Beautiful close to the centre and the beach

Me and 9 friends enjoyed the stay at this villa. We had all the facilities to really enjoy a sun vacation. You can walk to the beach in 5-10 min as same as the closest supermarket and the bars and restaurants.

Soyez vigilants

L’emplacement est idéal, très proche de l’océan et du centre. Belle vue sur l’océan depuis la terrasse. Cependant, dès le soir de notre arrivée la paroi vitrée de la douche est tombée sans choc. Nous avons tout de suite prévenu le propriétaire de cet accident et que nous n’en étions pas responsable. Il ne s’est absolument pas soucié de notre sécurité et s’est juste inquiété du coût financier (nous avons dû scotcher les restes de verre encore fixés au mur pour sécuriser l’accès à la sdb). Après notre séjour nous avons été débité des frais de réparation malgré que nous ayons informé le propriétaire et Abritel de notre insatisfaction compte tenu du manque d’entretien général de la maison et une vétusté de plusieurs éléments (que nous avons découvert tout au long de notre séjour) : sèche serviette rouillée, barbecue inutilisable, fauteuil suspendu rouillé, parasol endommagé, bouton marche de la machine à laver enfoncé. Mais plus inquiétant, des problèmes de sécurité notamment pour les enfants : garde corps de l’escalier extérieur instable (fixations endommagées), certaines lattes de la terrasse de la piscine ne sont pas à niveau (risque de chute). À notre arrivée à Lacanau, et après de longues heures de route, nous n’avons pas trop prêté attention à l’état des lieux d’entrée. Nous ne referons pas cette erreur. Soyez très vigilants et notez tous les défauts dans l’état des lieux car en cas de problème durant votre séjour, vous n’aurez aucun recours auprès d’Abritel

Urlaub unter Beobachtung

Gut gelegenes Haus mit Blick über die Düne auf den Atlantik. Der große Pool ist sehr angenehm und eignet sich hervorragend zum Schwimmen. Das großzügige Haus ist im Holzkonstruktionsstil gebaut und bedarf der Ausbesserung an vielen Stellen. Zum Teil sind Holzteile morsch (Geländerbefestigung der Außentreppe) und das Pooldeck uneben (Verletzungsgefahr). Einige Teile der Inneneinrichtung könnten ausgetauscht werden (rostige Handtuchhalter, unansehnlicher verrosteter Korbsessel auf dem Pooldeck, Stühle mit defekter Sitzfläche, unansehnlicher Grill). Julia, die das Haus verwaltet, hat uns pünktlich empfangen und beim Bezug minutiös auf die vielen Schönheitsfehler des Hauses (eine DinA4 Seite) hingewiesen. Eine ausführliche Liste des Inventars haben wir unterschrieben und den Hinweis, dass Beschädigungen von unserer Kreditkarte abgezogen werden zur Kenntnis genommen. Wir haben bald festgestellt, dass über dem Balkon unseres Ferienhauses eine Überwachungskamera angebracht ist, die den Garten, den Poolbereich und die Terrasse überblickt; deshalb haben wir uns erheblich beobachtet und belästigt gefühlt. Der Vermieter reagierte mit Unverständnis.

Maison très bien située, centre ville et plage faciles d’accès à pied même avec des enfants en bas âge. Très fonctionnelle. Il sera bien de pouvoir sécuriser les escaliers pour des enfants de moins de trois ans.

Nicht jedes von einem Architekten entworfene Haus ist ein Architektenhaus

Bei dem Mietobjekt handelt es sich um ein schönes Haus in Hanglage in zweiter Reihe, wodurch aus dem Obergeschoss ein Blick über die 50-60 m Düne in Lacanau-Ocean auf den Atlantik in 600 - 800 m Entfernung gut gegeben ist. Die Aufteilung als zweigeschossiges Haus mit einem untergeordneten Zugang unten und einer Außentreppe zur oberen Balkon-Terasse mit Zugang zu den gemeinsamen Räumlichkeiten gibt dem Haus in Holzoptik ein besonderes Aussehen und Flair. Ein architektonischer Pfiff fehlt und auch die eher einfachere Ausführungsqualität hat aber nicht ansatzweise etwas mit einem Architektenhaus zu tun. Die Innenausführung war eher einfach und qualitativ im Mängelbereich. Als Bauherr hätte ich dieses Architektenhaus nicht mängelfrei abgenommen. Die Ausstattung ist leider ausschliesslich bei IKEA erfolgt. Die Sauberkeit in Schränken und Ecken war nicht lobenswert. Der Pool entsprach den Vorstellungen, wobei der Vermieter früh angezeigt hatte, dass er wegen der Witterung nicht für die ausreichende Temperatur garantieren könne. War geheizt und dennoch frisch, sauber und gepflegt. Auch ein wöchentlicher Service erfolgte. Dafür unser Lob. Grundsätzlich hat das Haus aber unseren Urlaubsansprüchen mit 4 bzw. 5 Personen und drei Hunden erfüllt, wobei der Vermieter von einem schönen und netten Haus sprechen sollte als von einem Architektenhaus, denn das ist es mit Sicherheit nicht. Damit soll sicherlich gegenüber dem Wettbewerb in Lacanau ein höherer Preis begründet werden, der in der heutigen Zeit der verrückten Preise sowieso irrelevant ist. Wer sich für Lacanau-Ocean für ein Haus mit Atlantik-Blick interessiert, wird mit der Wahl dieses Hauses eine gute Wahl haben, nimmt er die üblichen Abstriche an die IKEA-Einrichtung und der Ausstattung mit eher einfachen, technischen Haushaltsgeräten in Kauf. Hat hin und wieder genervt, aber uns nicht den Urlaub vermiest, der uns mit dem Blick von der Terrasse in den Sonnenuntergang im Atlantik vergönnt worden ist.

Architektenhaus

Waren schon das zweite Mal da. Das Haus zeigt in jedem Detail die Handschrift eines hervorragenden Architekten und es ist einfach ein Genuss dort Urlaub zu machen. Kommen auch sehr gerne nächstes Jahr wieder.

Sejour agréable- Top emplacement

En synthèse: - environ 10min plage et commerces à pied - maison au calme + vue ocean - piscine au sel hyper agréable - communication fluide avec gérant du bien. Tous les ingrédients sont réunis pour un agréable séjour en famille ou les ados peuvent avoir leur autonomie pour surfer... A re commander, excellent séjour.

Schönes Haus in zweiter Reihe, 5 Minuten vom Strand

Ein wirklich schönes Haus, es gibt 5 Schlafzimmer, jedes mit eigenem Zugang zur Terrasse/Balkon. Ein wirklich schöner und großer Pool, den man mit einem Rolladen verschließen kann (Babschutz). Gut ausgestattete Küche. Vom oberen Stockwerk hat man Blick auf die Düne und das Meer. Ein schöner kleiner Supermarkt ist zu Fuß 10 Minuten und dort gibt es auch zwei Bäcker. Zuerst und zuletzt eine sehr gründliche und freundliche Übergabe des Hauses durch Julia, die auch gut englisch spricht. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Excellent séjour dans une belle maison spacieuse, confortable et accueillante idéalement placée

Maison spacieuse, lumineuse et confortable, bien conçue, bien agencée, avec vue partielle sur l'océan et la dune, bien située par rapport à l'océan (5 minutes à pied de la plage sud avec école de surf) et le centre. On n' y était qu'à une famille mais idéale pour être à 2 familles par exemple. L'extérieur avec piscine invite à l'oisiveté et au repos. Environnement calme, avec des nuits paisibles Je recommande et y retournerais avec plaisir

Superbe Maison d'architecte

La maison est vraiment magnifique et lumineuse, agréable pour un séjour entre amis et/ou famille. Très bien située à Lacanau Océan avec une belle vue sur la mer. Nous y retournerions sans problème !

Excellente expérience

Malgré un groupe très hétéroclite en terme d'âge et de centres d'intérêts, tout le monde a passé une semaine exceptionnelle. Le calme de localisation de la maison , tout en étant proche de tout a été un vrai plus.

Tolle Villa mit fantastischem Meerblick

von der Terrasse, den Wohnräumen und den zwei Schlafzimmern im 1. Stock, sehr schönem Salz-Elektrolyse-Pool und Lounge-Ecke. Sehr gute Lage: man ist in 5-10 Minuten sowohl am Südstrand als auch im Stadtzentrum. Villa selbst ist sehr ruhig gelegen, nachts hört man das Meeresrauschen. Küche gut ausgestattet. Kontakt mit Julia lief reibungslos, sie war sehr nett! Insgesamt ein toller Urlaub, wir kommen gerne wieder!

A refaire sans aucune hésitation

Très belle maison bien équipée (une petite clim à l'étage aurait été très appréciable durant la canicule de fin juin) avec une vue très agréable. J'avais une crainte pour la terrasse avec de très jeunes enfants mais aucun problème. Merci pour l'accueil.

Super tolles Haus, tolle Lage

Schönes und modernes Haus in sehr guter Lage! Zum Strand waren es nur 6 min zu Fuß. Das Haus liegt ruhig gelegen in zweiter Lage und verfügt über einen PKW Stellplatz. Empfang und Übergabe sind unkompliziert und super freundlich! Das Haus ist echt ein Traum, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Superbe maison

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la maison. Tout est très fonctionnel et neuf. La maison est très bien située. Nous étions avec des enfants en bas âge et malgré les escaliers la maison s’y Prête tout à fait. A recommander et à refaire !
