With views galore, this studio condo is ski-in/ski-out and is located in the fabulous Village at Breckenridge. Nestled where Breckenridge meets the mountains, this wonderful property site sits directly on the Peak 9 Base Area and is bordered by Maggie Pond. The Village at Breckenridge is also conveniently located less than one block from the premiere shopping, dining, and drinking that Downtown Breckenridge has to offer. Guests who are looking to stay right inside the heart of all year-round activity should certainly stay in this condo! Ski in the morning and take a lunch break in your condo!

This spacious studio suite is perfect for year-round fun. In the winter, guests can enjoy skiing, easy ski school access, snowboarding, dog sledding, snowmobiling, cross country skiing, and more! In the summer, guests are able to go swimming, biking, fishing, golfing, horseback riding, white water rafting, and much more!

Inside, guests have plenty of room to relax in the spacious living area in front of the unit’s flat screen TV. The views from the living area are impossible to beat! Look outside to see the slopes on Peak 9, catch a glimpse of Quicksilver Chairlift, and people watch from the privacy of the unit. The full kitchen provides a perfect wet bar area and is equipped with all major cooking appliances and utensils. The large bathroom is comprised of three separate rooms – one for the granite double sink vanity, one for the shower/tub, and one for the commode! Plus, enjoy the beautiful Aspen paintings and nifty mountain decorations!

In terms of location, it is nearly impossible to beat the Village at Breckenridge! The resort is known for its prime location and for being a true ski-in / ski-out property. Resort amenities include indoor/outdoor pool, hot tubs, sauna, steam room, exercise room, cable TV, and free wireless internet.

Perfect location!

The unit was next to the ski lift and a very short walk to town. Although it was a small condo it had everything we needed, a great view of the mountains, and the bathroom was big with plenty of storage. Guest services were quick to respond to any and all questions and were super helpful.

Great Property at a Great Location

This was a nice condo with a great location in a great property. Not as busy and chaotic as it can be over on Peak 8 Base. Parking was easy and worth it. The entire property was clean and well kept. Great hot tubs. Christy Sports is in the next building over for ski rentals.

Impromptu Ski Weekend

Had a great stay at Peak 9 Inn. The property is as advertised and as it appears in the photographs. The property management agency was responsive. Great location for ski in/out and very accessible to shops and restaurants. Parking was a hassle, but I appreciate that the property management agency was on-site to help resolve parking confusion. Would stay again.

the property & location are great!!..I gave low rating on the check in process due to the new mobile key/app process; we had issues getting the mobile key to work, but HOA contact was very responsive and helpful and we got the issue resolved after the 1st night. Would definitely stay at this property on my next trip to Breckenridge.

Incredible location, terrible beds

Have stayed at nearly all of the buildings in the Village at Breck. Views from this property are outstanding and the amenities make for a great experience. That said, he mattresses are terrible. Having spent hundreds of nights in hotel rooms, these are the worth I've ever experienced in my life. King bed was like sleeping on concrete. And the pullout was so deformed it wasn't possible to sleep on it, even for kids. This should not be advertised as a 4 person room in the current state of the beds. Unfortunate, if the beds were improved this would be a 5 star rating.

Fantastic Location

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was the best just minutes walk to skiing, restaurants, and shopping. The only minor complaint would be the condo needs new beds. They were not comfortable. We would recommend this condo and would stay again!

Great location , nice resort.

Location, Location Location! Was a great location with stores restaurants, lifts and even the urgent care center within walking distance. The property does show some signs of aging but overall clean and loved the pool and hot tubs. The unit itself was clean , well equipped , the only suggestion is to fix the bed which creaked noisily every time you shifted while sleeping, loud enough to wake you up. The wi-fi did not work and was never addressed by the property management but we got around it by using the public Xfinity network. It seems this is a great resort for families but not a luxury resort if that is what you are looking for.

This place is in great location. Shopping and food just steps away. Ski school just a few steps away. Our studio is dated but clean. Views out our window were beautiful. When we had a problem checking in, they fixed the problem immediately. We recommend this property.

The unit was nice & we’ll stick with the essentials. Great location to walk to all things downtown. The resort was clean and wonderful amenities. My only complaint was the sofa sleeper was terrible! The frame has lost its support and we had to place all the pillows under the mattress to keep it up from falling down. Definitely needs to replaced or taken off as a bed option.
