We are close to downtown and the beaches, it is this slight distance afford to stay in peace movement that the center brings. The bedroom is large and spacious, equipped with a bunk bed for 2 people, ideal if the family is composed, as well as from parents, 2 children, a total of 4 beds. tutto splendido

Abbiamo trascorso solo 3 giorni presso l'alloggio di Monica e Giovanni ,tre giorni meravigliosi.Partiamo dall'accoglienza dei signori che al giorno d'oggi non se ne trova gente così,pur essendo arrivati in un orario per niente decente invece di mandarci a quel paese sono stati più cordiali che mai,ci hanno messo a proprio agio capendo le nostre esigenze ed offrendosi in tutto e per tutto.Sono stati disponibilissimi e ci hanno fatto trovare tutto l'occorrente per trascorrere il nostro soggiorno al meglio,alloggio pulitissimo e fornito di tutto.La zona è servitissima,in pieno centro e vicinissima a tutti i servizi raggiungibili a pieni o in bici,pur essendo in pieno centro si riesce a riposare tranquillamente e non si soffre il caldo in quanto ben areata.Che dire...grazie e ritorneremo molto volentieri

Posizione centrale, per visitare Castiglione, le spiagge sono numeeose nei dintorni. I proprietari, molto gentili e discreti, hanno accolto noi e i nostri animaletti domestici senza problemi. Ci siamo trovati molto bene.

Posizione ottima...pulita proprietari cortesi e disponibili.

La casa è fuori dalla confusione del paese, ma si arriva in centro a piedi in 3 minuti e i proprietari mettono a disposizione delle biciclette per spostarsi. Appartamento ben arredato, con spazio fuori per mangiare.

Top-Lage der Wohnung

Wir mussten unser Programm spontan zeitlich umstellen. Wir kamen etwas früher und gingen dafür etwas später. Das klappte mit dem Vermieter sehr gut. Er war auch bereit, die Heizung einzuschalten (Ende April). Die Wohnung liegt in einem ruhigen Quartier in Gehdistanz zum Zentrum und den Stränden. Gratis-Parkplätze vor dem Haus waren immer vorhanden. Bar und Läden sind in Gehdistanz. Die Wohnung ist sehr dunkel, speziell der Eingangsraum mit Küche und Sofa. Bei sonnigen Wetter und im Sommer vermutlich kein Nachteil. Schlafzimmer und Badezimmer sind Top. Die Küchenausrüstung hat noch viel Luft nach oben. Ein kleines Espressokännchen reicht beim Frühstück von Kaffeetrinkern nicht sehr weit. Auch sollte die Butter weich sein, sonst verbiegen sich die Messer. Dass wir in Italien keine Weingläser vorfanden hat uns sehr gewundert. Auch für Suppenesser ist diese Wohnung nicht unbedingt geeignet. Der Gasherd funktionierte gut, wenn es auch ab und zu verbrannte Finger von den viel zu kleinen Feuerzeugen beim Anzünden gab. Die beiden Fahrrädern, ein E-Bike ohne Batterie und ein Stadtvelo ohne Gangschaltung, eigneten sich gut für Fahrten zum Einkaufen und zu den Stränden in der Nähe. Fazit: Wohnlage top, Ausstattung hat noch Luft nach oben.

Tolle Zeit in einer netten, kleinen Stadt

Wir sind sehr zufrieden mit der Wohnung gewesen. Wir hatten ein bisschen Bedenken, dass die Wohnung nach Rauch riechen könnte, da das Rauchen dort erlaubt ist. Dies war jedoch zum Glück nicht der Fall. Die Vermieter Monica und Giovanni sind sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Danke für die tolle Unterkunft!

Vacanza al mare

Casa pulita e fresca, ben tenuta in zona tranquilla. Praticissime le biciclette date dai proprietari per arrivare al mare. Il proprietario persona gentile e attenta a gli eventuali bisogni dei villeggianti . Sicuramente una casa da consigliare a chi cerca una vacanza da fare a Castiglion della Pescaia

zona comoda, vicina sia alla spiaggia che al centro turistico. Appartamento pulito e confortevole arredato in modo semplice ma funzionale. Proprietari cordiali e collaborativi.

Wunderbare Zeit

Habe eine wunderbare Woche in Castiglione verbracht, auch dank der sauberen und zentral gelegene Unterkunft. Toll war auch, dass die Gastgeber mir kostenlos zusätzlich Handtücher zur Verfügung gestellt haben, die ich selber vergessen hatte. Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Ich freue mich darauf mal wieder zu kommen.
