Vacances en famille

Vacances très agréables. Grande maison avec piscine, barbecue et un bel extérieur clôturé + table de ping-pong très appréciée par nous tous. Plage de sable proche en voiture. Hôte très sympathique.

Location idéale pour famille proche de tout

Nous étions 10 personnes (3 familles). Maison très propre et pratique. Point très positif la piscine et le coin barbecue cuisine d'été. Propriétaire très sympathique, disponible et très discrète (logeant a côté de la maison). La propriétaire parle très bien francais. Le seul conseil d'amélioration serait des moustiquaires en meilleur état. Nous recommandons ce logement.

Casa grande y descuidada

Casa con muchas posibilidades, es espaciosa y con mucho terreno, pero descuidada. No invierten mucho en mantenimiento, los accesorios de la cocina muy viejos, mosquiteras rotas y ventanas q no cierran. La encargada entra sin avisar cuando le parece. Esto último es lo que menos nos ha gustado, no repetiría.

Todo muy bien

Hemos estado muy bien,los niños se lo han pasado muy bien bañándose en la piscina,se pueden hacer excursiones cerca,hay una hípica , campo de golf,los supermercados están 5 min en coche,si tuviera que poner un pero es que le falta alguna reforma a la casa. Rosa la propietaria es una persona muy atenta, amable, es fantastica. Si podemos volveremos.

Très bonne location

Location bien placée, quartier paisible. Il faut une voiture pour se deplacer. Les plages à proximités sont magnifiques. La maison est spacieuse. Lorsqu'il fait très chaud les ventilateurs à disposition dans chaque chambre ne sont pas très efficaces. Propriétaire très accessible et répond rapidement en cas de problème.

Nous avons passé un excellent sejour, la piscine est superbe, l endroit est facile à proximité des plages, de salou, de cambrils. Nous avons mangé une paella excellente, sans parlé de la sangria au restaurant de l hôte. A conseiller vivement. Merci rosa Maria

Huis met zwembad en mooie grote tuin in een rustige wijk.

Het huis ligt in een rustige woonwijk met een heerlijk zwembad in een mooie grote tuin . Het ligt 10 min met de auto van de kust en Salou,Tarragona, Cambrills zijn ook snel bereikbaar. Ook ben je met 1 uur rijden in Barcelona. De eigenaars zijn erg vriendelijke en behulpzame personen. Maar het huis is echt aan renovatie toe, geen airco waar deze vakantie echt behoefte aan was,zeker in de nachten. Wel op elke kamer een ventilator, maar dat was niet voldoende.

Amplio terreno

Esta situada cerca de centro comercial Mercadona y otros supermercados. Hay una playa cerca a 10 minutos en coche, playa larga. Playa tranquila con chiringuitos para comer o tomar algo . La casa no está a la última pero se dispone de todo para estar cómodo en ella. A destacar, cuidado con los mosquitos, aunque la casa dispone de mosquiteras por toda la casa, hay bastantes sobre todo a partir de la 18:00. Recomiendo no abrir la puerta demasiado un protegerse con recursos anti mosquitos

Lovely villa for a fun and relaxing holiday in the Spanish Sun

We had a lovely two week stay at this villa during the sizzling summer heat of the Spanish Sun! Luckily the villa has a fab pool area to cool off in where we spent many pleasant days relaxing and sunbathing! The villa is in need of some modernisation but was perfectly adequate for our party of 9 with four bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs and a bedroom downstairs with separate bathroom which was handy for my disabled mother. The owner Rosa and her son were happy to help with any questions or problems we had during our stay. The villa is situated in a small quiet estate -there is some occasional noise from dogs in the surrounding villas but we have experiemced that elsewhere in Spain too. The villa is only 15 mins drive away from big supermarket shops and there is also a perfectly well stocked spa supermarket in the local village only 5 mins drive away. A car is essential though to get the most of the holiday and we had some great trips to local places such as Tarragona with its rich Roman history and we especially enjoyed the old town and its amazing narrow streets to explore. Salou is also a big tourist town with typical sea side type shops a great beach and long sea front Palm tree lined promenade. We also took advantage of only being 15-20 mins from Port Aventura theme park and water park which is brilliant for kids and thrill seekers alike! We also took the high speed train one day to Barcelona from Camp Tarragona station which was ten mins drive from the villa and made it a nice easy stress free journey to this vibrant city filled with Gaudi treasures! The Hop On Hop off buses are a great way of seeing all the best sites! Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our holiday at this villa and made the most of our time in the Spanish sun!

Duży przestronny dom, że słonecznym ogrodem i basenem

Trzeba koniecznie mieć samochód, dom położony jest w znacznej odległości od plaży, sklepów, ale za to jest tam idealna cisza. Niestety dom wymaga lekkiego odświeżenia,. Jest dobrze wyposażony, przestronny, a basen i ogród jest bardzo słoneczny.

DECEPTON

Accueil expéditif : aucune instruction, aucune information (pas prévenus qu'une personne vient tous les matins pour l'entretien du jardin et de la piscine), pas d'état des lieux. A notre arrivée cuisine non nettoyée (restants de riz sur la cuisinière, coulures dans le micro-ondes, frigo et placards sales) au premier coup de balai nombreux poils de chien dans toute la maison. Le linge de maison pas propre (taché, jauni) et sent mauvais. Ligne d'eau de la piscine pleine d'algues facilement nettoyable. Vaisselle non adaptée pour 10 personnes couverts dépareillés et en très mauvais état, nous avons du réclamer plusieurs choses ( plats pour le four, grande passoire, Saladier, bols, couverts supplémentaires), pas de lecteur DVD (réclamé) pas de magnétoscope, pas de chaine hifi, pas de jouets enfants). Mousticaires en très mauvais état et donc totalement inefficaces (moustiques ++). Electroménager à revoir panne de lave vaisselle pendant 5 jours, frigo qui se met en alarme dès qu'il fait chaud c'est à dire tous les jours, la chaudière se met en sécurité il faut la rallumer régulièrement. Gros problèmes électriques : on prend le courant en touchant le lave vaisselle et le micro-ondes. Problème de bruit la nuit : chiens qui aboient toute la nuit en continu.. Pas possible de faire la sieste sous les arbres ou manger le soir sur la terrasse sans se faire dévorer par les nombreux moustiques. Odeurs d'égouts ++ à certains moments de la journée devant la terrasse. Surprise de devoir régler le solde et la caution en espèces (contrat recu en espagnol et que nous n'avons malheureusement pas traduit dans le détail). Points positifs : nous avons pu bénéficier de la maison avant 17 h , piscine et lave linge à disposition., le calme du lotissement la journée.

Urlaub im schönen Spanien

Wir möchten uns auf diesem Weg bei ihnen für die sehr schöne Zeit in ihrem geräumigen Ferienhaus bedanken. Wir haben alles vorgefunden was man für einen ruhigen und erholsamen Urlaub benötigt. Top Zeit gerne Besuchen wir sie wiedereinmal. Gerne empfehlen wir ihr Domzil weiter.

Urlaub in Ihrem Haus

Hola! Unser Urlaub in Ihrem Hause war sehr schön! Points positifs: -situtation de la maison,au calme mais près de la mer, de Tarragone etc... -Joli jardin bien entretenu et piscine propre. -Grande maison. Points négatifs: -chiens qui aboient la nuit dans le voisinage -1 seul ventilateur pour toute la maison alors qu'il a fait très chaud la nuit. -Cuisine: pas assez de couverts pour 10 personnes, électricité à revoir (les plombs ont sauté plusieurs fois, on se prenait des petits coups d'électricité si on ne débranchait pas le lave-vaisselle pour le vider et le frigo passait de 2 degrés à 19 degrés régulièrement. La propriétaire a donc apporté un congélateur et a fait réviser le frigo mais le problème a persisté...

Urlaub vom 10.06.-18.06.2015

Ein sehr liebevoll eingerichtes Ferienhaus, bietet alles für einen erholsamen Urlaub. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt vorallem das große Grundstück und der Pool haben es uns angetan. Wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder.
