Séjour parfait :- les propriétaires sont très disponibles et prévenants ;- Svetlana, qui nous a accueillis, est très serviable et sympathique ;- l'appartement est idéalement situé, en centre, bord de mer, avec beaucoup de possibilités à pied ; il est très propre et très bien aménagé ;- les plus indéniables de l'appartement sont sa très grande loggia avec balancelle et où l'on peut manger en étant à l'aise, ainsi que son garage, parfait pour un centre-ville.Encore merci pour tout à Livia et Silvio, ainsi qu'à Svetlana ; si nous revenons à Menton, nous reprendrons volontiers l'appartement s'il est disponible !

Apparemment idéalement placé, bien agencé. Très bons contacts avec les propriétaires. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Menton. Le soleil etant de la partie pour la "Fête des Citrons".

Für einen gelungenen Urlaub war alles da, auch die Küche ist sehr gut eingerichtet, man konnte auch in beiden Zimmern gut schlafen. Wie für Frankreich üblich ist da natürlich Verkehrslärm, aber im Zimmer hat man nichts gehört.

L'appartement et très bien situé, le garage en deuxième sous sol et très pratique (car les stationnement a Menton son compliqué), le balcon et spacieux pour se détendre et déjeuner à 3. Le logement est propre et bien équipé. Nous remercions notre hôte pour sa bienveillance!

Problème électrique
La plaque de cuisson a fait sauter les plombs elle était banchée à une rallonge qui était un peu fondue, le propriétaire parle peu le Français et ne comprenait pas trop la situation nous ne pouvions pas allumer le lave-vaisselle en même temps que le lave-linge, nous avons passé un séjour dans la crainte que le feu ne se déclare dans l’appartement, nous n’avons jamais vu personne intervenir et nous avons terminé avec une plaque de cuisson de camping. Quand au garage nous y avons garé un 3008 sans problème. Août 2020.

la location est parfaitement conforme à l'annonce, l'accueil est très sympathique . Les propriétaires sont très arrangeants pour l'arrivée et le départ. La résidence est calme et à proximité de la mer et du centre. Le garage est un plus mais attention il faut avoir une petite voiture . je recommande cette location

MARCH, 2019 We are from Canada and recently enjoyed 6 weeks of "winter escape" in Menton. We very much enjoyed our holiday staying in this apartment. The apartment was clean and very comfortable. It is so well designed and very functional. Lots of shelves and drawers and the kitchen is so well equipped with everything you require for your cooking needs. Also, we really enjoyed the large balcony and used the Nespresso machine everyday, just like we do at home. Location is absolutely ideal. A five minute walk to the train station and even less to get groceries. Shops, markets, restaurants, the beach, etc. are all just a few minutes away. The owners, Miranda and Silvio are such wonderful people. They are so warm and friendly. They are very sincere and go out of their way to help you have a wonderful holiday in Menton. This was our second long stay in Menton, but our first in Miranda and Silvio's apartment. We are currently looking into another holiday in Menton and intend to stay at this apartment again.

Sehr gute Ferienwohnung im Zentrum von Menton
Die persönliche Wohnungsübergabe bei der Anreise durch die Vermieter war ausgesprochen zuvorkommend und herzlich. Es ist ein Appartement zum Wohlfühlen und es ist bestens ausgestattet. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für den täglichen Bedarf sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Günstig ist die Lage mitten im Zentrum von Menton und die Nähe zum Strand.

Lovely Place to Stay
We had a very good stay in the apartment beach and train station only a few minutes away. Apartment has everything you require the shops and old town very close with various choice of restaurants. We would definitely return to Menton and rent this apartment again.

Super Wohnung mit sehr netten Vermietern
Sehr hübsche kleine Wohnung zentral gelegen in Menton. Sehr gut als Basis für Motorradtouren geeignet. Motorräder konnten sehr gut in der Tiefgarage untergebracht werden. Den wunderschönen Balkon konnten wir auch schon im März zum Sonnen tanken nutzen. Die Wohnung ist auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert.
