprietario disponibilissimo sia nella fase di prenotazione che durante il soggiorno. Si è rotto il televisore e subito il proprietario è arrivato con un altro in sostituizione con schermo piatto. Sicuramente torneremo!!!! E lo consigliamo vivamente.

Appartement idéalement situe

Nous avons séjourné dans cet appartement en septembre , il est très fonctionnel, avec un petit jardin très agréable, la résidence est très calme et les voisins sympathiques ,à proximité du centre ville d'Abano (2minutes à pied) , les propriétaires sont des gens charmants , très attentifs à votre bien être. Nous conseillons vivement cette location. Marie
