Spacious, quiet and cool three-room apartment with veranda and small garden overlooking the communal garden with sea view. It is located in a well-kept condominium with large lawns and on the sea. The apartment has a living room with kitchen, bathroom and 2 bedrooms and is also equipped with an air conditioning / heating system despite the fact that the environment is, however, cool. It is fully furnished and equipped because it is often used also by the owners. The Salina Bamba beach, visible from the living room and in some photos, is 200 meters away while the most famous Cala Brandinchi is 10-15 minutes away on foot and is visible in the remaining photos. The proximity to services and beaches also allows you to avoid the use of the car. It also has a private parking space with a roof.

Hard to do better - simply great!
The apartment is in an excellent state, everything is as shown in the pictures, Luca & Dani are extremely responsive and very nice hosts, and there are three beautiful beaches in walking (or running) distance. The three of us, 2 adults and a 4 year old girl, felt great throughout our stay. We tend to explore new shores, but coming back to this place some time in the next years is a very realistic option. Two thumbs up, thanks for hosting us!

Perfect location, very nice contact
The location of the apartment is perfect, in walking distance from 5 or so beaches. The very beautiful (but in the beginning of September still very busy) beach Cala brandinchi was our favourite. The apartment is very nice, well equipped, clean, cosy, we liked the outdoor shower very much. Linen and towels are not provided, they can be rented on site, we paid 100 euros for 10 days and 5x linen + tons of towels. There is a private parking, where we had a spot in the shade. There is a little supermarket with basically everything you need on-site, also a Cafe, where you can get fresh croissants in the mornings, even a pharmacy. The most apartments around us were vacant in beginning of September, in the ones with tenants were mainly people older than us, so we were a bit unsure, if our children were too loud, but no one complained. All in all we enjoyed our stay there very much and can highly recommend the place.

Wir waren begeistert, dass wir jeden Morgen zu Fuss in kurzer Zeit an einem unserer absoluten Lieblingsstrände, Cala Brandinchi, sein konnten. Das Apartment ist ein prima Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge.

Anfang juni
Es war ein richtig schöner Urlaub in Lucas Appartment. Das Appartment ist top und hat alles was man braucht. Salz, pfeffer, öl ,kaffee und vieles mehr . Auch der Sonnenschirm und der Campingstuhl hat uns von Anfang an gute Dienste geleistet und den Aufenthalt besonders an der Cala Brandinchi vereinfacht. Wiederholungsgefahr :)

Wunderschöner Ort
Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Einer der schönsten Strände Sardiniens ist nur 800m entfernt. Die Aussicht aus dem Garten ist auch einmalig. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.

Unsere Vermieter haben mit Video dafür gesorgt, dass sowohl die Anreise, als auch der Erhalt des Wohnungsschlüssels ohne Probleme verlief. Die Ferienwohnung war funktionell und praktisch eingerichtet. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und konnten stressfrei noch schöne Sonnenstunden + Baden genießen. Ein kleines Paradies
Wir hatten das Vergnügen mit unserem Baby eine Woche in Danielas und Lucas Ferienwohnung zu verbringen. Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet und gemütlich eingerichtet, so dass man sich sofort wie Zuhause fühlt. Luca und Daniela sind liebenswürdige und sehr zuvorkommende Gastgeber, die uns den Aufenthalt durch viele praktische Tipps und flexiblem Check-in und Check-out angenehm gestaltet haben. Die Strände in der Umgebung sind traumhaft, die Wohnanlage ruhig und gepflegt. In der Anlage gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt, ein Café und ein Restaurant. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen! :)

Le logement de Daniela et Lucas est très agréable avec des pièces très bien organisées et une localisation idéale pour profiter de la région et des plages magnifiques. La vacanza più bella!!!!
La nostra vacanza, è stata come da titolo, quella più bella di sempre. L'alloggio di Luca e Daniela è veramente bello e, soprattutto molto funzionale ( le foto non rendono la realtà) ogni cosa al suo posto come se fosse stata casa nostra. L'alloggio lo abbiamo trovato in ordine e perfettamente pulito. Non manca nulla, cucina super accessoriata. Dal piccolo giardino privato si può godere di una bella vista sul mare, e sul laghetto che ospita dei fenicotteri rosa, da non sottovalutare la cura e l'ordine che si nota nella struttura. Nelle vicinanze ci sono delle belle calette raggiungibili anche a piedi ,fra cui la più bella a mio avviso è Cala Brandinchi. In ultimo, ma non meno importante, la comunicazione avuta con Luca e Daniela, sia prima della prenotazione che dopo. Utilissime le indicazioni ricevute, chiare e semplici, siamo arrivati con facilità alla nostra meta. Grazie Luca, grazie Daniela. Ps. la mia recensione non mi è stata "estorta" è veritiera. Un grande saluto e, spero di ritornare in quest'alloggio.

Vacanza meravigliosa!!!
La casa è bellissima come dalle foto, il posto è stupendo. Io e la mia famiglia abbiamo trascorso dieci giorni indimenticabili!!! Davvero tutto perfetto, la casa è in una posizione davvero strategica per poter visitare diverse spiagge …tra cui la più bella a mio parere“Cala Brandinchi” raggiungibile a piedi. Gelungener Urlaub in gepflegtem Appartement

Ottimo appartamento per un'indimenticabile vacanza in Sardegna

In der hinreißenden Landschaft der Costa Smeralda verbrachten wir, ein Ehepaar von 63 Jahren, unseren zweiten Sardinien-Urlaub, diesmal für eine Woche in der Ferienwohnung von Daniela und Luca. Wir genossen diese Zeit in vollen Zügen. Es war ein Traumurlaub, da wir alles zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit so vorgefunden haben, wie es inseriert war. Die Wohnung liegt in einer von Gärtnern liebevoll gepflegten Appartementanlage direkt am Meer mit eigenem Strand, den wir begeistert nutzten. Ein kurzer Fußweg führte uns außerdem zum Traumstrand Cala Brandinchi mit weißem Sand, kristallklarem Wasser und Karibikflair. Die sehr saubere und gepflegte Wohnung, die vorwiegend auch privat genutzt wird, hat eine hochwertige und sehr geschmackvolle Ausstattung. Sie ist für max. fünf Personen ausgerichtet und dafür sehr geräumig. Sie hat eine sehr ansprechend möblierte Terrasse mit Vorgärtchen und einem der schönsten Ausblicke der ganzen Anlage. Der besondere Vorzug des Vorgärtchens war die persönliche Outdoor-Dusche, die es ermöglicht, die Wohnung sauber und sandfrei zu betreten. Dem Vertrauensvorschuss der Gastgeber sollte durch Wertschätzung und pflegliche Behandlung der Einrichtung seitens der Gäste Rechnung getragen werden. Daniela und Luca sind liebenswürdige, zuverlässige und zugewandte Gastgeber, die jederzeit für uns erreichbar waren und für Fragen zur Verfügung standen. Für uns war es ein „Home away“ zum Wohlfühlen, da wir uns zu Gast bei Freunden fühlten. Aus diesem Grunde können wir die Ferienwohnung von Daniela und Luca von ganzem Herzen für Urlauber, die Ruhe, Weite und ein atemberaubendes Naturerleben suchen, weiterempfehlen und kommen selbst ganz sicher wieder.

This was our second vacation at Danielas and Lucas place. We loved it again. The apartment has everything you need for a relaxed vacation. The location is very convenient. There is a supermarkt close by and you can walk to three different beaches. We can definitely recommend it.

L'appartamento di Daniela e Luca è semplicemente fantastico: ci si sente a casa propria! Tutto è "formato famiglia" e pensato per accogliere al meglio una famiglia (noi eravamo in 3): letti comodi, cucina accessoriata di tutto, bagno essenziale e funzionale, doccia esterna per rinfrescarsi dal rientro dalla spiaggia ed anche la lavatrice (gran comodità se si hanno figli). Il residence in cui è inserito l'appartamento è molto ben curato, tranquillo, ed ha tutto quello di cui si può aver bisogno senza dover utilizzare l'auto. La ciliegina sulla torta è la posizione dell'appartamento, infatti, uscendo dalla zona giorno, a piedi, si possono raggiungere 3 delle migliori spiagge della zona: in 5 minuti Salina Bamba, in 15-20 Cala Brandinchi ed in 30 Lu Impostu (le ultime 2 veramente spettacolari). Considerando i prezzi dei parcheggi una piccola camminata nella macchia mediterranea fa bene al corpo ed anche al portafoglio! Le altre spiagge famose della zona, come "La Cinta" e "Capo Coda Cavallo" sono velocemente raggiungibili in auto. In ultimo un grazie alla signora che ci ha accolto all'arrivo, incaricata da Daniela, che è stata gentilissima. Sicuramente torneremo!

Wunderschöne Lage
Wir hatten zwei wunderschöne Wochen in der Wohnung und der gepflegten Gartenanlage. Die Apartmentsiedlung liegt fußläufig in der Nähe unserer Lieblingsstrände Cala Brandincchi und Lu Impostu. Die Wohnung ist wie bereits schon auf den Bildern zu sehen geschmackvoll eingerichtet und in sehr ordentlichem Zustand.

We had a great time!
We spend close to three weeks there and it almost felt like a home away from home. Everything what you need was there. They even organized a baby bed for our little one. There are three amazing beaches in walking distance, supermarket and a cafe. The view from the terrace is awesome and the garden is beautifully done. We would definitely come back!

Wonderful
The apartment is very nice with a small garden with beautiful flowers and with sea view. There are several nice beaches in walking distance, including the fantastic brandinchi beach, lu impostu, capo cavallo etc. . vacanza indimenticabile, grazie Luca e Daniela!
Questa recensione non può che iniziare con un GRAZIE infinito a Daniela e Luca per averci ospitato nella loro bellissima casa a capo coda cavallo. La casa è veramente accogliente, pulitissima e curata in ogni dettaglio rendendo la permanenza molto piacevole e rilassante. Il mare dista davvero 5 minuti a piedi e sono raggiungibili, sempre nell'arco di una passeggiata di 10 minuti almeno 3 spiagge (cala brandinchi, le farfalle e baia salinedda). Il luogo ideale dove arrivare e dimenticare la macchina considerata anche la presenza di un supermercato, farmacia e bar (con un ottimo gelato) a due (veramente due) passi dall'appartamento. Il comprensorio è verdissimo e molto silenzioso e con una bimba di 16 mesi non potevamo davvero sperare in una sistemazione migliore! Insomma sicuramente l'anno prossimo torneremo perchè è raro trovare non solo una casa con la C maiuscola ma soprattutto due proprietari affettuosi e gentili come Daniela e Luca!!!!!

Perfect Place to be! / Perfekter Ort!
This appartment is just a perfect place for a vocation. it completely corresponds to the pictures. It is good equipped and very comfortable and has everything to have a great and relaxing family time! You can enjoy the beautiful view every day from the terrace. The Beach is really about 200 meter away and it was perfect for us and our son. An extra big praise to Daniela and Luca! They are the most friendly and helpful hosts I've ever known! Die Wohnung ist einfach perfekt für einen Urlaub. Die Bilder stimmen völlig mit der Realität überein. Sie ist gut ausgestattet, sehr gemütlich und hat Alles für eine wunderbare und erholsame Familienzeit. Wir genossen täglich den atemberaubenden Meerblick. Der Strand ist wirklich in 200 Meter Entfernung und er eignet sich perfekt für Familien mit Kindern. Ein extra großes Dankeschön an Daniela und Luca! Das sind die freundlichsten und die meist hilfsbereiten Gastgeber! Ich glaube, das war unser schönster Urlaub! Crazie mille!!!

Svegliarsi con i fenicotteri rosa...
Bel trilocale in residence con vista sul mare e sugli stagni di Salina Bamba, dove stazionano numerosi fenicotteri rosa. Appartamento molto pulito e curato, fornito di tutto il necessario per cucinare e per le pulizie. Stanze arredate con gusto e fresche. Comodo anche per mangiare fuori nel giardino di pertinenza. E' presente una piccola biblioteca. Nelle immediate vicinanze c'è un piccolo market, una parafarmacia e un bar.

Ideale per una vacanza di mare e relax
Confermo tutte le precedenti ottime recensioni: l'appartamento è vicino ad una spiaggia piccola ma ottimale per famiglie con bimbi piccoli, con acqua cristallina, è fresco anche nei giorni più caldi, dotato di ogni accessorio anche per vacanze molto lunghe, vivibile in quanto il soggiorno è molto ampio. Pulizia ottima. I servizi di prima necessità vicinissimi: supermercato caro ma ovvio che conviene fare la spesa più grossa a San Teodoro o Olbia. Per trovare una pecca: poche attività ricreative nel residence, specie la sera, ma se si hanno bimbi piccoli e si cerca tranquillità è tutt'altro che un problema. Consigliatissimo!

Ein Paradies auf Erden!
Wir haben unseren Urlaub 2015 im Apartment von Daniela und Luca verbracht und haben zwei traumhafte Wochen verlebt. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut geschnitten, angenehm kühl und sehr geschmackvoll ausgestattet. Der Blick in den Garten und auf das Meer ist ein Traum. Die Umgebung ist recht ruhig, trotzdem hatten wir nicht das Gefühl, dass unsere Kinder (2 und 4) irgendjemanden gestört hätten. Italien eben! Der Strand Salina Bamba ist keine 5 min zu Fuß vom Haus entfernt und ist nie überlaufen gewesen. Türkisblaues Wasser, wie man sich das auf Sardinien wünscht. Das Capo Coda Cavallo ist eine wunderschöne Landzunge mit weiteren tollen Stränden und einem atemberaubenden Blick am Ende der Straße. Es gab 2 Highlights in unserem Urlaub: die Cala Brandinchi, ein Traumstrand, den man durch einen Spaziergang von max 15 min durch herrliches Gelände erreicht! Der Strand wird auch "Tahiti" genannt und das ist nicht zu viel versprochen, er gehört zu den schönsten Stränden der Insel. Leider ist er aber auch oft sehr voll. Uns hat das nicht gestört, denn so gab es immer Spielkameraden für die Kinder! Das zweite Highlight ist Daniela, die liebe Vermieterin. Ich habe noch nie erlebt dass jemand sich so um seine Gäste bemüht, obwohl sie nicht vor Ort ist.
