Lovely property handy for the beach and with great outside space

What a great house - proximate to the beach and on a quiet residential street The house has everything we needed for a relaxing vacation - the two showers particularly was a bonus for us when we were returning from the beach Well stocked kitchen with all the cooking utensils we needed All the beds were comfortable and of a good size The outside space is really nice with shade under the pine tree and a table which was suitable for our family to eat outside. Also the other furniture on the decking below the pine tree was great for sitting outside in the shade The hosts were great - with prompt and efficient communications when we asked questions We hope to return again soon

Séjour parfait

Nous avons passé une excellent séjour chez Mr et Mme Delagrave. Leur maison spacieux, charmant, comfortable et tres calme. Accueil du properiétaire très agréable. Sa situation nous a permis de protiter de magnifiques couchers de soleil sur la mer, et de découvrir cette belle région.

Très bon pont de l'ascension

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette jolie maison située dans un quartier très calme. Elle est confortable et bien équipée. Les 2 espaces extérieurs permettent de profiter matin et soir. Les 2 salles de bains sont très pratiques pour une famille même si l'accès d'une des douches est un peu compliqué. La localisation par rapport à la mer est un point non négligeable pour ce super séjour.

Sehr schöner Urlaub

Sehr gepflegtes Haus mit schöner Terrasse in ruhiger, entspannter Umgebung mit allem, was man braucht. Küste, Strände und Ortsinnere gut fussläufig erreichbar. Sehr nette Vermieter, die immer ansprechbar waren! Es hat uns sehr gefallen!

Eines der besten Ferienhäuser, die wir bisher gemietet haben.

Seit ca. 20 Jahren fahren wir fast jeden Sommer in die Vendee und meistens nach Bretignolles s mer. Hier hat wirklich alles gestimmt Lage top, Ausstattung und Freundlichkeit der Ver- mieter, Sauberkeit nicht zu toppen. Super!

Très belle maison, très propre. Très bien située, proche de la mer.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette jolie maison, très bien agencée et très propre. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Mr et Mme Boulais. Nous remercions Mr Delagrave pour sa réactivité afin de résoudre le problème que nous avons eu avec Internet. Le seul bémol que j'aurais est l'accès un peu compliqué à la baignoire de la seconde salle de bain.

Perfekt ausgestattet in ruhiger Lage, hundefreundlich

Geräumiges, geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus mit schönem abgeschlossenem, uneinsehbarem Außenbereich. Das Haus ist mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig. Dennoch waren alle nötigen Geschäfte schnell erreichbar. Der Strand (keine Hunde tagsüber in der Saison!) ist 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Mehrere viel schönere, leere Strände, wo auch Hunde willkommen sind, sind in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto oder dem Fahrrad erreichbar.

Une maison chaleureuse au calme en bord de mer

Mme et M. Delagrave sont des personnes accueillantes, à l'écoute, réactives (avant, pendant, après la location). Leur maison est à leur image : on s'y sent bien, tout est là pour notre confort, on y est comme chez nous. Environnement calme, mer proche et nombreuses balades à proximité. Cerise sur le gâteau : nos compagnons à 4 pattes sont bienvenus. Merci également à Mme et M. Boulais qui nous ont super bien accueillis à notre arrivée. Que du bonheur !

Entièrement satisfait, très content à tout point de vue!

La maison est idéalement située, déplacements à pied pour la plage, commerces (grand super U), marchés ( couvert et plein air), à 5 minutes à pied d'un restaurant étoilé, très calme et superbement décorée! Les propriétaires sont de surcroît très sympathique! Extérieur clos, idéal pour les voyageurs avec enfants, comme nous 5, 8, 10 ans. La terrasse est très accueillante, pour la détente et les repas. L'intérieur est comme neuf, 1 semaine de rêve à Brétignolle sur Mer! Télé, wifi, et machine Nespresso, what else???? Merci pour l'accueil, nous recommandons vivement.

Je recommande cette location dont j'en réserverais l'exclusivité à des amis(si j'en avais le pouvoir). Tout était parfaitement propre & entretenu. maison spacieuse et fonctionnelle rien ne manque.

Maison propre, spacieuse et entretenue, tout confort et au calme : juste le chant des oiseaux. Les 2 terrasses sans vis à vis sont appréciables : une côté cuisine, pour prendre le petit déj. et les repas et une à l'arrière de la maison, pour se reposer dans les transats. Propriétaires sympathiques. Je recommande cette location.

Maison agréable, attention à la période

La maison est tout à fait conforme au descriptif et effectivement bien équipée et située à recommander en période estivale. Pour information et point négatif il est préférable d'éviter la période hivernale ou temps humide car maison mal isolée dans une partie, condensation importante (carrelage humide, pas très agréable surtout avec des enfants) d'où obligation de bien chauffer au départ, la consommation électrique étant une charge supplémentaire à régler en fin de séjour ça peut alourdir considérablement le prix final(notre cas 50 euros pour 3 nuits !!!!).

Excellent séjour

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette belle maison très bien aménagée. L'annonce est conforme à la réalité, la maison est très bien équipée. Cette maison est idéale pour un séjour avec enfants en bas âge (extérieur clos, proximité de la plage, environnement très calme).
